We stayed as a group of four male adults and found the place to be a comfortable stay. The location was excellent with a short walk to the beach and harbour one way and an equally short walk to restaurants and shops the other. It was very quiet and we were able to park in a nearby street each time we came back. The kitchen had what we needed as we ate out each night. The bathroom does need updating and maybe difficult for some, but was fine for us with plenty of towels. We didn't use the garden, but could see it needed a tidy, however it was nice to sit out on the balcony area each evening when we came in. Cristina responded quickly to all my messages before and after our stay, with clear instructions for the keys and the wifi.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in diesem Ferienhaus auf Mallorca und es war von Anfang bis Ende einfach perfekt. Schon die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war vorbildlich – freundlich, zuverlässig und immer schnell erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet – man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Besonders der private Pool war ein Highlight für Groß und Klein und wurde täglich genutzt. Auch die Außenanlage bot genügend Platz zum Entspannen und Spielen. Die ruhige Lage, die Sauberkeit und die durchdachte Ausstattung haben unseren Urlaub rundum angenehm gemacht. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Nuestra estancia fue simplemente maravillosa. El alojamiento superó todas nuestras expectativas: muy limpio, decorado con gusto y con todos los detalles pensados para que te sientas como en casa. La cama era comodísima, la cocina estaba perfectamente equipada y las vistas eran espectaculares. La ubicación es ideal, tranquila pero bien comunicada, y nos permitió disfrutar tanto de la zona como de momentos de descanso. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveremos y que recomendaría al 100%.

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt, sehr weiter zu empfehlen und für uns zu 6. hat es von der Größe sehr gut gepasst. Es passt aber auch für 8 Leute.

The villa was very nice and clean, with a great outdoor area that was perfect for children. The location is quiet and close to golf courses, but we recommend having a rental car to get around easily. The host was very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our time there and would love to come back!

Wir waren im Ferienhaus in Santa Margalida für 9 Nächte und waren super zufrieden mit dem Haus. Die Einrichtung war einladend gestaltet und das Lichtkonzept super durchdacht. Man hat sich direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Der Pool war sauber und von der Größe absolut ausreichend, um sich zwischendurch abzukühlen. Gefehlt hat es eigentlich an nichts. Die Küche war großzügig eingerichtet und es standen viele Gewürze bereit.

Дуже рекомендую власників будинку, агенцію. Житло, яке ми бронювали було дуже сучасним, красивим, знаходиться в тихій зоні. Повністю відповідало нашому відпочинку. Спілкування приємне, швидке , однозначно рекомендую зупинятись тут. Я думаю, що ми також повернемося ще не раз. Дякую за гостинність

It was a very nice local finca which we enjoyed a lot. Well placed in the middle of the island it gives you the possibility to explore it widely. The only minus we can think of was due to the noise of the landing airplanes which at times can be a little annoyed. But the responsiveness and kindness of the hosts makes up for it.

Wir hatten über Airbnb gesucht und gefunden. Die Kommunikation war Top, es wurde immer zügig geantwortet und spontan auf neue Umstände reagiert. Unser Ferienhaus war sauber und ordentlich. Alle 7 unserer Gruppe waren vollkommen zufrieden. Auch der Pool war eine super Abkühlung. Und die Lage war auch himmlisch. Kurze Wege zum Wasser und zur Innenstadt von Alcudia. Mfg :)

Eine 10/10 Unterkunft! Von der einfahrt bis zum pool und der Aussicht sei es am pool oder auf dem balkon oben wo man sein Abendessen isst. War bis jetzt das beste airbnb was ich gebucht habe, aber ein Minuspunkt hab ich noch zu geben.. leider ist man mit dem auto zu allen schönen Stränden und belebten Städten 30-50 min mit dem auto entfernt… was das airbnb nicht unattraktiv macht also wir konnten trotzdem alles so erleben sowie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten aber sollte nur eine info sein falls man etwas zentraleres belebteres haben möchte. Sonst war auch die absprache mit den Vermietern sehr gut und ohne Probleme! Unser Kühlschrank hat nicht mehr richtig gekühlt und innerhalb von 30 min stand ein neuer Kühlschrank in der küche was auch beeindruckend war 😂 10/10 airbnb

Je recommande vivement ce lieu. Vous s'y trouverai toujours le confort à l'intérieur ainsi qu'à l'extérieur avec une très belle piscine. Néanmoins, prévoir une voiture pour vos déplacements.

