A Perfect Stay – Like a Five-Star Hotel, Only Better We had a truly wonderful stay on Ibiza, thanks to Neverland Properties and the amazing team led by Alex. From the very beginning, Alex and his team were incredibly kind, attentive, and — most importantly — honest. They helped us find the perfect villa for our family (we were traveling with three young children), and their support didn’t stop there. Throughout our entire stay, they were available for us 24/7 — just like in a luxury hotel. The villa was exactly as shown in the pictures — beautiful, clean, and perfectly equipped for a family. They also took care of reservations for us, gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and beaches, and were always one step ahead with anything we needed. One of the highlights was a wonderful barbecue we had in the villa — truly unforgettable. We felt genuinely cared for — not just as clients, but as guests. Alex and his team are people you can trust. They are highly professional, warm, and dedicated to creating the best experience possible. A heartfelt thank-you for making our time on Ibiza so special. We can only recommend Neverland Properties to anyone looking for a seamless, luxurious, and personal holiday experience.

This was our first time in Ibiza and it was the holiday of a lifetime. Both villas were beautiful, photos can’t do them justice, and Alex was incredible. Being local, he knows everything and everyone, and made everything seamless. From booking restaurants to organising boats, nothing was too much trouble. We will only ever use Neverland for future Ibiza holidays!

The locations were perfect, and everything was exactly as described (or better). Nous avons passé des vacances de rêves grâce a neverland que je recommande sincèrement à tous. Non seulement la villa était exceptionnelle et très bien placée mais c était surtout le service d Alex qui a été XXL. Il a su me conseiller, m aiguiller et surtout me réserver des endroits incroyables et incontournables sur l île pour l anniversaire de ma femme et conformément à mes attentes. Bref si vous voulez un séjour de dingue c est la que ça se passe !! J y retournerai les yeux fermés avec eux 👌

We chose Neverland Properties to reunite the entire family in Ibiza for 2 weeks. We managed to find the perfect villa, Villa Corral, for our family. Alex went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed on arrival and during our stay. His team provided baby cots, high chairs, and a pool fence and treated our 75 yo mum like a queen. He was able to arrange boat trips, car rentals and taxis very smoothly and on short notice. We will be back! Thank you Alex, Olivia and Mohammed.

Couldn’t be more happy with the overall service I received from Alex at Neverland Properties and on top of this they found the most perfect wedding venue we could’ve ever wished for. From the start to finish the communication was incredible. Promptly attending to our needs and assisting with any enquiries we may have, over the period of a year. It helped to put us at ease throughout the whole wedding planning process and we are so grateful for that. They was the best hosts even when we was in the villa and left us a beautiful gift as well. These guys are amazing!! Not only did Alex help us find the most amazing 3 villa compound for all our family and friends he also helped with everything else through out the week. He helped arrange transfers, cars, bookings, anything we needed and was always so warm, friendly and helpful, with good tips along the way too! He also helped us plan our wedding party and it was the easiest event and ran so smoothly thanks to him. I cannot recommend him enough and will be using him every time we come to Ibiza! Thanks again for an unforgettable trip!
