They don’t return phone calls, or answer emails even though we were on a tight timeline (short visit to Mallorca to visit properties and areas) we spoke on the phone and were promised a response to confirm visitation or let us know if it was not possible. No contact was made after this phone call despite me calling and emailing the agent. Quite disappointing, and I shall take my business elsewhere. I was looking forward to working with this company.