Nous sommes partis à quatre avec un enfant de 2 ans en plein mois d'août et nous avons fortement apprécié la clim. Le logement était propre et conforme aux photos et à la description. L'emplacement était parfait pour être au calme. Nous avons passé un super moment et la piscine était très appréciable. Déjà hâte de revenir !!

Never again – both the house and service were unacceptable. Ants in every room all week, food had to be thrown away, broken glass in the pool, and water full of algae. Contacted YupiHome several times during and after our stay – never got a reply. Quick to answer when they want payment, but completely silent when faced with criticism. Avoid at all costs! Update – Reply to YupiHome’s comment: Thank you for your public reply. I feel it is important to clarify a few points: While cleaning staff were sent, the ant infestation in every room and the algae-filled pool remained unresolved for the rest of our stay. We still could not safely leave belongings on the floor or use the pool as intended. I sent several follow-up messages after departure and never received a reply until this public comment. My compensation request was based on the fact that these issues were never fixed and significantly affected our holiday. I stand by my review and believe future guests should be aware that problems may not be effectively resolved and that post-stay communication can be non-existent.

Una casa preciosa, típica de la zona, en un enclave tranquilo y único. Y por encima de todo, unos anfitriones excelentes. Estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos.

Tramitamos la reserva y todo fue fenomenal, el apartamento muy nuevo y cómodo para dos personas, contaba con piscina y zona exterior de aparcamiento que para ser temporada alta no nos resultó complicado encontrar sitio. Andando tienes bares y restaurantes y la zona me pareció segura. Lo recomiendo y repetiría experiencia.

This was a beautiful home for a family vacation. The house was very clean and had everything that you could think of in order to feel like your own home. The pool was great to cool off during hot days, the rooms and outside spaces were perfect for relaxation and enjoying dinner. It was quite, private and very inviting. This is a 10/10 property that you should not miss out on when coming to Mallorca.

Rigtig dejlig bolig i Alqudia. Vi var en vennegruppe på 6 personer, og boligen kunne rumme alle vores behov. Ny på markedet for udlejning, men vi manglede absolut ikke noget. Dejlig stor fællespool foran terrassen. Dejlig roligt område uden forstyrrelser og gode rum i villaen. Udlejeren var altid til at få fat på ved spørgsmål, og gav gode vejledninger om indtjekning inde ankomst. Vi kan anbefale villaen, og kommer gerne igen.

Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war ausgezeichnet – auf alle Fragen wurde schnell, klar und freundlich geantwortet. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit professionell und zuverlässig. Auch das Haus selbst sowie die Lage haben unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Alles war perfekt organisiert und sehr gepflegt. In nur fünf Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, was besonders angenehm ist. Eine Apotheke befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe und ist in etwa 15 Minuten bequem erreichbar. Der Hafen mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Cafés liegt ebenfalls in der direkten Umgebung, und die wunderschöne Altstadt von Alcúdia erreicht man in nur fünf Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Kombination aus idealer Lage, komfortabler Unterkunft und hervorragendem Service macht diesen Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent communication, clean house, peaceful location, facilities were great.

Wunderschöne Finca,20 min.von Flughafen entfernt. Man hat dort alles was man braucht. Super ausgestattete moderne Küche,viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten ergänzen das Angebot. 3 Schlafzimmer mit Ventilator und 2 Bäder sind vorhanden,sowie Wohn und Essküche. Alles ist sehr sauber,man findet kein Staubkörnchen im Haus. Der Highlight ist Garten mit Pool und die tolle Terasse mit Weitblick. Wunderschönen Garten ist sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe zu Detail wie das gesamtes Haus eingerichtet. Hier kann man die Ruhe genießen. Nächste Supermarkt ist ca.5 min.mit Auto entfernt sowie das Städchen. Die Besitzer sind außerordentlich gastfreundlich und nett gewesen. Es war ein Traumurlaub und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wie waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft in Alcudia! Es sieht genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern - mit allem, was man für eine paar entspannte Tage benötigt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist perfekt für eine kleine Abkühlung und auf dem Balkon kann man entspannt den Abend ausklingen lassen. In ca. 15-20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Die Straße mit Supermarkt & allem was man braucht ist ca. 5 Min entfernt. Wir waren super zufrieden und empfehlen die Unterkunft absolut weiter!

