Dear Heather. It is hugely unfortunate that you have chosen to leave us a 1 star review due to us having stated on an Airbnb review that we would prefer not to host you again (you left us a 4* review on Airbnb but then read our comments and have chosen to leave a very unfair Google review score). Unfortunately, our experience hosting you was not ideal — this is probably the first we have chosen to leave a negative review for a guest. You requested extra items like towels and pareos, several times which we provided outside normal hours, though they were left unused. You raised Wi-Fi concerns, expecting speeds suitable for streaming films and remote work, despite our notice that this be limited. We do have WIFI, we have fiber optic WIFI. One antenna happened to have a low signal strength at the time of your stay, but this has since been replaced and the WIFI continues to be excellent. We granted a refund of one night of a 6 night stay in good faith as a gesture of our recognition that the antenna had not been working normally. Before your stay, you went through the Airbnb listing item by item to find issues, though everything was either present in your property or available at reception on your arrival. Communication was unusually intense, starting before arrival, and despite our team's detailed, fast responses, your tone remained combative and defensive. We accommodated all your requests and everything that was on the property specification or requested in addition was provided. The experience left us with the sense that your goal was compensation rather than resolution. We hope you find it in yourself to be able to relax in the future when on vacation and discard your stress and anxiety. We wish you well in life and it is important that you understand that leaving inaccurate and poorly considered reviews is unfair and unkind. We are pleased that our values as individuals and a company are different to yours. I am so grateful to have colleagues that work so tirelessly and professionally to ensure that we are one of the top holiday accommodation providers in Formentera and have been now since 1982.
