Moved to Mallorca from the UK with 1 kid and 7 month old pregnant wife, made it perfectly clear to AGENT that needed to rent a place for min 2 years as didn't want to be moving twice in 2 years especially with small young children. Found me a good place to rent but was told was short term let (11 months 28 days),.... but that I could extend for another year at the end and if I did I wouldn't have to repay their fees. Get to the end of the year, I can't extend, the landlord I am renting off was never told of my intention to rent for 2 years from the beginning and if had known wouldn't have done so and E&V now unwilling to help me find a new place unless I pay their "fees" again. Extremely poor customer service + straight up liers, be careful!

Many thanks to Mr. Ballmann! After more than one year of searching for a villa and around 30 visits we finally found one. Mr. Ballmann didn´t give up! Normally E&V didn´t provide a floor plan if the seller doesn´t have one. But even that he was able to organize.

Super freundlicher Service, tolle Beratung und Abwicklung

Wir haben eine Villa in Santa Ponsa als Langzeitmiete gemietet. Die Hausübergabe war eine Katastrophe! Niemand von Engel & Völkers hat den Zustand des Hauses kontrolliert (funktioniert das Warmwasser, ist genügend Druck vorhanden, funktioniert die Heizung, was haben die Vorbewohner an Unrat hinterlassen, wie sauber wurde geputzt usw.) Bei einer Provision von über € 17.000,00 insgesamt extrem enttäuschend!!! 29.1.2024 Nach einem sehr angenehmen und klärenden Gespräch mit Frau Süßmehl wurde unsere Reklamation und unsere Kritik professionell und rasch erledigt. Wie sich herausstellte war nicht die Filiale in Santa Ponsa für die Hausübergabe verantwortlich und auch nicht das Team von Frau Süßmehl, die sich trotzdem unserer Probleme angenommen hat. Nochmals besten Dank an Frau Süßmehl und ihrem Team!
