I was looking for a family home in the Calvia area for myself wife & two small Children. I went in and spoke to Ana from Mallorca Prime Holmes and explained exactly what I wanted. The problem was we were short on time and only had two weeks to find a family home. The service was brilliant and Ana kept Intouch daily as we viewed potential homes. With only 7 days left Ana rang and said I have found a property exactly what your after and it hadnt even went on the market yet. We viewed it the next morning and we were so happy. Ana went above and beyond to make that extra effort and we thank you for this. Excellent service we’re are all happy in our new home 😀

I had the delightful experience of dealing with Ana from Prime homes. She actually sourced the most perfect first home for my family and I. Habe eine sehr schöne Wohnung gefunden… Abwicklung hat reibungslos geklappt… sogar mit Auto Anmeldung wurde geholfen.. Bei Fragen , steht der Service auch noch ,nach Büroschluss zu Verfügung… Bin sehr zufrieden 🤗

Agency is forcing us to leave the property that we paid for because they can’t provide with essential things such as air conditioning. So unprofessional and rude personal . There are plenty of agencies on the island and none of them has same reputation . Everyone knows that they are irresponsible and they are very well known for not giving deposit back .

Compassionate fraud Apparently I showed the agency too much how urgently I needed a place to stay. In March 2021, before the season when a lot of properties are usually vacant, I applied for an apartment to rent. During the inspection, I then recorded many deficiencies such as e.g. Mold growth in the bedroom, which is very damaging to the respiratory tract, a window on the first floor could not be closed, the sink leaked, etc. I offered, since it had to be quick for me, to put out the amount for repairs and repairs and myself then exchange with the owners. Now comes the scam: Maja, a German-speaking employee of the agency, never gave me the contact of the owner. It means that the owners have entrusted the agency 100% with the processing. I'm supposed to be happy to do the repairs at my own expense and the owners would then reimburse it. In the meantime I have been able to find the owners through the office in Calvia. A couple from Sweden is of course appalled because the owner has also paid the cost of the repair to the Mallorca Prime Homes agency, just like me. The agency has therefore billed the amount twice and collected the money for itself once.

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Ich hatte mehrmals Kontakt mit der Chefin Marina. Ob es um Mietobjekte ging oder um Besichtigungen zum Kauf. Stets war Marina bemüht mir und meiner Frau unsere Wünsche zu entsprechen. Selbst eine Schlüsselübergabe in der Nacht war kein Problem. Wir können das Büro von Marina in Santa Ponca nur empfehlen. Wenn es Probleme mit den Objekten gab dann war das Sicherlich nicht die Schuld von Marina und dem Büro Prime Homes in Santa Ponca.

After reading all this bad reviews I want to add that this is not the first time company is doing this . They do the payments under the table and not paying taxes . That’s why they never do official documents...so unpleasant to cooperate with them . Don’t choose this agency , they disrespect clients.

Bleiben Sie von diesem Unternehmen fern. Wir mieten seit 4 Wochen ein Objekt, welches über eine defekte Klimaanlage verfügt. Die Schlafzimmer haben über 30 Grad. Die Waschmaschine ist komplett voller Schimmel, siehe Bild. Nun wurde Miete kassiert und versprochen das am gleichen Tag das haus wieder komplett klimatisiert ist. Eine Rückabwicklung die von mir verlangt wurde, wird nun auf die Eigentümer geschoben. Diese hätten nun die Miete und deshalb kann nicht rückabgewickelt werden. 0 Sterne!

Now rent was requested again after we had a 3 weeks without any AC and a waiting period for a technician who came to install one AC Unit on the ground floor and he admitted that the AC at the ground floor will not make any difference to the top floor where the bedrooms are located. Avoid giving this company any business. There are plenty more real estate agencies on the island that are professional in what they are doing. It is useless to explain how ACs work, what capacity they should have, how warm and cold air travels and so on.

Investing in another country is very daunting and with the massive distance between Spain and South Africa finding people you can trust is very important. Mallorca Prime Homes even before my arrival established a clear brief of our needs, sent us information on investing in Mallorca and connected us with all the "right" people who would be needed should a transaction happened. We purchased our first property in 2018 which Mallorca Prime Homes takes care of for us. We will soon be purchasing a second property and will gain be using them.

Terrible service. And the estate agent dealing with our rental fabricated reasons for us not to get our deposit back after we had to leave the property due to the house not being suitable to live in. (very bad damp and mould, aswell as faulty appliances and locked barriers to the front and back doors. (The keys were lost, apparently) So there was no escape exit in case of emergency.
