Christian von der CW Group fand für uns ein Traum Grundstück in Can Furnet mit Meerblick und Sonnenuntergang, das letzte noch im Verkauf, er baut jetzt mit seinen Team, Architekt und Baufirma eine moderne Villa zum fairen Preis. Nach langem warten auf die Baugenehmigung hat die Arbeit begonnen, und schon hier kann man erkennen das Herr Wolf nichts ungeplant läst, alles ist mit seinem Team abgesprochen, die Arbeiten werden schnell ausgeführt, was auf Ibiza normal nicht der Fall ist, wie man von allen hört. Alleine die Arbeit vom Architekten ist deutsche Arbeit, ein Video zu erstellen wo ma das Haus von außen und Innen nach Fertigstellung ersehen kann, zeigt die Professionalität und ist hier nicht selbstverständlich.Wir sind so froh das wir solch einen Menschen wir Christian auf der Insel haben, denn wir beide sind nicht vor Ort und da ist es sehr wichtig jemanden zu haben den man respektiert. This company is not professional and lying about the properties, which they´re offering. Other professional real estate agencies told me, that they stole pictures and do not have any access to the villas. Be carefully with these people

We know that you are one of this agents who is jealous and dont know the business. We know also that we sold more than many other Agents together and the buyers and selles more than satisfied. If you need help, we can show you the business. We are more than 30 years in real estate business and we learn this business over many years.
