Compra cancelada, a pesar de haber recibido confirmación y arras. La agencia no asume responsabilidad ni costos por viaje, alojamiento ni abogados contratados luego de recibir la confirmación de la venta, en dos oportunidades. El agente nos miente respecto del avance real del proceso. Eso es grave!!!. Además, mal manejo de comunicación y obligaciones del vendedor.

Shame on you Julio. i understand that you are frustrated and angry, but don’t take that on mi or my company. i did everything that i could for you to get the property. The truth, even if you like it or not, 1. Nothing was signed. ever 2.The seller had to potential buyers, with two different agencies, one was us. Perfect for a seller, and the worst scenario for a buyer. They did wat they could get the best deal from them self when they sold. 3.They told me that they would go further on with you, and I told you that, but you didn’t want to do that before they had signed an agreement. The terms and conditions that you wanted in the agreement was not accepted by the seller. 4.I told you several times, that the most important ting was to pay as much as possible in deposit when signing the agreement/contract direct to them. This you refused and said you did NOT want to pay them anything before we signed at the Notari. And that’s why they went with the other part. 5. I updated you every time they told me some news and told you everything that they told me. I did not hide anything from you. 6. I was even willy to make a huge discount on my commission for you, so you could get the property. And in Spain “nothing is sold before the contrato de arras is signed, and the deposit is paid into the sellers account.” And again, I am sorry for your cost and the money you have spent on this, but don’t you dare to blame me or my company for this, that I don’t accept.
