Refreshing, honest and efficient property Sale! We sold our beautiful Menorca holiday home in about 3 months from initial enquiry to completion in winter/spring 2022. A great valuation and the property sold at very close to the asking price. Well negotiated and the overseas transactions were all arranged for us. The Menorcasa team were well aware this was quite an emotional sale for us and we were treated with respect and sensitivity at all times. We felt we had a more dedicated service by using Menorcasa than using larger island agents.

We have just bought a property in Menorca and have had fantastic service from Menorcasa. From the first email, enquiring about property, through to the completion and beyond, we have been helped all the way. Val showed us properties, was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable, professional and can do. She went ‘above and beyond’. She wasn’t pushy- there was no pressure at all. Communication was clear and timely. Once we had found the right property, Val and Tonia helped us negotiate and then complete the sale. They recommended people to help - all of whom have been excellent and very professional. They were advising and at no time did we feel any pressure. The sale was speedy and very efficiently done. Now the sale is complete, Tonia and the team continue to help. Tonia will have a key, for an annual fee, and keep an eye. She knows an army of people to help get set up. We are incredibly grateful. Above and beyond is how I would describe this Estate agent in Mahon, Menorca. We started looking to upgrade our apartment in Son Parc Menorca for a villa in March 2020. Obviously, we knew the area well but not so much about the process and the new regulations in Spain. Added to this we were in the middle of a Pandemic making the whole exercise that much more difficult. However, Tonia and her dedicated English and Spanish speaking team reassured us and gave us expert and informed advice throughout. This coupled with their expert knowledge on buying and selling in Spain made things much easier for us, especially when difficulties arose and were dealt with quickly and without fuss. Menorcasa may not be the largest Estate Agent in Menorca but the customer service is second to none and I would highly recommend them.

Friendly, helpful and professional with a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude. From viewing the properties to making the purchase and moving in they were there with advice and help every step of the way making our first ever property purchase abroad the quickest and easiest property purchase we have ever made.

Very friendly, individual and professional service. The office is conveniently located in the heart of Mahón. Tonia and Val did a great job in advising us about the purchase of a villa in Son Parc and all things that have to be considered. They have a lot of experience which made us feel confident throughout the whole buying process. Menorcasa found us a technical engineer and a lawyer and assisted us in getting a N.I.E. (Spanish social security number) and opening a bank account. We inspected the house several times before making the decision to buy it and Val patiently made every wish possible. We can highly recommend Menorcasa in good conscience. Even if you are not (yet) considering to buy a property in Menorca, it should be worth visiting their office when in Mahón.

1. KNOWLEDGE: We asked just about 'everything' about 'everything' and they told us straight. 2. PROFESSIONAL: Always on time, and arranged for visits, meet with Lawyers, the Notary . ... Always 'above-board'. Transparent and trustworthy. 3. SERVICE: They work hard to help 'you' - and it shows. They answer the phone. They call back. They answer emails. And when they say 'I don't know' - they find out and get back to you. 4. OTHER: Good for 'advice'. They have been on the Island a long time and 'know it'. If you have a query they 'might .. just might ...' be able to Sign-Post you to where you need to look. Probably the best Estate Agent in Menorca!! Give them a call. We did! And glad we did.