Très beau logement ! Tout était parfait, très propre, bien rangé. Environnement calme et relaxant. Cristina est d’une grande réactivité ! Et très sympathique. Nous n’avions pas la voiture et nous avons quand même réussi à faire des activités tous les jours grâce aux transports de proximité. C’est encore mieux si vous avez la voiture ! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Majorca! It felt like our own private getaway tucked away in stunning surroundings, so peaceful and relaxing. The house itself was spacious, clean, and really well laid out, with plenty of room for everyone in our group to spread out and feel comfortable. The outdoor space was a real highlight, we loved spending time by the pool and enjoying meals outside in the lovely dining area. It’s the perfect spot for families or groups looking to unwind and enjoy the island. I’d definitely recommend hiring a car, as it makes getting to the house much easier and gives you the flexibility to explore the area. The local shops and amenities are only about a 10-15 minute drive away. All in all, a wonderful place to stay, we’d love to come back!

Primero que todo, la playa que uno puede acceder caminando (200 mts) es de arena y muy bella. La casa tiene acceso cómodo, tanto para la playa como supermercado, zona comercial y transporte. Con o sin auto, la ubicación es ideal! Podría tener el jardín un poco más mantenido, pero a grandes rasgos la experiencia no podría haber sido mejor :)

This penthouse is far beyond our expectations!! Although we came very late and unexpected vila was perfectly ready. Clean, modern und luxury place, with all you need, will make you feel like a star!! Beautiful garten with pool, place for barbecue, 3 terrace for sunny days,master bedroom with amazing bathroom... Billiard table. Piano for someone who knows how to play.. House is just 5 minutes from the old city, beaches and shops. Parking in front of the house. Just perfect. Our host Cristina, was every second available for us. Very friendly and proud to say, one pure heart person. If you ever visit Mallorca, this is a place to be because we will sure come again! Thank you for opportunity to make such a beautiful memories.

This is the apartment in Alcúdia, also provided by Yupi Home Very cozy and clean apartment near the Playa de Alcúdia. Public transport also reachble. Good location. The apartment is also good equipped (kitchen, washing machine, TV, WLAN, balcony...). Kommunikation with Cristina is very comfortable and efficient. Thank you! Check-In and Check-out are also very simple.

sehr schlechter Service: telefonisch nicht erreichbar, nicht einmal ein Notfalltelefon (falls man beispielsweise nicht in die Wohnung kommt), auf Mails teilweise nicht geantwortet ein Jahr später wieder gebucht: guter Service, schnelle Antwort auf Mails, Fragen an Vermieter weitergegeben, Kaution schnell zurückerstattet

Lovely place super clean and cosy we had a great time 😁

We had a great few days at the villa - an artistically renovated and furnished stone house. It is located on a quiet street, but it is only 5-8 minutes walking distance from shops, restaurants and all you need for confortable stay. Santa Margalida is about a 10 minute drive from an endless beach, but we were there in November and for us it was a great starting point for our rental car trips around most of the island. A wonderful place. I strongly recommend it!

Really beautiful and clean Place

Desde que llegamos al alojamiento todo fue muy fácil. Los anfitriones de diez, la ubicación en un barrio tranquilo y acogedor. El apartamento es precioso con una terraza enorme en la que tienen una barbacoa a disposición de los huéspedes. Siempre dejan un detalle muy bueno para las personas que van. En definitiva, un sitio bonito con unos anfitriones excelentes que te lo facilitan todo. Sin duda repetiremos.

Wow! What an amazing place. We felt right at home. My daughter loved running around the garden and the pool was secure with a screen. I absolutely loved the outdoor kitchen area we had some fantastic meals. Would definitely come again and recommend hiring a car. You are close to the beach just a drive away. X

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Haus. Das Haus war sehr sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der kleine Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und einen Grill gibt es auch. Im Nahbereich stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Betten waren leider unbequem aber das ist auch Ansichtssache. Wir würden jederzeit wieder herkommen.

