Wir suchten bereits seit längerem eine Immobilie auf Mallorca, hatte jedoch eigene Vorstellungen und eher geringeres Kompromisspotential ;-) Über eine Online-Anzeige sind wir dann mit Nicole Engesser von Pollentia Properties "zusammengekommen". Auch hier haben wir uns über ein paar Immobilien annähern müssen, Sie hat aber nie die Geduld verloren und ist "am Ball" geblieben - auch immer wieder mit neuen Vorschlägen. Am Ende hat Sie uns mit dem richtigen Objekt und dem richtigen Bauträger zusammen gebracht! Service sehr gut und persönlich und auch nachhaltig, was uns sehr wichtig ist. Auch bei den formalen Dingen hat PP die richtigen und kompetenten Partner! Wir sind rundum zufrieden und sehen nun dem Projektverlauf extrem positiv entgegen!

We had a very bad experience with Pollentia Rentals. We relied on them to find us a property for 11 months, and they told us they had found a place. The contract they produced allowed for earlier cancellation, but they gave us verbal assurances that this would not happen. As they knew, we came to Mallorca to start our family, and our daughter was born in October. While she was still new-born, they sent an email demanding that we leave early. This was very unpleasant and stressful for my partner at a vulnerable time. It wrecked our plans for the whole year, and Pollentia Rentals did not have the decency to tell us face-to-face or even to call us on the phone. They informed us as a secondary point in an email. The most charitable interpretation is that they were surprised by this development, but I notice that the early eviction matches the end of low season almost to the day. Also, property owners should be aware that Pollentia Rentals seems to have a poor understanding of the law. After we had spent an entire month finding a new property, we realised that in fact the clauses in the contract they wrote were invalid. Had we so wished, we could have stayed in the property for another 4 years as per the LAU, which they even quote in the contract, and this would have been at the low-season rate. And that's not all. They did not even register the deposit that we paid, as required by law, leaving the owner liable for a fine. They then refused to refund the commission of over €2000 that we paid before entering the property In short, if you want to rent a place, you really can't trust what Pollentia Rentals tell you, and you should run any agreement past a lawyer before signing. If you are a property owner, you could be placing control of your property in jeopardy, and making yourself liable to penalties if you entrust your property to them. I find it breathtaking that they could treat us like this, knowing that my partner was at late stages of pregnancy. Either very slapdash, or extremely cynical, and the latter seems more likely to me I'm afraid.

Perfekter Service - eine Agentur, die deutlich weiter denkt, als „normale“ Immobilienmakler. Absolutely WOULD recommend this agent to anyone considering selling in Mallorca. I had been on with Balearic Properties for 6 months and they didn't even get one viewer. I contacted Katie at Pollentia Properties after looking at their website and she sprung into immediate action and within a week (I hadn't even signed the contract yet) she had a British couple wanting to view! She then worked extremely hard to get the sale through, helping the buyer with renovation quotes, liaising with my architects etc then quite a bit of negotiating on her part for myself and the buyers to reach a price we were both happy with. At one point it looked like the buyers were not going to proceed and Katie assured me that she had other viewers lined up if it didn't proceed. However, in the end the first viewer did proceed to purchase and within a couple of months from start to finish - its now all done and dusted. She dealt with our solicitors the lot and made the whole process extremely easy and hassle free. Well done Katie and team - what an excellent service and you earned every penny of your fee.
