We were 10 of us visiting Ibiza to celebrate a friends Birthday! Nicola and his team were nothing short of brilliant. From the welcome to the villa to helping us with our daily needs, being just call or message away for anything at anytime, they were there! We stayed at Villa Bloom in Can Besso. The villa was in a peaceful area with an amazing view and close proximity to the town area and clubs. The house keeping staff were extremely efficient and we were a messy bunch! The entire Connect team was more than accommodating for every request and requirement. Highly recommended. I have been to Ibiza a bunch of time and this was Ibiza hospitality at its peak! Thank you Nicola and the entire Connect team. We are definitely coming again soon!

What can I say about the service and experience of NConnect Ibiza…. It’s truly incredible. We had a very unique situation in that we were getting married in Ibiza and had booked another villa with another agency. This villa (not with NConnect) had a number of defects which made it impossible to stay in for the 3 days across our wedding. After a frantic search, we came across a villa that appeared available with NConnect and I was put in touch with Niki. Niki was incredible from start to finish, she immediately understood the urgency of our situation and worked really hard to find us a solution. Niki was able to sort overnight cleaning for an early check in, was always on time and provided a service I cannot speak highly enough of. The villa itself was exactly as advertised, spacious, clean, lovely interior, secure and had an amazing rooftop. My now wife was able to get ready comfortably, which in the heat was amazing. She was able to share her wedding morning getting ready with her family in the perfect way!! Overall we cannot thank Niki and the NConnect team enough for the hard work, communication and relaxed attitude they brought to what was an incredibly stressful time!! We stayed at Villa Salada for 5 unforgettable days and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect – just a short walk from Cala Gració beach – and the villa itself is stunning. The sunset terrace is without a doubt the most beautiful private spot in all of Sant Antoni, and we spent almost every evening there soaking in the view. The pool is amazing, super clean and surrounded by nature. The interior strikes the perfect balance between modern design and the authentic spirit of old Ibiza – stylish, but never cold. All the spaces are well thought out and ideal for a group of 8. We felt totally comfortable, with enough room to chill, cook, and enjoy every moment together. Highly recommended – we’d come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for helping make our trip so special!

My stay at Villa Tikal in Ibiza was absolutely magical. The villa itself is beautiful and comfortable. But the highlight for me was the view, you can see the sea and Ibiza’s Old Town in the distance, which is breathtaking at any time of day. Whether it’s watching the sunrise, sunset, or gazing at the night sky, the scenery is truly unforgettable. Surrounded by a peaceful small forest, the villa has an amazing vibe that makes you feel relaxed and connected with nature. I have completely fallen in love with this place and can’t wait to return. Hi, We just got back from our week long vacation in Ibiza. We rented a house located next to Jesus via NConnect Ibiza and it all turned out pefect. It's an 8 min drive from Ibiza Town. The house was well equipped and clean. It also included a daily cleaning service. Nicola took good care of us. Customer service was to the highest level. I definitely recommend to book your Ibiza house via NCONNECT. I certainly will do so next year!!!

Had a great experience at villa Tikal, awesome location with a view! Beautiful pool and different decks to lounge & chill. Clean with good aircon. Great base to have a nice weekend at the clubs

Everything was amazing! The villa was really beautiful and well equipped. Great swimming pool and terrace/garden to enjoy time outside. Also Nicola was great! Very professional and helpful and replied always immediately. I would certainly come back.

The house we rented from n-connect ibiza was exactly as described online. It contained everything as advertised and was spotlessly clean. The company's owner was very professional and courteous and he went out of his way to help us when we had a personal problem during our stay. Thanks to the honesty and kindness of this company, our vacation was fantastic! I highly recommend this company!

Alquilamos la villa en Jesús en verano y tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. El trato y los servicios relacionados estuvieron impecable y la experiencia espectacular. La villa es preciosa, exactamente como se describe en la página web, limpia y en buena posición.

Nicola Carunchio, the company owner was so il-mannered and he decided to stole us part of the deposit without legal nor contractual justification. The Villas are different in pictures from real life. I strongly recommend to consider other options. Bad treatment quality and high risk of fraud. The Police of Eivissa called him for further explanations about the robbery but seems he was not able to justify it. Nicola is under a judicial process as officially communicated and he is required to pay different penalties and probably he will not be able to provide housing brokerage services. Be careful, this website is a scam!

We rented a villa with them and it exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautiful, clean and furnished to a very high standars. The service was very professional and efficient, always available and they helped us in everything we needed. I am already looking forward to booking next year with them again!