Nous avons passée une semaine entière à deux, le logement est très suffisant, spacieux et propre: Le logement ce situe dans une belle résidence avec réception et piscine (laver tout les matins), très semblable à un hôtel. Attention pour la mention parking gratuit sur place, il ne s'agit pas d'une place privée réservé au client du logement. Ce sont des place gratuit dans un petit parking souvent pleins en saisons d'été. Mais nous sommes parvenu à trouver des places non loin du logement. Je le recommande sans hésitation.

Super für Familien. Bereits bei der Ankunft waren Lebensmittel und Wasser im Kühlschrank. Auch Waschmittel, Hygiene-Artikel etc. alles vorhanden. Hier kann man wirklich einen entspannten Aufenthalt haben. Wir haben die Ruhe auf dem Land sehr genossen. Ein Auto wird benötigt, nach Algaida ca 5-10 Min und nach Palma ca 15-25 Min. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und auch der Garten und Pool super gepflegt.

Zentrale Lage, gute Zimmerausstattung und traumhafter Ausblick. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

There were 6 of us that had the vacation at this villa and everybody was satisfied. We found some small things missing at the beginning but everything was fixed upon our contact with the host. The location of property is good for those who wants the quick excess to any part of the island. Of course, rented car is required without doubts. The villa is located on countryside thus surrounded area is calm. Generally it can be said that this property corresponds to price-quality basis.

È stato tutto perfetto, fin dal check in al check out. Nessun problema nella casa, tutto ordinato e come in descrizione e foto. Ottima esperienza, host amichevoli e disponibili.

Wir haben einen ruhigen Ort in der Natur gesucht, um vollständig abschalten zu können, und dieses Ferienhaus hat genau das geboten. Es liegt mitten in der Natur, ideal für alle, die dem Trubel entfliehen möchten. Der gelegentliche Fluglärm, je nach Wetterlage, hat uns nicht gestört. Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt.Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ausreichend, allerdings gibt es keinen zweiten Fernseher im OG wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die beiden Zimmer im OG sind mit jeweils zwei Betten ausgestattet. Ein flexibler Topper wäre ideal, wenn man als Paar gemütlicher schlafen möchte, da es sich um zusammengeschobene Betten mit Einzelmatratzen handelt.Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, und es gibt eine Nespresso-Maschine, also Kaffeekapseln mitbringen. Waschpulver für die Waschmaschine nicht vergessen.Der Pool ist groß/tief genug, die Kinder hatten großen Spaß. Der Pool könnte eine kleine Instandsetzung vertragen,war aber ok für uns.Wir würden definitiv nochmal kommen!

Super séjour chez Cristina à Santa Margalida pour ces deux jours. La maison est magnifiquement décorée et très propre ! Linges de lit et serviettes agréables. La piscine est top et clean. La maison correspond au descriptif! Tout fonctionne. Petit accessoire de plage pour enfant dc pratique quand on voyage léger ! Hôte réactive ! Je recommande à 100% !

We had a brilliant stay at one of their Can Picafort apartment. It's wonderfully located close to Can Picafort's beach, but still very quiet all the time, so we had a good night's sleep. pros: * Everything's brand new, or feels like it - the kitchen especially. * Very spacious. We are 4, but it could have easily accommodate 2-3 more people. * The beach is (in a very slow pace) 2 minutes away. * Excellent air conditioning in every room. cons, though none worth review stars deduction: * Besides dishwasher tablets, one kitchen cloth and dishwashing soap, you get no other kitchen cleaning consumables. Manual dishwashing is closer to impossible (for example could've kept the lovely chef knifes much sharper). * Hot/cold water in the showers is hard to control. Becomes harder when the 2 showers are used simultaneously.

Beautiful Villa in tranquil location. Great sized pool and the air conditioning is brilliant. We didn't use the basement as we had no use for it, all other rooms were used and enjoyed.Whilst the bedroom on ground floor has no air con, it really isn't a problem as you just put it on in the living room, and leave the door open. It looked like someone had left a beach brolly for the outside. However, our only slight negative is that it really could do with some shade around the pool area. Plenty of shade on the terrace with a really comfortable couch and chairs, along with dining table. Fruit and water on arrival was very much appreciated.

Yupihome ens gestiona un lloguer vacacional des de 2014 i un altre des de 2022. Mai hem tengut cap problema amb la seva gestió. Si hem tingut alguna incidència amb algun client sempre han estat al meu costat i l’han resolt ràpidament. Agraïm la seva bona feina.

