To begin with the apartment didn’t look like in the pictures, secondly the way they handle business is very unprofessional. I’m still waiting for Kamilla to send my deposit back, going back and forth countless times. Be aware that you’ll run into problems renting from this agency. Definitely do not recommend.

Los clientes de esta inmobiliaria son inquilinos en la Comunidad de Propietarios donde tengo una vivienda, y han generado muchos problemas utilizando sin autorización en diferentes ocasiones plazas de garaje de varios propietarios, entre los que me incluyo. La agencia se comprometió a requerir mediante burofax el pago de alquiler de mi plaza de garaje ocupada ilegalmente durante 3 meses y finalmente no lo hizo. Considero que como agencia se han desentendido de las consecuencias del mal uso del garaje de sus clientes. En esta situación, procederé legalmente como corresponda.

Super bad and regretful experience, check out was made in October, still haven’t received back deposit, owner of this agency, that we paid agency fee 2000€ and security deposit 2000€- Kamila told she is not responsible for deposit and gave it to owners, that don’t know English and created 100excuses not to give deposit and just blocked me and my girlfriend in whatsup… 5 month left, no deposit back and no calculations made in proper way, only excuses and harassments, my recommendation is to stay away from this agency, unfortunately need to make police report and hire lawyer to ger my money back

I've been dealing with Ibiza Genius over the last 3 years in numerous deals. Always 100% professional and comunicative. For clients complaining about deposit retention, they should remember that, as stated and noted in the rental agreements, it is up to the owner to retain and (if required due to guests incurring in damages to the property) discount the proportionate part of the deposit. Ibiza Genius are between landlord and tenant and should not be m ade responsible for either party breaching the agreement.

Not honest agency, Kamila is two different person before receiving your money . When we give a deposit for booking apartment, she push to change it to another one, which absolutely does not match with previous conditions, she change the apartments for to old ones with rickety beds, without air conditioning, when it’s +35 in the summer in Ibiza. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Expect surprises and deepest disappointments when working with this agency. Kamila do not return deposit, she are not responsible for her clients, during the all entire stay if you have questions, do not waiting help from her , Kamila will not help you . If you planing cooperate with this agency , you will get only disappointments. Disgusting experience and a bad impression overall of everything. Pin a photo of an apartment for 16 thousand that we did NOT book, Kamila changed it without leaving us a choice, she tell or we lose our deposit, or Kamila offer for rent such apartment. Owners block their clients; when we asked about some help fix something, the handles fall off on the first day of renting , the bed creaks like it’s 100 years old, you will simply get blocked if you ask to add Wi-Fi or a coffee machine (which was not included) for $2,000 a month. 🙌🏻 for this money they won’t even leave you a one pillow. 😵‍💫 So that Kamila does not answer her stable answer, as I saw below: “You do not appear in our base as a client of our agency.” Under the comments of people who also fell for her fraudulent deal, I attach a photo of apartment.
