Dickinson villas and especially Noelia were amazing with everything regarding our fabulous Villa that we booked thru them. We even came back and spent another week at the Villa later in the season because it was so amazinbg. The Villa was immaculate, spotless and totally pest free. The check in was extremely easy, communication excellent and they even tracked us down for us to come back and get a couple of items that we had left by mistake. I could not remecond them more highly. If you can not see a Villa on the website for your dates, then contact them directly and they will do their best to fine the perfect place for you. *****+ (5 stars plus plus!)

A beautiful, modern, light filled apartment with stunning views of the bay from inside and out. All the facilities we needed and exceptionally clean. A great location, a few minutes stroll to the centre and less than a minute to the beach across the quiet road. Well positioned with a small supermarket below and a bus stop 8 minutes walk (Gotmar 1 - getting on here avoids the crowds in the port, one stop later and is much closer than the main stop in the port). The large, private, comfortable balcony with its expansive view makes this apartment very special as you can watch the sunrise and the world go by in comfort as well as dine outside at the large table. There’s an added bonus of a rooftop sundeck up some steps with several sun loungers with 360 degree views. The team at Dickinson Villas were friendly and very responsive and from booking to departure everything was simple and smooth. We would definitely come back.

Sehr sauberes und schönes Haus. Garten und Pool sehr gepflegt. Leider ist die Straße sehr laut und es gibt keine Bettdecken - nur Leintücher zum Zudecken. Alles in allem - empfehlenswert.

Firstly, an amazing agency nothing was to difficult! They were responsive throughout the booking process and even more so when we stayed at one of their properties. We can not praise Noelia enough, she was simply lovely to deal with and honestly she went above an beyond to help me with various personal things. The only reason we have provided a 4 start rather than 5 is that the apartment needs a little TLC and sadly our AC in 1 of the rooms was not always useable due to the smell it would emit. Please note that support including a plumber were sent and we were assured it would be looked in for future clients. Despite this small aspect we had a really lovely break and would use Dickinson again - thank you to all the staff who were always ready to help with communication being spot on.

Villa Crisymo, Mallorca August ‘25 I was highly unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, the property had been inadequately prepared and maintained. Specifically: • The villa was very dirty • Kitchen utensils, pots, and drawers were greasy and unhygienic. • The barbecue area and pool loungers were in extremely poor condition. • The bathroom towels provided were dirty. • The upstairs bathroom had a very unpleasant and persistent odor. • Ants were present throughout the house, as documented in the attached photos. Moreover, we were not informed in advance that the villa was not equipped with municipal waste bins. Instead, we were required to drive approximately 7 km to Pollenca to dispose of rubbish, under the threat of a penalty charge at check-out. Throughout our stay, we were forced to clean repeatedly and place ant poison around the house in order to avoid infestation. This situation caused us considerable stress and prevented us from enjoying the rest and relaxation we had expected and paid for.

Fabulous Villa providing great amenities, facilities and space for all 8 of us. Dickinson were always on hand to help with any query (although we had very few) and we found the Villa, gardens and pool in a really clean and tidy state on arrival. The garden and pool was well provided for with toys and games for the youngsters. The annex with built in BBQ grill was a great setting for cooking the steaks after a relaxing day! Wine cellar was a boost! So many good points.

Diese Review bezieht sich auf die Villa "Casa Mir" Das Haus Es ist traditionell eingerichtet und machte auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Der Blick von der Terrasse über die Bucht von Pollenca ist sensationell und Haus liegt sehr schön im Berghang. Leider waren dies auch schon die positiven Aspekte. Das Haus ist alt und die Holzfenster undicht, teilweise sind kleine Löcher in den Fensterrahmen durch die Ameisen kommen und das Haus bevölkern, hier besonders im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche durch den Kamin (bitte kein Essen oder Getränke offen stehen lassen). Das Haus war dadurch nicht wirklich sauber und überall waren Reste vom Essen der Ameisen zu finden. Das Haus benötigt eine massive Überarbeitung der Innenarchitektur und sollte aufgerüstet werden. Zudem scheint die Stromzufuhr für das Haus nicht ausreichend zu sein, denn wir hatten einen Komplettausfall und ein Techniker musste an der Straße den Strom wieder einschalten. Die Unterstützung hierbei durch die Agentur war super, der Techniker war innerhalb von 20 Minuten da und hat uns die Lage erklärt. Klimaanlage Die in der Beschreibung des Hauses beschriebene Klimaanlage gibt es nur in den Schlafzimmern, der Rest vom Haus, also der Wohnbereich (Wohnzimmer, Flur, Küche, etc.) ist nicht klimatisiert und wird im Sommer sehr heiß. Pool Der Pool ist groß und dort lässt es sich mit dem Blick auf die Bucht sehr gut aushalten. Leider fehlt hier eine echte Beschattung und die Wasserkante der Fliesen bedarf einer Reinigung. Hier hat sich vermutlich die Sonnencreme der Bewohner abgesetzt und einen leicht gelben Film hinterlassen. Die vorhandenen Sonnenschirme halten dem Wind meist nicht Stand und fallen um oder sind bereits komplett defekt. Hier wird dringend eine stabilere und feste Lösung benötigt. Zusammengefasst Haus überarbeiten (Fenster, Strom, Klima, etc.) + feste Beschattung am Pool, bessere Reinigung von Haus + Pool