Très bon accueil, réactif et à l'écoute de nos demandes et nos besoins. Maison qui réponds à nos attentes, les pièces climatisées sont un grand plus. Je vous remercie encore pour ce séjour à Majorque.

Maison magnifique dans un village avec plein de charme. Les commerces sont accessibles à pieds en 2 minutes et il est facile de se garer. La mer a Muro est à 15 minutes en voiture. La maison est grande, avec une piscine et tout le confort et les équipements nécessaire pour un séjour réussie. Je recommande, nos vacances ont été parfaite grâce a cette maison. Merci

Location correspondant à 100% avec le descriptif et les photos. Très bien équipée. C'est un petit paradis calme centré à proximité de tout. Cristina et les propriétaires sont très réactifs à nos demandes. Je recommande pour passer des vacances loin de foule tout en profitant rapidement de la beauté de l'île.

Apartamento limpo e arrumado. Localização ótima, temos tudo perto dês de restaurantes, lojas de roupa, supermercados. Estacionamento para o carro a 2 min a pé do apartamento. Excelente espaço para um casal.

Wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung. Bei Sauberkeit und Lage kann man sich absolut nicht beschweren. Kommunikation lief nicht direkt über sie, aber auch da schnelle Antworten bezüglich Check In (hatten sonst keine weiteren Anliegen). Zwei Punkte zu erwähnen: Parkplätze sind nicht auf dem Grundstück, sondern auf der Straße. Diese sind kostenfrei und es war immer etwas frei zur Hauptsaison. Klimaanlage ist nur in einem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer. Die anderen Schlafzimmer sind mit Standventilatoren ausgestattet. Insgesamt eine schöne, große und vor allem saubere Wohnung mit großer Terrasse in Can Picafort. Von Herzen zu empfehlen.

La casa es mucho mas bonita que en las fotos, muy cómoda, súper grande y con un montón de estancias para disfrutar. La piscina es infinita y preciosa, muy grande. La casa mega limpia, y los dueños un encanto. Muy muy recomendable, hemos estado encantados! Hemos estado alojados en ma semana de la tormenta (dana) y casi ni nos hemos enterado, hemos estado muy cómodos en la casa y no hemos echado de menos el tener que salir.

Hemos disfrutado mucho la casa! Aunque estaba lejos de todo, volver después de un día de turismo, playa, calas, snorkel… era un gusto. La casa era magnífica, con muchos espacios amplios para los que éramos (una familia con 7 hijos) y el jardín y la piscina estupenda. El aire acondicionado se ha agradecido en unos días de muchísimo calor! Solo echamos en falta algo más de equipamiento en la cocina. Relación calidad-precio regula por la distancia a la que estaba de todo, aunque excelente por su comodidad!!!!

Het was een hele fijne plek om te verblijven, genoeg ruimte en vrijheid. Zwembad en loopband zijn ook top om je te vermaken in de avond. Cristina reageerde snel, dus dat was ook top!

This house was really lovely. We wanted to be in the countryside it was quiet yet walking distance to lovely Loseta. The house was perfect for us very clean well furnished and all bedrooms has shower rooms. Great garden and pool and great responsive host. Highly recommend.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire. La villa correspond entièrement au descriptif de l'annonce. L'emplacement était idéal pour nous pour parcourir les différents points de l'île. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille.

Sehr ruhig gelegene Finca (keine direkten Nachbarn), sowohl im Innen- als auch Außenbereich großzügig geschnitten. Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Relativ kleiner Kühlschrank. Mietwagen ist Pflicht, da fußläufig nichts in der Umgebung ist. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Ein sehr schönes und großes Haus in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung. In der Küche war alles an Equipment zum kochen da. Den Kohle-Grill haben wir auch einige Male genutzt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist sehr schön. Das Haus verfügt über keine Klimaanlage, weshalb es abends gut gelüftet werden muss. Die Einfahrt in die Garage ist sehr eng und steil. Daher ist ein SUV absolut empfehlenswert. Nach einiger Übung sind wir aber auch schnell in die Garage gekommen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben schnell auf Nachrichten oder Anrufe reagiert. Einmal ist Sonntag morgens der Warmwasserbereiter für das Haus ausgefallen und 30 Minuten nach unserem Anruf war schon ein Techniker da und hat alles repariert. Also ein sehr guter Service.

