We rented the villa next to Villa Bellota in Ibiza in August 2018. What a disappointment! The villa looks nice, but looks can be deceptive... The first night of our stay the electrics cut out so we had no lights downstairs. It took till 5pm the following day for someone to come and fix this. The pool has many many sharp broken and missing tiles making it really unsafe to swim in -you could cut your feet on the bottom. There are also piles of discarded tiles lying all around the pool. No hot water in the kitchen sink to wash up with for the entire stay, despite us reporting this to the owners. But worst of all on our second morning there was a thunder storm on the island and the entire downstairs flooded in 2 inches of water, ruining many of our personal property. The villa owners couldn't care less and actually text us saying "they are rooms not a submarine"! Totally unprofessional. Outside of the villa was not flooded, just a few large puddles. But because none of the doors are weather proofed or sealed in any way the water just flows in underneath. They sent a clean up crew to mop up all the water, who left smelly old towels across the doors with blocks of wood and paving slabs. Creating trip hazards across every door. This villa is not worth the price they charge and the service from the owners is dreadful!

Mr. Reeve Asked airbnb a refund because his personal belongings were wet during Last 20 years Ibiza Island major floodings. A small part of their clothes( the ones they left in ground floor not placed in wardrobes provided) were wet, but he didn´t mentioned he left villa doors and windows totally oppened, this is reason why his clothes were wet, because he didn´t close windows and doors during a Tornado. Sent pictures to Airbnb of his "useless" clothes asking being totally refunded but didn´t mention we sent him AT THE MOMMENT a professional cleanner who cleanned, dried and ironned his wet clothes. Mr. Reeve told Airbnb he had to throw to trash can all his useless(wet) clothes. We didn´t know that when clothes are wet due to rain people normally throws them to trash can, normally you clean+dry+iron them and are again ready to use. Day after Mr. Reeve Team asked Airbnb to be fully refunded due to his clothes being in trash can/useless They UPLOADED LOTS OF PICS+VIDEOS TO RMV PRODUCTIONS FACEBOOK PROFILE WEARING their supposed USELESS clothes. Day after damaged clothes were supposed to be in Garbage Mr. Reeve and Team were all dressing those clothes during A PROFESSIONAL VIDEO PRODUCTION IN "HI" CLUB IBIZA. HE SAID ALL HIS VIDEO PRODUCTION CLOTHING WERE DAMAGED AND USELESS DESPITE THEY USED THEM DAY AFTER FOR PROFESSIONAL PURPOSES( A VIDEO PRODUCTION DONE BY HIS COMPANY). By Luck we have screenshots-videos and pictures of Mr. Reeve complaining per their-his Team useless clothing and Mr. Reeve using DAY AFTER all this clothes supposed to be in trash can. Our Lawyers will take legal actions against Mr. Reeve. Hope never host him again.