We booked a last minute villa through Dickinsons and I would 100% recommend them to anyone considering a villa in Majorca. From booking enquiry to recommendations on tapas restaurants, almost instantaneous responses from the lovely ladies at Dickinsons. The villa was out of this world, the kitchen had every gadget available. Even some inflatables for my children to play with in the pool. We had the best time and will certainly be back!

A lovely, spacious apartment in a great location. Dickinsons Villas were really helpful. We had a problem finding the keysafe for the apartment when we first arrived, late at night. It was misleading as the keysafe address was different to the apartment address whereas the key was actually outside the apartment. We rang the emergency number and a very nice, patient, helpful lady talked us through it. She also helped us at the end of our holiday too as we needed somewhere to store our suitcases for a few hours. I highly recommend Dickinsons Villas, we were really impressed. by them and will definitely book with them again. We had a wonderful holiday.

El Faro is a beautiful apartment, with a large balcony with glorious views onto the Pine Walk and sea. Two of the three bedrooms have air-con, with the other having a fan. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a small utility room with washing machine and deck chairs etc. Annie from Dickinson Villas was particularly super helpful in a minor incident. She was the optimy of kindness and understanding. The company were very responsive and informative in all communications.

Magnificent! Where to start? Firstly, the booking process and payment for a last minute holiday was very simple and easy straight through their website and confirmation was pretty much instant. Now to the great bits. We originally booked a beautiful villa just out of Port de Pollença upon arrival we were really blown away at the location and the villa presentation. The pool area was incredible and the property itself was very spacious and well set out for families and entertainment. Unfortunately we realized early in the evening there was an issue with the air conditioning. It was a little late to call for assistance and a Saturday evening so we waited to the following morning to visit the office just in the town to get some help. When we entered the office we were greeted by the very lovely Ani we discussed the unfortunate issue at the property and she assured us she would contact the owner immediately. Within just 10-15 minutes she arranged for us to meet the owner of the property along with her maintenance man. To cut a long story short there was an issue with the AC that couldn’t be resolved immediately. After a few WhatsApp’s between ourselves and Ani and also the fantastic Noelia it was arranged for us to vacate our current rental and move to another stunning Villa with working AC. The replacement villa felt to us like a unbelievable upgrade and was truly stunning and in a fantastic location. My wife and myself cannot comprehend how good the service was from our hosts, they went so far beyond what we would consider great service I cannot convey in words. We truly felt blessed and it has become one of our stand out holidays of recent years and we have been to some very special places in the world. We WILL be booking with Dickinson Villas and bring the rest of family to enjoy the great properties and stunning area. Again a massive shout out to Ani and Noelia and of course the rest of the team which unfortunately we didn’t get to meet on this visit. We truly had the best time and are so very grateful for the outstanding and heartfelt service you provided us it is second to none. Thank you all for making this such a memorable trip. We had a lovely stay at Can Bach. The house was amazing and the views were incredible! Location wise we were only a few mins walk from the charming pollensa town. Villa had all amenities, towels were changed 1/2 through our stay, the pool was clean and water was warm. Previous reviews talk about traffic noise. We had no issues with it, you can hear it, but it’s not frequent. We were a family with two teenagers and they all had a comfortable room and a bathroom. The only thing I’ll say is make sure you take mosquito repellent. Some of us got a fair few bites during the warm evenings watching sunsets. Thank you so much! We would love to come back next year.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this villa. The location was perfect — peaceful yet conveniently close to everything we needed. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, but the highlight for us was definitely the large private pool. It was the perfect size for our family to enjoy, and most memorably, our 6-year-old learned to swim during our stay! It truly made the holiday unforgettable. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and fun break.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this villa. The property is beautifully presented with a spacious and well-thought-out layout. The pool, garden, and barbecue area are all excellent features that really enhanced our holiday. Inside, the house is comfortable and well-equipped. We experienced a minor issue with the downstairs toilet, but this was resolved promptly, and the response was much appreciated. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The dishwasher is of poor quality, and we needed to hand-wash all the glasses on arrival. The washing machine is only effective when using longer cycles, so shorter washes are not really worth attempting. In the main downstairs bathroom, the shower head is not wall-mounted, which means it must be held by hand. We also encountered a persistent issue with ants in the kitchen. These appear to be coming through small gaps in the walls, which ideally should be sealed. Additionally, we were bitten quite frequently by mosquitos. Although there were citronella candles available, they had all been used, so guests may wish to bring their own. One important detail not mentioned in the advertisement is the requirement to dispose of your own rubbish. While the collection point is nearby by car, there is no outdoor bin storage at the villa, which meant making daily trips. This is not ideal given the location is not within walking distance. A car is essential for staying at this property, although taxis are easy to book and generally reliable. Overall, we had a great stay. The villa itself is excellent, and with a few small improvements regarding waste disposal, pest control, and maintenance, it would be even better.