Fue una experiencia muy agradable, el lugar es muy cálido perfecto para la estancia en el lugar. En verdad me gustó mucho la visita en el lugar, sin duda volvería a regresar. Lo super recomiendo.

I can't recommend this beautiful villa Sa Reconada highly enough. It's in a quiet location so a car is handy. It’s only a 5 minute drive to Algaida with dome lovely restaurants. Cristina the host was very accommodating and quick to respond on any question asked. Also appreciated was the welcome food as we arrived in late there was Water, pizza,ham,cheese,drinks,bread,tea,coffee, milk etc. The utensils/plates/glasses etc. couldn't fault and plenty of everything and equipment seemed new and good quality. The bathrooms were well equipped, plenty of towels for the bath and pool and again no complaints. All rooms air conditioned with plenty of sheets with spares. The outside space is amazing especially the pool and plenty of seating/sun beds and again everything you could ask for and more. I would definitely come back.

Sur les 15 jours de vacances à Majorque, nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette parfaite finca a Santa margalida. Les hôtes qui habitent à côté sont totalement discrets mais disponibles si besoin. Nous avons eu accès libre à leur magnifique piscine comme si c’était la notre 😅. Un bel accueil avec une finca fraîche en arrivant, tout était propre et prêt, des boissons au frais, une corbeille de fruits et des citrons de leur jardin, à gogo ! C’était le début de notre séjour et pour avoir fait 2 autres étapes sur l’île, c’est de loin celui que toute la famille a préféré car loin du trouble touristique avec pourtant des accès rapides un peu partout. Un grand merci et si nous revenons à Majorque, c’est chez vous que nous reviendrons ! Bonus pour Mme qui parle très bien français donc pratique et rassurant pour nous. Le couple est charmant, réservez en toute confiance. Merci à vous.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. La maison correspond parfaitement aux photos, et la piscine est un atout majeur. Le propriétaire a même pris le temps de passer pour l’entretien de la piscine, ce qui a été très apprécié. La maison, typiquement majorquine, est charmante et offre l’avantage d’avoir un parking gratuit juste devant la porte. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

