Imperial Properties est une excellente agence immobilière. M. Wright et Marnie Edwards ont été de tres bons interlocuteurs. 1) Ils m'ont trouvé un acheteur très rapidement 2) Le contact fut très facile, Marnie est très réactive. 3) Ils ont assuré le lien entre moi même le vendeur et l'acheteur avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. 4) Ils m'ont beaucoup aidé concernant les documents et la mise à disposition des locaux à l'acheteur selon ses désidérata, je veux surtout parler du déménagement des meubles de l'appartement qui devait être livré vide. 5) Marnie était présente chez le notaire où nous avons conclu la vente sans aucun problème. Je recommande fortement cette agence et son personnel à tous les vendeurs ou acheteurs de biens immobiliers.

Mr Forestier nous a accompagné dans notre recherche et nous a présenté plusieurs biens. Grâce à lui nous avons trouvé un programme neuf et pendant les 3 années de la construction il a toujours été présent pour nous seconder et nous conseiller. J'ai fait appel à lui pour de nombreux conseils. Je recommande cette agence, pour son sérieux, et les commerciaux parlent plusieurs langues anglais, allemand, français...

Imperial Properties exceeded my expectations. They found a buyer at the price we agreed and then worked hard to ensure the sale completed despite the restrictions of the “lockdown”. I would buy or sell with them again.

Das war eine außergewöhnliche Leistung, die die Mitarbeiter von Imperial Properties in diesem Monat vollbracht haben! Mitten in der Corona-Krise wurde unsere Immobilie verkauft, und dass, obwohl wir nicht zum Notartermin nach Mallorca kommen konnten!! Aber Imperial Properties hat es, mit sehr hohem persönlichen Einsatz der Mitarbeiter und viel Ideenreichtum, geschafft! Der Kaufvertrag ist unterschrieben und alle Formalien sind erledigt! Bemerkenswert dabei: das alles wurde, trotz der nicht enden wollenden und ständig neuen Problemen, in einer sehr unaufgeregten und menschlich sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre erledigt! Sehr empfehlenswert!!!