Amazing location , great balcony for relaxing , went swimming every morning at 8am as it was so close to the sea…….( only complaint ) could be doing with some slightly better mattresses on the single beds…………….but overall a great apartment.

we stayed at vistamar 2 in puerto pollenca, this was our 2nd time staying in this apartment Needless to say we loved the location and views so much we've booked it for next year already. dickinsons always look after you we've booked with them over 10 years now staying in various parts of pollenca, this time was no different they even left us a lovely note and welcome pack for returning😎. the apartment is very spacious for 4 or 6. it has a lift for the elderly/ disabled or if your feeling lazy 😊. thanks again dickinson. lovely stay.

I have been staying at Vistamar IV for 6 or 7 years and absolutely love the huge lounge and balcony. The views are spectacular - I could sit and watch the sea and boats all week. The beach is literally across the road and just turn left and the shops, restaurants and town square are a few minutes away. It couldn’t be more convenient - and my guests and I all wish we could move in tomorrow. Enjoy!

We enjoyed the peace, quiet and privacy of the villa. Great location as Pollensa is only a 10 minute walk. The garden is lovely and swimming pool is well maintained and clean. Great views of the mountains and sunset in the evening. The villa was very clean, we had everything we needed. Thunderstorms tripped the power supply but Dicksons were very quick to get back to us and advise us what to do. The spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom would be very difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The decor inside the house is tired and the bathroom is definately due for refurbishment.

Das Haus ist für 4 Personen geräumig, gut ausgerüstet und hat uns auch vom Ambiente her gut gefallen. Draußen sitzt man gut, hat Aussicht in die Natur und einen schönen kleinen Pool. Das Wasser war natürlich kalt zur Osterzeit, aber unwiderstehlich, wenn man das mag. Die Hauptstraße ist zwar nicht zu sehen, aber man hört bei ungünstigem Wind die Verkehrsgeräusche bei geöffnetem Fenster oder wenn man draußen sitzt.

Review for: Apartamento Roqueta, Porto De Pollensa I wasn’t the person who made the booking, so I can’t leave a review on the booking website. I understand this listing is for the management company, not just the property - so I’ll cover both. We had some issues checking in. There are no door numbers, and the instructions were vague. In 2025, including photos to guide guests to the correct door seems like a basic expectation. We asked hotel staff nearby who didn't know either, so we had to call the contact number to work it out. During our 5 night stay, we had to contact the company multiple times, sometimes with no reply - only for a workman to turn up unannounced. On our first evening, the towel rail collapsed when we tried to use it. The dishwasher had a broken hinge and didn't seal properly, and we found water on the kitchen floor after one use. We messaged them straight away - mostly to avoid being blamed for damage -but got no reply. Instead, two men showed up unannounced to look at it. The next day, we found more water, even though the dishwasher hadn’t been used. We discovered a large leak under the sink -with a bucket already placed beneath it, which was now overflowing. It was clear someone knew about it. We messaged again, and the same guys came back and said they’d arrange a plumber. To be clear: the people were very kind and apologetic, and they tried to help. But across 5 nights, they came in around 5 or 6 times (sometimes with permission while we were out). It just became a lot of “life admin” we were hoping to avoid on holiday! I assume we were the first to rent it out this season, but to me a property management job is to make sure flats are ready to go. Something we didn’t report - because we didn’t want to seem difficult - the WiFi doesn’t reach the back three bedrooms (half the apartment). A booster would help, especially if kids want some downtime watching a movie on a tablet. The TV isn’t a smart TV. There’s a Vodafone box, but most apps are locked. For 2025, this feels pretty outdated. Photos on the website are misleading: the balcony looks bigger than it is. There are only four outdoor chairs, even though the place sleeps eight. Having enough seating for the whole group should be a given. Also, the sofa in the apartment isn’t the one in the photos - it’s shabbier and worn. Small thing, but the info about rubbish bins isn’t helpful. The sign on the back of the door just says “near the park” - but doesn’t say which park or give an address. Again, images or specific directions would help. Nobody wants to wander around with plastic bottles and bin bags trying to guess where to go! Also worth noting: there’s only one set of keys. For a place that sleeps eight, this is inconvenient if people want to do different things. All of these issues feel like things the management company could - and should - have anticipated and fixed. The people we dealt with were very nice, but there’s a general lack of polish and attention to detail. Perhaps that's due to the excellent location, and a feeling of "someone will always stay here because it's beachfront and the details don't matter"? So I think 3 stars is fair. It was average - not awful - but some very simple fixes could make the experience much smoother and more enjoyable. A bit more proactivity and better communication would make a big difference!

