When we decided to sell our property we, unfortunately, turned to one of the biggest agents and experienced a very impersonal, arrogant and poor service. Slow and no results! We decided to turn to Michael at Unique Mallorca, on recommendations, and experienced the absolute opposite! He is super engaged, very friendly, a top professional and also very genuine and realistic. He works very hard for both seller and buyer with the aim to get a good deal for both parties. And he does! I highly recommend Michael and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell. They are always professional, competent and available every day , even in the evening and on weekends !! This is unique in Mallorca. I have actually not experienced such a service before anywhere, having bought and sold many properties in several countries. I bought a house through the Unique Mallorca about a year ago. I had a great experience with this office. They were always a big help, provided the right information, and answered all my questions. One day Michael made us see the property at 9 pm because we still had some doubts. After this moment We knew we would make a deposit, and we knew we had the right agent and agency! Knowing nothing about the island when we met UM, we found their advice and support around property to be knowledgeable and personally delivered, without being pushy. We delegated much of the management of our property to them, they hold keys and we trust them. Would definitely recommend Unique Mallorca. A family business with a personal touch. Michael sorted everything for us in a quick and efficient manner. The whole process was very swift. Any query was answered straight away. So pleased we bought our first holiday home in Mallorca, which hadn’t even gone on the market. Good investment for us. Even when we came to sell, first viewers put an offer in straight away. Michael knows the area and takes time to listen to clients preference, resulting in little time wasting. Thoroughly recommend!

I was so happy and grateful to have bought our house with Michael and his team. Working with them was nothing like the typical real estate experience you get all too often. I really felt they were the whole time on our side, making sure any of our questions or doubts are answered but I could also see the previous owners very much enjoyed Michael's personal and kind approach. Dieses Unternehmen wirbt mit vielen Immobilien für die sie niemals einen Auftrag hatten und niemals persönlich gesehen haben. Sehr unseriös. Um unseriösesten ist allerdings die Aussage auf ihrer Website, sie seien das führende Maklerbüro auf der Insel. This company advertises a lot of properties that they have never had a contract for and have never seen in person. Very dubious. However, the statement on their website that they are the leading real estate agency on the island is the most dubious.

I’m receiving spam emails from this place. Not information but viruses attached . I have never done business with them

The service I receive is if the highest standard. They are professional, attentive and efficient. Most importantly they are thorough and have a full knowledge of all aspects of villa management and maintenance which is provided at a very fair price. I have used other firms but none have been as good. I would certainly recommend then unreservedly.

Perfekte Betreuung, ein Unternehmen, dass sich wirklich für die Kunden interessiert und die Wünsche des Kunden. Jederzeit eine Empfehlung wert. Die schlechten Kommentare hier sind eine Frechheit. Persönliche Animositäten haben hier nichts verloren, hier geht es um fachliche Kompetenz und die ist bei diesem Makler mehr als gegeben. Sehr befremdlich, Bewertungsmöglichkeiten hier zu mißbrauchen-dagegen würde ich vorgehen. Ich möchte Unique ganz klar weiterempfehlen.

Never ever again!! Schlechter Service, keinerlei Verantwortungsbewusstsein und einfach nur unprofessionell! Nachdem meine Bewertung nun als „Fake“ abgetan wird, hier noch der genaue Sachverhalt: Unique Mallorca war mit einem Kunden in dem Mietshaus meiner Eltern für eine Besichtigung. Dieser Kunde hatte seine Kinder mitgebracht, die während der Besichtigung durch das Haus gerannt sind, Klingelstreiche gemacht haben und mit dem Kaminbesteck gespielt haben. Dabei ist die Fensterscheibe beschädigt worden, so dass diese komplett ersetzt werden muss. Nachdem die Beschädigung während der Besichtigung mit Unique Mallorca passiert ist, muss Unique Mallorca auch dafür geradestehen. Leider hält sich der Makler einfach raus und tut so, als wäre das nicht während der Besichtigung passiert. Sehr unprofessionell und absolut unmöglich, da es für solche Fälle sogar eine Versicherung seitens des Maklers gibt.

Totale Katastrophe. Leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr schlechter Service, sehr unfreundlich.

VORSICHT!!! Verantwortungslose Leute. WARNUNG: Lassen Sie Besucher dieser Firma nicht aus den Augen, oder besser, lassen Sie sie gar nicht erst ins Haus. Bei einer Besichtigung mit einem ihrer Klienten ist eine Fensterscheibe beschädigt worden, die Instandsetzung wird jedoch verweigert.

Many thanks to the excellent team who as ever over the last 10 years have looked after my apartment without compromise, and when asked have never had a challenge thus far that has not been sorted with minimum of fuss! Very Happy and can not recommend highly enough!

We hired them to clean our house. The first cleaning was excellent but the last 2 were terrible. The husband wife cleaning team did a horrible job on the last clean. I told them what to clean and wrote it down. They completely ignored one room and one bathroom. Did not move anything that was on the floor just vacumed around it even the ottoman table in front of the couch. I e-mailed UPM and asked them to come over and look at the poor job that was done. Instead of the company coming the male employee who cleaned came over angry and defensive. He said he did not clean that room or bathroom because it did not look like we used it. Craziest excuse I have ever heard. In another bedroom he did not vacume or mop the floor because the dead flies and bugs were still there. He said he cleaned everywhere else. He got angry and picked up a dead fly and threw it out the window. That is when I felt very uncomfortable and began taping him. So he cleaned every where but where their was dirt? This company give a lot and I do mean a lot of rhetoric about customer service but NO action. Even after I called and sent them the video they just said "sorry, we have never gotten a complaint before". I do not believe this at all. But even if it were true the company's lack of interest in their worker doing such a lousy job and then coming having their worker come to my house being defensive and intimidating is unprofessional.
