Wenn es keinen Stern geben würde, würde ich Zero geben. Diese Agentur der ich vollends vertraut habe, hat mich mit immer wieder falschen Angaben ein halbes Jahr Zeit und viel Geld gekostet. Die falschen Angaben führten zu einem massiven Geldverlust. Man weigert sic bis heute , sich daran zu beteiligen, geschweige denn, ihn übernehmen und das ist genau was guten Service und eine gute Agentur ausmacht. Man kann nur warnen und den Interessenten sagen, dass sie die Angaben genau prüfen und sich auch Dokumente vorlegen lassen. They just want to sell, but take no responsibility for their informations, and all for a high commission!

Agraïm immensament la professionalitat, honestedat i confiança que Prestige ens ha donat en tot moment, per la venda de la nostra casa familiar a Eivissa. Primer ens vàrem entrevistar amb el Gabriel que ens va saber transmetre tot el procés amb claredat, des de el primer moment va fer que confiéssim amb ell, tot el que ens va explicar i comentar ha estat satisfet. Amb qui mes relació vàrem acabar tenint ha estat amb la Roberta, que es qui va realitzar les visites dels compradors. Estem totalment satisfets de la feina que ha fet tant a nivell professional i com a persona, es tracte d’una persona totalment dedicada a la feina, sempre al teu costat. Un cop trobats els possibles compradors, va col•laborar estretament amb les Arres, i posteriorment va estar pendent que no faltes cap document per el dia de la signatura. Quelques adjectifs pour son CV: Professionnel/Soucieux/Constant/Réactif/Confiance/Juste/Responsable/Étique/Humain/Respectueux/Efficace/Pertinent/Enthousiaste. Belle preuve d’empathies pour leurs clients et vendeur. C’est appréciable de voir une entreprise qui a le goût du boulot bien fait et dans les règles de l’art ( rare dans ce monde). Ho cercato un appartamento a Ibiza per 5 anni, niente da fare. Quando ormai mi stavo rassegnando, due ore prima che partisse l'aereo, questa agenzia mi ha passato la cosa "giusta": che non rientrava nel mio budget ma...era quello che stavo cercando. C'è stata quindi una fine valutazione del cliente: hanno interpretato le mie volontà e disponibilità forse meglio di me medesimo. Può essere stato un caso e poteva accadere anche in altre agenzie ma tant'è. Inoltre quello che mi motiva a lasciare un messaggio è soprattutto la cortesia e la professionalità ricevuta. Il collaboratore a me assegnato, Gabriel, oltre ad aiutarci non solo nella ricerca e durante la compravendita, ha continuato ad essere disponibile anche a rogito avvenuto. Fatto non scontato.

De nuevo gracias a Prestige. En los últimos 10 años he tenido dos inmuebles a la venta con las inmobiliarias más reconocidas de la isla y en ambas ocasiones ha sido Prestige quien ha encontrado a el comprador. Es evidente que estoy muy contento con ellos pero también es cierto que es la mejor inmobiliaria a la que puedes confiar tu inmueble en Ibiza sin duda. Son profesionales , expertos , serios , honestos y de confianza y esto no lo puedo decir del resto de inmobiliarias de Ibiza que también conozco desde hace muchos años . La reciente venta fue gracias a Nina de quien puedo decir que ha sido muy persistente , comprometida y trabajadora de quien he recibido un trato muy cercado y muy profesional . We had an amazing experience with Prestige Properties and can highly recommend the agency to everyone. Victor helped us find our dream finca. He is a very professional and amiable person. We very much liked and valued his approach: he is very professional, honest and sticks to the brief. He managed our expectations well from the start and informed us about the regulations and challenges one faces when wanting to restore and old finca. We could always reach him, also out of hours, and he was very flexible in planning appointments. The purchase process was not straightforward, which was difficult for us to manage ourselves since we do not live on the island. However, Victor stayed on top of the process and made it work. In addition to showing us around the various properties, he also helped us with administrative matters like getting us in touch with architects, lawyers, banks etc.). We recently bought a place in Ibiza with Pieter from Prestige. He was excellent, helping us through every stage of the process (showing us around the various properties for sale, getting us in touch with a mortgage broker, builders, architects etc). He always went the extra mile and was very responsive to our needs, working at weekends or while on holidays, and responding to calls/emails almost immediately. He was very pleasant to deal with, and was exceptionally patient throughout what was quite an extended sale process. Lastly he was very knowledgeable on the various positive and negative attributes of all the various different sides to the island. Highly recommend.

We have recently bought the "house of dreams" thorough Ibiza Prestige and we couldn't recommend our agent highly enough. Pieter is a very amiable guy, extremely professional and we learnt to value his opinion 100% when advising us on the strengths and weaknesses of properties and locations. Deze maand hebben we de sleutel gekregen van ons huis op Ibiza. Nadat we de moed hadden laten zakken, na vele bezichtigingen met andere makelaars, kwamen we uit op enkele bezichtigingen met Pieter van Prestige properties. Wat een verademing! Te maken krijgen met mensen die aanvoelden waar wij naar op zoek waren. Daarnaast betrouwbaar in de informatie die zij verstrekte omtrent regelgeving en wetten, waardoor onze advocaat vrij snel door het proces heen kon en het huis snel overgedragen kon worden. Ook na de koop was de vriendelijkheid en bereidwilligheid niet verdwenen. Top ervaring met dit makelaarskantoor en zeker aan te bevelen.

Last month I sold my house in Ibiza through Prestige Properties after having presented twice. Prestige Properties immediately found the right people for my house. Peter did a real perfect job, he always helped me in a very professional way and he always had time,when I had to look for papers etc and he also taught by vidio how to make better photos with my smartphone just to be able to send some copies of my contracts to him from Germany. Until the final contract we only needed 2 months, because Peter also did not hesitate to do some special things for me at the weekend. We recently purchased a house through Prestige Properties in Ibiza, Peter helped us throughout the process and we found him both professional and incredibly helpful, he went out of his way to make the purchase go smoothly and often took time to do things in his own out of office time and on weekends too! I was reffered to Victor from a very trusted high-end source . I believe it's impossible to find a better service on the market in Ibiza . Professional Agency with top service! Very competent, responsive and activities go beyond what you expect from a property selling service. I got to know Peter, a Belgium guy who has delivered a AAA job througout the transaction.