Das Apartment liegt am Ende der Promenade von Port de Polenca mit umwerfenden Blick auf die Bucht von Pollenca und die Tramuntana bis zum Puig Major. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet inclusive Stühle für den Strand. Das Kinderzimmer mit dem Stockbett ist tatsächlich nur für Kinder geeignet. Im Winter waren wir froh über die kombinierte Heizung /Klimaanlage und die Nachmittagssonne auf dem Balkon, der groß genug ist, um draußen zu essen. Die Wohnung war für uns ideal als Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und wir wollen gerne wiederkommen.

Incroyable terrasse avec une vue fantastique, la localisation est idéale tant pour se promener à partir du logement que pour rayonner dans la région. le logement très beau et lumineux , avec des matériaux de qualité. un bémol pour la cuisine qui est plus ancienne, elle a vécu! (surtout le lave-vaisselle) et pour le confort des transats et du salon de jardin qui ne sont, et c'est vainement dommage, pas confortables. Mais nous reviendrons pour la VUE! Merci

Disappointing Stay at Es Garroverar Despite Prime Location Our stay at Es Garroverar villa in Pollenca was unfortunately marred by several issues, leaving us with mixed feelings. While the location was ideal, numerous shortcomings detracted from our overall experience. What We Liked: Excellent Location: The villa's proximity to Pollenca's town center and square was perfect. We enjoyed being able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Secure Parking: Having a secure driveway for our rental car provided peace of mind. Spacious Accommodation: The villa itself was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of two couples, and could easily handle a larger party. What Could Be Improved: Payment Issues: We experienced difficulty with the payment process, with multiple attempts to take the full balance when we only intended to pay the deposit. This caused unnecessary stress and confusion. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Several cleanliness and maintenance issues impacted our stay: A persistent musty, damp smell throughout the house. An unacceptable number of cockroaches and ants. While some pests might be unavoidable, the quantity we encountered was beyond our expectations. The hot tub had excessively high chlorine levels, rendering it unusable. The garden was overgrown and untidy, detracting from the overall appeal of the property. Lack of Essentials: Basic amenities were lacking, including: - No cleaning products to maintain the villa during our stay. - No extra bin bags provided for rubbish disposal which you are asked to manage. - No towel or bedding change, despite this being advertised for week-long stays. High Deposit: The Deposit of €1,000 is extremely high and the most i have ever had to put down for accomodation. The deposit was not returned promptly, causing further inconvenience. Additionally, the inability to leave a review until after 5 days, while the deposit is still held, raises concerns about the impartiality of their review system. Overall: While Es Garroverar boasts a fantastic location and spacious accommodation, the numerous issues we encountered significantly impacted our enjoyment of the villa. We hope the owners will address these concerns to ensure a more positive experience for future guests.

We had a lovely stay in Can Maque for 4 days. Everything was as it looked in the photos, it was quiet and peaceful. Easy check in and out with the key box, enough space for everyone, and it had all the facilities that we needed for our stay. The pool was clean and refreshing and we enjoyed the barbecue on multiple evenings (bring your own coals). Bedding and towels all provided as well as washing machine, drying rack, and the WiFi worked well. Some parts of the villa are a bit tired but everything still works. The shower in the smaller bathroom runs either very fast and a little painful or quite slow and it's fairly tricky to get something in between. As with any place near a stream/water, I would recommend plenty of mosquito/bug repellent for the evenings!

Just back from a lovely week at El Faro apartment. It was a great a party with every Ty you could possibly need. A little beach for swimming right in front of the apartment and so very quiet. A lovely stroll along the pine tree walk takes you into the centre of town. The service before, during and after arrival by the team at Dickinson Villa was exceptional. It was such a great experience we have already booked for next year at the same apartment.

Lovely spacious apartment, plenty of space and furniture for 6 people. Large balcony with a great view of the sea. Lovely location. Very short walk to the beach, just a partly paved one way road to cross (for taxis, delivery vans and bikes) Plenty of appliances, wardrobe space, good showers and a spacious bath. Stairs and lift to apartment making it easy access with a pram Customer service was excellent, great communication and response time to queries. Only really a few niggles - it’s in need of some tlc… It’s quite noisy and echoey- so you can hear people moving around in the apartment and upstairs and in the bedroom you can hear the lift. A few soft furnishings would help. One of the bedroom doors sticks so it need slamming to shut it Somewhere to clean sand off feet etc on way in would help prevent sand trailing through apartment. Some of the tiles loose on floor and there’s a broken shelf in fridge Air con in main lounge a bit weak, even with patio doors closed, but there was a heatwave, it was too hot to sit on the balcony even at midnight. So, would recommend but suggest some maintainance

