Uns wurde die Agentur Starways Properties von einer Bekannten empfohlen - was für ein Glück. Wir hatten ab dem ersten Gespräch das gute Gefühl, dass ganz genau verstanden wurde, welche Vorstellungen wir von unserer Wunsch-Immobilie hatten und welche Kriterien diese erfüllen sollte. So brauchte es dann auch nur drei Besichtigungstermine, bis wir unser Traumhaus gefunden haben. Wir wurden im gesamten Kaufprozess hervorragend unterstützt und mit viel Fachwissen und großartigem Kundenservice beraten. So konnten wir uns darauf verlassen, dass alle Unterlagen vollständig waren und sämtliche Lizenzen vorlagen. Das ist ja hier in Spanien nicht unbedingt eine Selbstverständlichkeit ;-) Bei jeglichen Rückfragen oder Unklarheiten waren unsere Ansprechpartner bei Starways Properties immer erreichbar und es wurde sich in kürzester Zeit um Klärung bemüht. Die Unterstützung hörte auch nach dem Notartermin noch nicht auf: Wir wurden u.a. bei der Ummeldung von Strom und Wasser unterstützt und bei vielen weiteren Kleinigkeiten - das neue Haus betreffend - gut beraten. Daher können wir eine große Empfehlung für das Team von Starways Properties aussprechen. So macht "Immobilien kaufen" wirklich Spaß!

Wij hebben een enorme goede service gekregen van het Starways Properties team. Ze hebben netjes de tijd voor ons genomen, niks was te veel en zij gaven over al onze vragen netjes uitleg. Ondanks dat wij onze woning niet via hun hebben aangekocht was het een hele fijne ervaring om bezichtigen met hen te doen en zouden wij dit kantoor iedereen aanraden.

Über Jahre bereisten wir viele Küsten Spaniens, angefangen von der nördlichsten Mittelmeerküste Costa Brava bis hin zur Costa del Sol (Malaga) und Costa de la Luz (Cadiz und Umgebung). Wir wussten, dass wir irgendwann nach Spanien ziehen würden, aber wohin? Als finale Küstenregionen kamen für uns dann nur noch die Costa del Azahar (Valencia bis Calpe) und die Costa Blanca (Calpe bis Alicante) in Frage. An irgendeinem Zeitpunkt weiß man schließlich wo man gerne leben möchte, aber dann stellt sich die Frage, in was für einem Haus und welche Ansprüche hat man. Im Laufe der Zeit lernten wir somit auch viele Mitarbeiter/Inhaber der verschiedensten Immobilienagenturen kennen. Ein Haus kauft man nicht alle Tage und man möchte schließlich den besten Gegenwert für sein Geld. Man macht gute und manchmal auch weniger gute Erfahrungen. Irgendwann führte unsere Suche uns dann zum Team von Starways Properties. Wir fühlten uns von Beginn an bestens beraten, das Team ist in jeder Hinsicht kompetent und darüber hinaus spürt man sofort, dass man es mit authentischen Menschen zu tun. Nichts wirkt aufgesetzt und man wird in allen Bereichen, von der Suche des geeigneten Objekts bis hin zum notariellen Kaufvertrag begleitet und hervorragend unterstützt. Har aldrig träffat så ansvarsfulla, hjälpsamma och professionella fastighetsmäklare innan. Köpet av vårt hus i Alfaz Del Pi kunde inte gått smidigare. Bei Starways haben wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und wir wurden mit allen Anliegen sehr gut beraten. Auch in spanischen Angelegenheiten wurden wir professionnel beraten und unterstützt, da die Agentur sich sehr gut im Spanischen Recht auskennt. Die Kommunikation verläuft auf Englisch, Deutsch oder Spanisch und das fand ich besonders erleichternd, da es viele Angelegenheiten auf spanisch gab, die mir übersetzt wurden und ich dadurch viel Zeit gespart habe💃 und schnell reagieren konnte. This review is long overdue however we feel we must not forget the great customer experience we had with our first property purchase in Spain. We were and still are very impressed with the service provided by starways properties and the professionalism my husband and i received from Klaus and Conny. I would recommend Starway properties to anyone as I think it’s one of the best we've experienced in the property market having bought and sold our own property recently. Every step in the process was explained and feedback was always provided. They are friendly and diligent, their customer service and people skills are excellent. We contacted several agents in the Moraira area for information and various property viewings however we proceeded with Klaus since he was familiar and knowledgeable around all aspects of the property we were interested in. The purchase was simple, smooth and quick. Much better than the service I received from others. We were always kept informed regarding where we stood in the purchase and the next steps ahead of us. As a follow up I have also spoke to Conny and found her to be just as helpful with any minor issues we ran in to after purchase which also includes the language barrier and she always assisted fantastically. All service providers were informed and names changed without having to lift a finger. We would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking to buy on the costa blanca.
