I am not pleased with this company. I bought this house 2,5 years ago with them, but now I decided to sell it and the new agent from another company told me I had to pay for the extra square meters that my house had. The previous owners, who had been living in this house for 18 years had built a souterrain. I do not recall anyone talking about this (also not the agent of the previous owners). And the previous owners lied about everything, it was horrible. But now that I have sold the house I was forced to pay 2200 euro for this extra square meters. And since in the "escritura" was said that the house is sold "as is", I can not go back to HusmanHagberg or the previous owners, I simply have no rights. So zero points for HusmanHagberg. They have given me 0 protection.

Vaak krijg je horrorverhalen te horen bij een huis kopen in Spanje over wat er allemaal mis kan gaan. Vooral de makelaar is een belangrijke partij in dit proces en kan alleen maar lof spreken over het kantoor HusmanHagberg van Leo Lopez en collega's. Van A tm Z alles geregeld en tot na de notaris blijven zij betrokken bij de aankoop. Geen moment is te gek om iets te vragen.. in de avond of ochtend.. steeds bereikbaar. Ik heb blijkbaar geluk gehad, dus zal niet zo snel naar een andere gaan en is mijn makelaar voor het leven geworden hierdoor. Klinkt misschien overdreven, maar deze ervaring maak je niet zo vaak mee en moet je koesteren.

The after sale support with Leo have been the best! With a proxy to Husman Hagberg they finished the contract, they set up agreement for water and electricity with more. All problems about the apartment when moving in and for the first year Leo was always there for support and help. When nessecery he called the Spanish suppliers to finish a solution. In year two they also fix the tax declaration. Husman o Hagberg and Leo made the start up in Spain easy and safe :)

My wife and I bought our apartment in Benidorm last year and are extremely happy with the help we received from the Husman Hagberg team, Caroline, Leo and Camila throughout the purchase. We first contacted Caroline because we felt that we would like to have a dedicated broker for our purchase. Caroline, who is very committed, announced that she could of course arrange screenings and send film clips to us. This was absolutely perfect for us and we also appreciated that Caroline prioritized the apartments we found and were interested in and arranged the showings promptly. Already after the 3rd showing, we decided to come down at short notice to look at our apartment. After the sellers accepted our offer, Leo, with Camila's help, took over all the practicalities of purchase contracts, power of attorney, opening of bank accounts, obtaining NIE numbers, etc. It felt perfect to have experts on site who focused solely on arranging all the practicalities in the best possible way for us. Last year June we bought a house in Spain using the services of HusmanHagberg Altea Dénia. When buying a house in Spain, there is a lot to be arranged and sorted out. Luckily we had Leo and Lea who guided us through the entire process and who did most of the work. During the process there were several setbacks with the mortgage, seller, procedures, but all of them were eased out by HusmanHagberg. In de “jungle” van makelaars in Spanje zijn wij heel erg blij dat we HusmanHagberg Alte/ Dénia gevonden hebben. Op onze zoektocht hebben wij vele andere makelaars benaderd maar ieder keer was er iets. Geen of slechte communicatie, geen helder antwoord op de vraag, vaak proberen een duurder appartement te verkopen etc. Bij HusmanHagberg is dat anders, vanaf ons eerste contact tot en met de overdracht zijn wij uitermate tevreden over alle communicatie, advies, begeleiding en vooral de persoonlijke aandacht. Voor ons was het de eerste aankoop in het buitenland, omdat je toch regelmatig slechte ervaringen hoort van anderen waren wij op voorhand een beetje sceptisch. Maar wij durven rustig te zeggen dat wij het niet beter hadden kunnen treffen. In December 2020 Husman Hagberg helped us find our perfect real estate project. Since it is very important to pick the right real estate agency in Spain, I want to warmly recommend Husman Hagberg.