What an unforgettable stay!!! This property is in bad condition, do not recommended to stay. Because the first night all of us slept without shower,not dare to because of poor hygiene conditions. And from day 2 we start to clean which is Dickinson Villas’s job before we came! Although they send the cleaning lady to clean and change the sheets, bring the supplies that we requested. Cleaning corners and getting the dirt out seems not to be their biggest strength. Very unprofessional! Also, in the kitchen they appear to have drywood termites which eat the wood at the kitchen leaving excrements on the sink. When we arrived we had it all over the place at the kitchen. Go figure how long ago the cleaning team was at the place! Clearly also visible due to all the dead animals lying around the entire house. Anyway, it does not equal the value that we paid for. We booked in advance in May and the moment we moved in was not qualified to stay. WIFI was down the first week and we have to keeping requests to get it back. On top, all the supplies are dirty and old not capable to use. This bad experience of stay in the finca was ever we faced. Until we leave, there is no one said anything to us, bad service either. BTW we left 2 bottles of home fragrance in the 2 bed rooms for the next tenant to remove the bad smell during their stay. This is not the first time that we are here, and one of us lived there the whole childhood so we love Mallorca.

What a great villa. The location was perfect. Less than 10 minutes walk into the centre of town but very private so you could relax by the pool and enjoy the facilities. Add to that, the responsiveness of the agents to any needs and it made for the perfect holiday.

Being a twice-a-year visitor to Pt. Pollensa and its surrounds, we are reasonably seasoned travellers in Mallorca. This has been the first time we've stayed in an apartment in the Port. It was brilliant and we will always do the same again. The property, Vistamar II, is superb (faultless) and everything (literally) is within walking distance of the property, no need for taxis!!! Wunderschön gelegene Finca im Hinterland mit tollem Pool und großer überdachter Terrasse. Aufteilung der Räume ist für bis zu 6 Personen sehr großzügig. Ausstattung der Finca ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben 6 Abende gekocht und gegrillt. Alle Räume waren oberflächlich sauber und geputzt. Der Kontakt zu Dickinson Villas hat immer gut geklappt. Preis Leistung ist angemessen.

The appartment Dalias is quite nice, with a nice view and a silent area. Instead of our neighbours in the bottom apartment, they are screaming, make party, turn on the music in our first night, that we can hear everything, but the people of dickinson villas undertake everything on the next day that this will not happen anymore. Unfortunarely it seems a little bit worn out. The whirlpool was the top of the stay, it was warm and we can relax a little bit. We had also some problems with the water pressure, but it was also solved quickly. Some more options to hang off something would be nice inside the apartment, when the weather is not good outside. (Towels, jackets, worn sports wear,...)

El apartamento espectacular, lugar inmejorable en primera linea de playa, unicamente falta un mantenimiento mas actualizado del apartamento y acorde a su nivel (colchones deben renovarse, terraza falta mantenimiento, mandos, cortinas comedor...) con esos pequeños cambios seria de 10!! El trato del personal de dickinson villas de port de pollença es muy bueno son muy amables y atentas.

We stayed at Penthouse Tomir in October this year. The apartment is in a lovely quiet location, very close to the supermarket and a short walk to a wide selection of restaurants and the beach. It was clean and tidy, with everything you needed for a lovely stay . An issue with the patio door not locking was resolved quickly. Unfortunately, someone had been smoking in the apartment at some point and the smell lingered through the air conditioning. No amount of air fresheners could could cover it up. Apparently smoking is not prohibited inside the apartment however the manual inside only states to smoke responsibly and not in bed!!. As non-smokers this did put us off and would be a concern for us to return.

Beautiful and very well presented villa in a peaceful location and with a very private pool area. Great local restaurant and beach within a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive and ten minute drive to Alcudia with lots of free parking and nice restaurants inside the walled city for dinner. Fantastic responsive service from Dickinson Villas on a couple of minor issues that cropped up up during our stay with were sorted with minimal fuss on the same day.

We rented Volanti Duplex in Puerto Pollença from 5th to 12th August. We had a wonderful family holiday here. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. Normally we would book an apartment with a pool. But as the Volanti Duplex is a five minute walk to the beach we didn’t need a pool. The apartment was spotless and very peaceful. Happy to recommend and would look to rent this apartment again if visiting Puerto Pollença. I must add that the team at Dickinson Villas (Celia and Alan) were excellent from booking to checking out, organising transfers from the airport and responding to queries promptly.

