We stayed in one of their managed holiday homes, this was a new listing for them. Although the property was overpriced as it was "worn out" it was okay however one of the balustrade glass pieces was missing on the balcony and as the property was on the third floor this was very unsafe. Clearly with Hendrikus & Van Bunningen profit comes before safety. The property also did not contain basics like salt & pepper as you normally find in holiday rentals but it was full of tat like plastic flowers. The keys provided to gain access to the garage from the lift also did not work, clearly these were not tested after they were cut. As a potential property owner I would not use Hendrikus & Van Bunningen to manage my property either as they have failed to properly take stock of what was in the property before letting it out. Avoid

Hemos estado una semana en el apartamento Calalbir y nos ha encantado. Está perfectamente equipado, con detalles que no hemos visto en otros apartamentos y que facilitan mucho la estancia. Tiene una terraza estupenda, preparada para disfrutar de ella al aire libre y con acceso directo a la piscina. Tiffany supera amable y pendiente en todo momento. Súper recomendable!

Un fin de semana ideal. Bonito apartamento muy cerca de la playa con una piscina increíble y con todos las comodidades de un hogar. El trato que nos han dado también ha sido increíble facilitando la estancia al máximo. Recomendado 100% Repetiremos

El apartamento duplex en Altea es estupendo, está muy bien equipado y tiene una vistas impresionantes. Quiero destacar la atención de Tiffanny que fue muy amable y muy profesional.

Apartamento muy coqueto, limpio, y con todo lo necesario. Urbanización muy tranquila y bonita. Piscina muy grande y limpia y las zonas comunes muy cuidadas. Y la dueña super atenta y cariñosa, le doy un 10. Repetiremos seguro.

Waardeloos kantoor, GEEN aanrader. 3 maal gebeld tijdens de werkuren, geen antwoord Hun website vermeld "als u ons niet kan bereiken, bel ons mobielnummer" ook 3 of 4 maal gedaan, geen antwoord. 2 emails gestuurd, nooit antwoord gekregen. Gewoonweg zeer slechte service. Zeker geen aanrader om daar iets te verkopen of te kopen! Worthless office, NOT recommended at all. Called 3 times during working hours, no answer. Their website stated "if you can't reach us, call our mobile number" also done 3 or 4 times, no answer. Sent 2 emails, never got a response. Simply very bad service. Definitely not recommended to sell or buy anything there!

Last summer with all the covid procedures we were very happy and safe thanks to Tiffany and her work. We spent nearly 2 months in a very nivel and clean apartment excellent for our two little boys. We will back this summer to enjoy the amazing atmosphere in El Albir

In deze moeilijke tijden, voor mij, voor iedereen, én ook voor hun, hebben ze voor mij geregeld dat mijn huur van mijn appartement, een stuk gedaald is per maand tijdens deze crisis, zodat ik weer een beetje lucht gekregen heb..Geweldig, wat een top service, Dank jullie wél, grandioos

Door Corana tijd was ons verblijf geannuleerd ,de afhandeling wat betreft aanbetaling is correct gelopen, dat geeft een heel goed gevoel ,hopen ook zeker te kunnen komen na deze moeilijke tijd !

Alquilamos dos inmuebles a precios razonables (uno de ellos un chalet precioso) para unas futuras vacaciones con la agente inmobiliaria Tiffany (siempre amable y correcta en las citas) y poco después llegó la pandemia del Covid-19 A pesar de que se demoró en el tiempo más de lo deseado, el dinero íntegro de los alquileres nos ha sido devuelto Solemos tener visitas de nuestros familiares en el extranjero y volveremos a contactar con la agente inmobiliaria puesto que ha puesto de su parte para que todo acabe de forma favorable para todos.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, equipado, limpio y cerca de la playa. El contacto con la agencia muy fluido y amable, atendieron los problemas que fuimos encontrando.

PERDIDA DE TIEMPO, EVITADLOS!! La chica que contestó el teléfono en la oficina de Benidorm fue muy muy maleducada. Llame el viernes para preguntar sobre un apartamento en Benidorm que tenían anunciado en su propia web "in costa blanca" me pareció muy barato, pero me confirmaron el precio y la disponibilidad pero me dijeron que no reservara hasta el lunes puesto que la chica que lo lleva no estaba ese día. Cuando llamo el lunes me dice que no esta disponible, que el precio estaba equivocado y me aconseja que cuando vea esos precios no me los crea (cuando ellos mismos me lo confirmaron y estaba en su propia web), como si la culpa fuera mía por confiar en ellos. Durante el fin de semana perdí una casa muy bonita y barata que era mi segunda opción, por hacer caso a estos incompetentes, maleducados y muy poco profesionales!! THEY WASTED MY TIME. AVOID!! The woman answering the phone was very very rude. Called on Friday coz I saw a cheap apartment on their own website, it seemed too cheap, but they confirmed the price and the availability, they said I shouldn't book until Monday as the woman who deals with the booking process is not in till then. When I called on Monday the rude woman said that it wasn't available and that I shouldn't believe prices like that when I see them like it was my fault for trusting them, I replied that his colleague confirmed it and she said she doesn't care. During the weekend I lost a beautiful house that was my second option, when I mentioned she again replied "what do you want me to do?" - I thought "what about apologizeing for your incompetence". Summarizing: very unprofessional, rude and incompetent.

Dan wil ik bij deze eens iets heel anders vermelden over dit bedrijf. Heb zelf jaren in de Makelaardij gezeten, maar ik vind dat heel veel makelaars van hun nog veel kunnen leren. Ons hebben ze met alles geholpen. Niets was te veel en de service die ze verlenen gaat heel ver. Kan het ook iedereen aanbevelen. En dit alles ging gewoon over een goedkoop huurappartement. Super.

Nadat mijn vrouw een negatieve beoordeling had geschreven vanwege het niet nakomen van gemaakte afspraken..een uitvoerige briefwisseling waaruit bleek dat de Klant geen koning is..is de beoordeling verwijderd zonder dat het problem is opgelost waardoor wij extra kosten hebben moeten maken. Heel erg ontkennend en hooghartig.

Beste mensen Ik snap dat jullie een negatieve beoordeling graag verwijderen. .helaas getuigt dit niet van goed ondernemerschap. Het feit dat wij een extra reis hadden gepland om ons chalet te bezichtigen..een week van te voren..dat er niemand kwam.opdagen..laat ik het zo zeggen..ik voelde me niet als een koning behandeld. Na vele brieven over en weer stonden wij nog in de kou..aan een excuus dat de aardige medewerker geen Nederlands sprak..tja.. Daarna doodse stilte