EDIT: Es wurde über mehrere Stunden via WhatsApp und Airbnb kommuniziert. Wo nun ganz klar und deutlich kommuniziert wurde, wo genau die Problematik liegt. Das ganze wurde mit Bildern und Videos belegt. Wenn Eure Mitarbeiter nicht in der Lage sind, diesen Sachverhalt konkret zu verstehen, liegt das nicht am Gast. Von Airbnb war die ganz klare Antwort, dass der GASTGEBER NICHT STORNIEREN MÖCHTE. Obwohl Airbnb sämtliche Mängel anerkannt haben. Wir hatten ein Ferienhaus in Burger, Mallorca. Das positive vorab: schöne Außenanlage - wie auf den Bildern und saubere Unterkunft. Negative Punkte: die Kommunikation mit Cristina und Miguel/Michael. Bis zur Abfrage der Daten war alles ok, danach ging es bergab. Der Checkin war mehr als holprig, Anweisungen gab es nur auf Nachfrage, obwohl beide wussten wann wir ankommen. Miguel/Michael reagierte auf keinerlei Anrufe oder legte nach 1 Sekunde auf. Der Innenbereich der Unterkunft entsprach nicht wirklich der eingestellten Bilder via Airbnb. Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und das Durchgangszimmer sind dunkel und verfügen über kleine Fenster, die Deckenhöhe im Schlafzimmer ist sehr niedrig. Das Badezimmer ist winzig und für drei Personen eine Zumutung. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist durchgelegen und zu weich, lies uns leider kaum schlafen. Die Küchenutensilien müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden, da bei den Töpfen der Griff abplatzt und man sich schnell dran verletzten kann, das Besteck ist verbogen, Kochlöffel etc. sind abgenutzt. Die Couch sowie die Sessel sind durchgesessen und somit absolut unbequem. Das WLAN in der Unterkunft ist grottenschlecht und funktioniert so gut wie nie. Der Name des WLANS ist ebenfalls nicht in den Unterlagen zu finden. Der versprochene Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück, stand nicht zur Verfügung, da uns kein Schlüssel dafür gegeben wurde. Hier wurden wir von Miguel/Michael mit der Antwort „inside you can‘t. Parking outside. All the best.“ abgespeist wurden. Die Unterkunft lag in einer schmalen Straße, wo selbstverständlich alle anderen Bewohner parkten und nicht jedes Auto Platz hatte. Teilweise mussten wir weit weg von der Unterkunft parken, was teilweise unpraktisch war und genau deswegen war dieser Punkt essenziell für uns. Teilweise haben auch Steckdosen im Durchgangszimmer nicht funktioniert, erst mit Hilfe des (vermutlichen) Hausmeisters, der abends um 21:30 Uhr bei uns antanzen musste, da Miguel/Michael alle dazu gedrängt hat und kein Nein akzeptieren konnte und es für ihn nicht möglich war, einen Termin für den kommenden Vormittag zu vereinbaren. Nach all diesen aufgezählten Minuspunkten, haben wir versucht Kontakt mit Cristina aufzunehmen, die nach der Datenabfrage nicht mehr reagierte via Airbnb. Die Kommunikation von Miguel/Michael war herablassend und alles andere als hilfreich. Unser Wunsch war, die Unterkunft zu verlassen und eine andere Unterkunft eventuell aus Cristinas Portfolio zu wählen, laut Airbnb waren einige frei, wurde aber nie drauf eingegangen. Somit wurde die Anfrage gekonnt von den beiden ignoriert und wir wurden schlecht behandelt. Alle diese Punkte haben wir an Airbnb weitergeleitet, hier wurde uns versucht zu helfen, sodass wir aus der Unterkunft rauskönnen, leider haben die beiden auch das blockiert und wir mussten die gesamte Zeit dort bleiben, da wir es nicht eingesehen haben, aus eigener Tasche eine neue Unterkunft zu buchen. Versprochen wurden übrigens diverse Rückrufe von Miguel/Michael, die wir bis heute nicht erhalten haben, er reagiert ebenfalls nicht auf Anrufe oder legt nach einer Minute wieder auf 😂 Leider haben Cristina und Miguel/Michael sich damit ausgezeichnet 0,0 % hilfsbereit und Lösungsorientiert zu sein. Probleme weg zu ignorieren, lieber das Geld einzusacken und unzufriedene Gäste zu haben, ihren Urlaub zu versauen. Der Gastgeber und Servicegedanke scheint bei beiden Personen nicht unbedingt ausgeprägt zu sein. Einmal und nie wieder buchen wir über YupiHome und schon gar nicht über Cristina und Miguel/Michael (es wäre auch hilfreich für den Gast, wenn dieser wissen würde, wie er nun wirklich heißt 😂🤷🏼‍♀️).

Do not believe 5 star reviews. These people are scammers. Never returned the deposit and charged for furniture which was already broken when we arrived. Avoid at all costs

Katastrophe! Diebe! Wir wurden gleich in der Ankunftsnacht ausgeraubt. Diebe kamen durch eine unverschlossene Tür, die vom Personal offen gelassen wurde. (Vorsätzlich? Der Türgriff war gut durch Besen und diverses Putzgerät zugestellt!) Von der Agentur gab es keinerlei Hilfe. Trotz sofortigem Anruf und Email kam erst 3 Tage später eine kurze Reaktion: „We are sorry! You should file a complaint with the police.“ Lächerlich! Eigentlich eine Frechheit! Als Geschädigter fühlt man sich verhöhnt! Ein Mindestmaß an Hilfestellung könnte man für den hohen Preis schon erwarten. Das Ferienhaus war darüber hinaus in schlechtem Zustand, nicht gut geputzt und der versprochene Garagenplatz nicht verwendbar. Eine Abzocke schlimmster Sorte! Nie wieder YupiHome!

We have rented a house in Alcudis from Yupihome. The house is fantastic, beautyful and with the most fantastic view. The service from Yupihome has been excellent, when questions my mails has been answered professionel and prompt. And they have always given the extra service which you could not expect. Thank you for everything, we will definately rent by Yupihome again.

müll verein; ein tag vor anreise wurde die villa von yupihome storniert da angeblich alle gäste mindestens 27 jahre alt sein müssen, was jedoch weder sinn macht noch zum buchungszeitpunkt in den richtlinien stand. hätten wir auch nicht per paypal gezahlt, wäre das gesamte geld weg gewesen da wir es über den paypal käuferschutz zurückholen mussten

Do no use this trash company. They photoshop SO MUCH and you will end up in a very disappointing location that is totally unrecognizable. They are by far the worst thing I encountered on the beautiful island of Mallorca.