We have just spent a wonderful week at apartment Roqueta. The location was perfect with the most beautiful view of the sea, marina and mountains. We were within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and the bus station. The apartment is spotlessly clean, spacious, very comfortable with a really well equipped kitchen. Der Service ist topp von der ersten Kommunikation an Alle Wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt Eine Decke - der Fernseher musste mal umprogrammiert werden.. sofort erledigt Jede Woche wurde alles gereinigt Nach dem großen Sturm wurde alle Glasflächen geputzt und es wurde sich auch erkundigt ob wir alles gut überstanden hätten Blick von der Terrasse es ist alles mindestens so schön wie auf den online-Anzeigen!

We had a very good time at Dickinson Villas. The flat is in an amazing location close to restaurants, bars and the beach. Although it is in such a lively location you can't hear any noise in the flat. The flat is a good size - there were 8 of us plus 8 bikes and we felt like we had more than enough space. Weird one. Very good comms in advance, during etc. However, after I get home they send me a bill for supposedly breaking the washing machine door. What actually happened was i did a wash, the door got stuck, the owner came around and forced it open (breaking it in the process). Not sure how equates to me breaking the door!

Wir verbringen nun bereits das achte Mal unsere Ferien auf Mallorca, stets in einer Finca. Jedes Mal wechseln wir den Standort. Bis dato haben wir immer .über Fincallorca gebucht und waren stets zufrieden mit dem Service (Sauberkeit, Erreichbarkeit etc.). Unsere relativ teure Finca in Pollença zeigte sich auf den professionell erstellten Fotos in einem wunderschönen Zustand. Leider mussten wir bei unserem Eintreffen feststellen, dass nur wenig von den beschriebenen Inhalten den Tatsachen entsprach. Die technische Infrastruktur ist total auf Vintage ausgerichtet (bewusst oder einfach nur veraltet?). Nicht einmal eine Rolle Toilettenpapier war vorhanden, kein Abspülmittel etc. etc. Lieblos, unprofessionell, nicht empfehlenswert. Einzig ein Mitarbeiter namens Alex war bei Problemen ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner. Zu wenig, um unseren Ansprüchen genügen zu können. Unsere Beurteilung: nicht empfehlenswert!

Do not book with these scammers !!! Took unauthorised money from my friends account as they said the towels were stained with make up !! We stayed for 5 nights and no clean towels were provided, my white towels at home wash perfectly well.They are a joke

Towels were in a deplorable condition when the cleaning company found them. Evidence of this has been reported. The fact that a person did not stay at the property writes us a review about something that does not match reality is also unacceptable. Our company is now more then 9 years. Our stay at the penthouse was wonderful! It was everything promised and more. Spectacular view from the terrace, well equipped kitchen and living areas. Proximity to shops, cafes and the beach. Free parking at the property and on the street. Easy and swift communication with the hosts. Quick and convenient check in check out procedure using the key box. Jacuzzi on the terrace came very useful as evenings were a bit chilly in the beginning of May. All in all, we highly recommend the property for everyone! 10 out of 10 stars!

de prijs kwaliteit verhouding was niet oké; wij hebben ruim 8 maanden een appartement gehuurd en dan ervaar je dat "iets" dringend aan renovatie toe is; overigens is Dickinson een tussenpersoon die wel reageert op klachten.

Avoid at all costs Booked a villa and paid a deposit to stay in August 2021. I needed to pay the balance of the money so i checked that if Spain was on the red list they would be able to move my villa to another date, i would have been happy to have travelled on Amber. They said even if it was on red I would have to travel (and spend 2 weeks quarantine in a hotel with my 2 young children!!) They were totally unhelpful and extremely rude (they said to ask my prime minister about the rules rather than them) and they would not help me at all and just kept my deposit of 1500 Euros. I think after reading other reviews they are just a scam and are thieves!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Im Mai 2021 haben wir eine (sehr teure) Villa in Alcudia gemietet, die von Dickinson verwaltet wird und über airbnb vermietet wird: Die Kommunikation mit Dickinson war katastrophal, fast unverschämt, das Haus war bei Übernahme schlecht vorbereitet und nicht gepflegt (diverse defekte Geräte, kein Toilettenpapier, keine Seifen, versiffte Kissen und Decken), das an und für sich moderne Haus hatte jeden Tag ein neues technisches Problem (Ausfall Elektrizität und Wasser) - keines der Probleme schien Dickinson übrigens zu überraschen. Zudem wurde das Haus mit geschönten, fotografisch hochwertigsten Bildern beworben, die der Realität nicht stand hielten. Unsere Beschwerde über den gesamten Ärger wurde von einem Mitarbeiter, der sich namentlich noch nicht einmal zu erkennen gab, lapidar beantwortet mit "es wurden doch alle Probleme innerhalb eines Tages gelöst". Dickinson Agency (die wohl verbunden sind mit der Firma Simpson Travel): Nie wieder!

We have had a booking with Dickinson that was booked in 2019 for June 2020 and obviously then Covid hit. We've had a very positive experience throughout the whole process and when it has become apparent each time that we've been unable to travel because of government restrictions, the staff have been very supportive and communicative in our options for moving our booking. We are very much looking forward to actually coming on this much waited for Villa holiday when the time eventually arrives!

Booked a villa for October 2020 our 4th in a row with Dickinsons Villas. We were unable to travel due to covid as was against government advice. The company would not let us postpone our trip even though we were loyal customers. Won't use again, as there are companies out there that were letting customers change their bookings.

Due to corona we can not travel by plane this year, so we had to cancel our booking by Dickinson Villas in august this year. We paid a deposite of 1500 euro, but we did not get a refund or voucher for next year.

Avoid dickinson villas by all means! I booked a 3-bed appartment and paid a deposit of nearly 3.000 €. Because of Corona we couldn´t travel. When I asked them to pay back my deposit they offered me a voucher, which I had to refuse, because a organised the trip for a group of cyclists, who now want their money back from me. Then they offered a pay back of 1.500 €, which I had to refuse as well. Since then I have not heard of them any more. Finally I hired a lawyer. His inquiries weren´t answered neither. Now we will sue them. Not worth a single star. 1

DREADFUL company. How they are in business I just do not know? Expensive with awful customer service, the girl we dealt with was abrupt and rude to me. The villa we had was certainly not up to good accommodation standards, nothing worked efficiently and it was extremely dirty (stains over walls, stains over bed linen, stains on sofa, dirty un-mopped floors, dirty pool, unkept / half dead garden, kitchen stunk of excrement and sewers - the list goes on and on and on). When we called Dickinson Villas to tell them of our long list of issues we were pretty much shouted at then ignored. If you book through dickinson villas you will get ripped off :(

Our third time renting through Dickinson Villas. Our apartment was great, it was ready early, very very clean and we must mention that Maria was fantastic and answered any query we had immediately going above and beyond with her advice and assistance. We rented an apartment for our summer holiday and found the whole communication process faultless. We had an issue on arrival with the key, but this was sorted relatively quickly. Dealt with Maria who was lovely and very helpful. Would definitely use again.

Just returned from a fantastic family holiday booked through Dickinson Villas. Great communication right from the word go. Could not have been more helpful! Villa was perfect just as the photos showed. Car hire “Fabiola”, recommended by Dickinson booked through them was fab. No queuing at the airport the car was where they said it would be. The villa we stayed at was just what it said on the tin! I’ve only marked 4 stars as there was a little language barriers but that’s to be expected when dealing with a local, but reliable agency. Will definitely be returning with Dickinson Villas!

DO NOT BOOK OR BUY A VILLA THROUGH DICKINSON VILLAS!!!! PLEASE SEE MY PHOTOGRAPHS OF A VILLA THAT WE BOOKED THROUGH DICKINSON VILLAS AND SEE FOR YOURSELF WHAT THEY PROVIDE THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE CHILDREN. The employees at Dickinson Villas treated us so badly throughout our dealings with them, from the moment they took money out of our bank account (without our authorisation) until now in which we are trying to get a refund for a villa that we rented from them that was illegally unsafe, not abiding with health and safety laws and procedures, hugely dangerous to stay in and extremely badly maintained. Their service and care for customers is absolutely disgusting. Marian (the Dickinson Villas Booking Manager) was verbally abusive, impolite, extremely unapproachable and furiously hateful towards me and my family. We had a baby travelling with us and she did not care about my baby daughters well being, safety or happiness. How Marian has a customer facing job is totally beyond me. I have never been treated or spoken to so outrageously in all my life!!! Maria (the Dickinson Villa Business Manager) was unreachable for days during our stay while we were encountering so many issues and problems with her staff and one of their villas, she did not contact me as requested and she did not answer her mobile phone (it was constantly diverted to someone else, which I found very concerning), we were also told by the Dickinson Villas office on numerous occasions that she wasn't around, it got to the point where we were unsure if she even existed. The owner of Dickinson Villas and owner of the villa itself both had the opportunity to make things right and fix the situation before I posted this negative review and took things to the Spanish Authorities in order to warn other travellers of their bad business. I haven’t heard a thing from either of them. Basically, Dickinson Villas have ripped me off, taken my money and couldn't care less. I just can’t believe we’ve been victims! :(