Je déconseilles cette agence et ce site fortement car vous ne serez pas remboursé… conditions abusives. J’ai réservé un séjour à Alcudia sur Airbnb le 25 mars pour une réservation en date du 10 septembre soit plus de 5 mois et réglé un acompte de 258€ !! Suite à l’annulation du vol easyjet je contacte en urgence l’hôte Christina celle-ci me répond 3 jours plus tard qu’il n’y aura aucun remboursement … c’est scandaleux aucun geste commercial je rappelle que l’annulation a eu lieu 3 mois avant le départ mais cette personne refuse le remboursement et me renvoie les conditions générales. Je déconseilles fortement cette agence et cette hôte sur airbnb ces conditions sont abusives. Attention ! Aux conditions générales AUCUN REMBOURSEMENT … même 4 mois à l’avance.

I am extremely disappointed in this organization and their lack of hospitality. I had to cancel my trip from the US to Spain due to COVID-- I intended to reschedule for another date-- and they refused to refund me the $1,400 I paid for the trip that I cannot take. In the midst of public health crisis and personal financial hardship, pocketing my funds is inexcusable. Cristina is the person I worked with.

I concur with the 1 star reviews. No leniency at all while mitigating factors are in play. Due to a travel warning from our government we are not able to travel. It seems Yupi Home still advises to come, like nothing is wrong. That's not a professional attitude. Those who ignore the warnings can have much problems coming home and must stay in quarantine for two weeks. Also the health risks can not be ignored. The five star reviews are from people that were either lucky or totally fake. At least a few of those five star reviews are from people with the last name of Ramon. Could be a coincidence but at least the five star review from Cristina herself should be removed. Highly unprofessional behavior. Some of those five stars reviews come from the Lloseta area on Mallorca. How convenient, the main office of Yupi Home is in Lloseta! The response of Yupi Home to those fake reviews is very generic, copy paste like. Look for yourself the pattern is more than obvious. Sure the Airbnb cancellation policies were know beforehand but why act so differently to cancellations if we can trust the other reviews where people got refunded? After our cancellation Yupi Home was very quiet and did not respond to my mail about their offer for a new booking. How can we make a new booking and probably get burned again if we don't know when the advise to travel changes again.? I have been very polite until now but I wanted to heed this warning before anyone books accommodation with this company. Stay clear, they won't be responsive anymore while they have taken your money.

As many of us are going through this difficult time we depend on travel institutions to be flexible. In this case YupiHome has granted us a credit (nearly 4500 Eur) for our trip, which we had to cancel due to COVID warning, just one day prior to arrival. Cristina has been very responsive and kind and though the owners did not agree I appreciate the kind support and the option to rebook until December 2021!

I was due to stay at this Villa in August but collectively as a group we had to cancel our reservation. Cristina was a great sport to the main person booking in our group. She provided a full refund and I am here to write a review to appreciate her hard work. Thank you and I hope to travel to Mallorca again soon.

We enjoyed the stay a lot! We were welcomed with fresh fruit set, which was really nice gesture on the beggining. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The terrace with sea view was fantastic place for breakfasts and evening talks. One main advantage of the apartment is the swimming pool, which is fantastic option for chilling and having fun. We enjoyed this place so much, that we booked additonal days to stay there. It's good to have a car if you want to go shopping or go on Alcudia beach as it's far away (around 2km distance from port d'Alcudia), but quiet area recompensates everything. Please be only careful if you leave balcony door/windows open as ants and cockroaches will "sniff" food immediately. It doeasn't mean that the place was dirty- not at all. It's typical problem here as in other vacation destinations. Summarizing- it was great choice for our vacation plans.

Hemos tenido una experiencia magnífica, hemos disfrutado mucho las vacaciones. Todo era real tal cual en las fotos y la comunicación con Cristina muy buena, responde rápido y con satisfacción al cliente.