AVOID DICKINSON VILLAS AT ALL COSTS! Even before we arrived at the rented villa we encountered trouble with the agent. They took the second deposit out of our account almost a week before it was due and documented on the agreement therefore incurring bank interest charges of €60, Dickinson Villas emailed to say that they would refund the charges and provide a free welcome pack as compensation. A day before our travel Dickinson Villas emailed to renege on their agreement saying they would not now refund the bank charges. The final payment of €850 had to be paid in cash on arrival which we thought very strange. In total we paid over €4000 for a 10 night stay. We requested pool heating. On investigation Dickinson Villas said the maximum temperature of the heated pool would be 25 degrees. I said that this was not acceptable especially as we had our one year old grand-daughter with us and all pool boiler temperatures go up to 30 degrees. Marian Cifre at Dickinson Villas was extremely rude and condescending to me. Please note that the villa manual in the property states that where Dickinson Villa pools are heated that they are heated to 28 degrees !!!!! On our Saturday arrival at the Dickinson Villa offices to collect our villa address and key we paid the cash and eco tax and I deducted the previously agreed Bank interest. Marian went mad, so much so she called the police to have us arrested!!! The police arrived and were not interested in the issue and reluctantly, under duress Marian provided us with the villa address and key safe code but told us she didn't want to hear or see from us ever again and if there were any problems at the villa as we would be ignored. I asked to speak to the Manager and was told 'she was on holiday'. I asked that the Manager call me on Monday morning – she did not. On arrival at the villa we discovered that there were no fire extinguishers, fire blankets, fire alarms, carbon monoxide metres in the property. There were however two burnt out / melted fire extinguishers laying next to the gas tank in the garden. This and other debris were within an open gated area- just lovely for our little granddaughter to explore !!! The pool decking area was dangerously broken in areas. There was an open LIVE electrical socket in one of the bedrooms The burglar alarm was broken, numerous window shutters were broken, there was no key for the safe. There was no remote for the TV The Kitchen was very grimy and on opening cupboards and the dish washer there was an awful smell On Sunday we had NO water whatsoever - we couldn’t flush toilets or shower. We called all Dickinson Villas emergency numbers without success. Some 5 hours later someone called us and said a technician would be around the next day. On his arrival he said that he had been told that we had no hot water, if he had known we had no water at all he would have come out to us that night. The final straw was on Monday morning at 7.30 am when the building site next door started loudly working. If we had known about the building site we would not have booked this villa in the first place. I emailed Dickinson Villas and told them we were going to leave the villa and the reasons why, and thereafter sent them a detailed email together with photographs of most of the issues we encountered. Dickinson Villas finally responded and said that all the issues would be fixed within 24 hours. I said that that was impossible to repair/replace all the issues in that timescale and the villa should have been inspected before a client took occupation and why would I want any people, tradesmen in the villa disturbing our holiday. They said that they could have possibly transferred us to another villa. On investigation there was no acceptable villa on their website. Dickinson Villas may answer this review - DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR ANSWERS OR EXPLANATIONS. I have made an official complaint to the relevant authorities who are strenuously looking into this serious matter. So Renters be VERY aware!

I have launched an official complaint with the authorities. First they suggested we bypass Booking.com, then they wanted cash and now we know why. Upon arrival at least there is a villa but all additonal services that were carefully prearranged and confirmed are not working, the staff in the office just literally puts the phone down on you. The 'preheated' pool had 18 degrees. I kbow now how the poor people on the Titanic felt. After a big kickoff they switched it on. Took 5 days to get warm. On the last night we dared putting our foot in it. You want to get your holidays right. They screw you over to save 50 Euros in electricity and sit behind 10 imacs in the office and still can only put the phone down on you. I suspect this is some kind of a money laundering business but what do I know. I will leave it to the authorities to deal with it.

Regarding the pool heating this was turned on 3 days prior to your arrival at 29• but taking into consideration the bad weather and outside temperature this can effect the drop on the pool temperature and depending the time of day.

Had no issues booking through this company. Communication was fine and the staff were helpful enough. Only marked down from 5 stars as I would have liked to have paid the whole thing by card and online. At the moment a form needs to be filled in manually and uploaded, and the last payment needs to be in cash. Would prefer it to be modernised but possibly an issue with the property owners/ officials rather than Dickinson Villas. Villa itself was great, with only very minor issues attributed to the owner.

Although the villa in itself was nice and well kept, we were overall disappointed by the support we received from Dickinson Villa support, as the villa was locked when we arrived and there was a barking dog (which we did not know) in the garden, with no one to give the key. We had to wait nearly 2 hours in the heat for someone to let us in. As for the dog, he left some poos (see picture) and we had to clean it ourselves. There was no reaction from the agency apart from apologizing.

A great disappointment. Although being the "middle man" there is a lack of accountability from this villa management company. Where's the preventative maintenance services? Poorly maintained garden and pool. Such a shame for a place that has so much potential.

Our experience in April '17 doesn't sound that different although yet to be resolved with any sort of compensation. Repeatedly failing hot water and running out of gas, terrible sewage smell from one of the en-suite bathrooms, it's a long list with a lot more issues - none of which was really remedied effectively while we were there. I understand that the property owner is the one to resolve the matters physically but we made a contract with Dickinson villas and it was not upheld by them. Formal complaint was registered two weeks ago and no progress has been made. Their attitude is that they are "Just the middle man" somehow seems that they feel absolved of responsibility, and yet that is exactly what they get paid for. Very dissatisfied.
