Ideal Property Mallorca

Ich habe Anfang September eine Woche hier verbracht und danach eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Nach dem Check-out wurde mir plötzlich vorgeworfen, den Grill und die Tischtennisplatte beschädigt zu haben – und ich sollte 1.750 € zahlen. Das ist völlig unbegründet: Der Grill hatte schon strukturelle Risse, und die Platte war einfach nur schmutzig. Auffällig ist auch, dass die Beschwerde erst 12 Tage nach meiner Abreise kam. Ich habe das Haus sauber hinterlassen und mich gut um alles gekümmert. Leider versucht der Vermieter, Gäste für bestehende Schäden verantwortlich zu machen – absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

I had a very unpleasant experience renting a house in Palma de Mallorca (Ca Na Venta) through Airbnb with this agency. When we arrived, the house smelled strongly of mold, the front yard was full of dry leaves, the barbecue was full of ashes, and basic items like sheets and pans were missing. We had to clean everything ourselves just to be able to stay. The pool was dirty, and the furniture was old and in terrible condition although the house itself could be nice with proper care. We stayed for a week and left everything spotless we even washed all towels and bed linens. But 13 days later, the owner falsely claimed we caused almost €2,000 in damages! The cracks he mentioned in the barbecue are clearly visible in his own Airbnb listing photos. He also complained about a stain on an old ping pong table we never used and blamed us for the door seal, which was already dry and damaged by time. Airbnb initially said I had to pay and even tried to charge my card. Only after I said I’d take legal action and report the case to consumer protection agencies in Spain and Europe did they admit I didn’t have to pay anything. In the end, Airbnb closed the case and paid the owner about €400 from their host fund. ⚠️ Be very careful with this agency. They act dishonestly and try to make guests pay for pre-existing damages. I’m sharing photos as proof so no one else has to go through the same problem.

Wir hatten einen absolut tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist perfekt, Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und auch das Meer ist schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend direkt am Haus. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir den Vermieter. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert und sogar von sich aus regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wirklich ein großartiger Service. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt, modern ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Klimaanlage in fast allen Räumen sorgt auch an heißen Tagen für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

We stayed as a family of 7 at The Villa Pintor and had a wonderful time. The villa is set back at the end of a short road and is very peaceful but also extremely close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Bedrooms are spacious with lots of storage for clothing. The kitchen has everything that you need and the outside area and pool is so nice. We were very generously left some provisions for our stay which was a really lovely touch at our late arrival. The owner was responsive via WhatsApp all through our stay. I would highly recommend this villa.

Far from an “IDEAL” Agency. If I could give Zero stars I would. I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with this rental agency. Their representatives failed to provide any practical assistance which left us feeling ignored and unsupported. We faced many issues with the villa we rented with them: communication is poor. When you book through an agency, you expect support, prompt responses, and problem-solving. Instead, our messages have gone largely unanswered, and the fact that there is no assistance available on a Sunday—during peak summer season in Mallorca—is unacceptable. This is precisely when guests are most likely to need urgent help. We sent numerous WhatsApp’s and a complaint email which is still unanswered. This is far below the standard we are expecting considering the high price we payed. I urge you NOT to book with this agency and use booking.com or Airbnb who will be much more helpful

Das Team von Ideal Property Mallorca war einfach top! Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise war alles bestens organisiert. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben auf Fragen oder Anliegen immer schnell reagiert. Wir haben uns rundum gut betreut gefühlt. Very clean and spacious flat with comfy beds, full body mirrors, huge closets and private parking spot.

We are very satisfied with the house (Sirenas at Playa de Muro) and the property company. The booking process, the payment, the administration, the arriving and depature went very well. We received answers and help immediately through Whats app and via phone and email as well. When we arrived at midnight and locked ouselves out of the house, the help arrived in 5mins :).

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The apartment could not be in a more perfect location. Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants, as well as the beach and the marina. The views are outstanding. It is equipped with anything you could want for a long stay - extra towels, blankets, etc. We loved having the washer and dryer. The kitchen is wonderful for cooking with a large refrigerator and everything you need to cook. We were greeted with an amazing welcome package of wine and treats. The host was responsive our entire trip. Would highly recommend!!

Agence très professionnelle, appartement très propre, ainsi que le linge de lit et serviettes. Indications claires, arrivée autonome facile, même tardive. Très réactive à nos demandes. Nous avons réservé un appartement avec une vue magnifique et avons apprécié le cadeau d’accueil avec des en-cas locaux.

Their offers on Booking are outright fraud and misleading. The photos have nothing to do with reality. The house is a crumbling ruin filled with dirt. The pool was the main reason we booked a large house, but it turned out to be so filthy that we were disgusted to even enter it. On top of that, we had no water for an entire day. Only after a whole day in 30-degree heat did someone come to replace the boiler. Broken doors, mold in the house—absolutely horrible. The worst rental house ever.

Die vermietete Finca Barranc de Sol oder Es Barranc de Son Fullós (gibt zwei Verschiedene Namen für die Unterkunft) war eine totale Katastrophe und ist nicht empfehlen! Schon bei der Ankunft zeigten sich viele Mängel, die das Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub ungeeignet machten. Das größte Problem war die Überschwemmung: Wasser trat aus den Abflüssen der Dusche, Badewanne und Toiletten aus, das stark nach Fäkalien stank, und die gesamte Unterkunft wurde überflutet. Wir versuchten, das Wasser mit Handtüchern aufzuwischen, doch es war zu viel. Der Vermieter kam mit seinem Vater und behebt die Verstopfung. Er erklärte uns, dass solche Vorfälle öfter vorkommen würden, beschuldigte uns aber, zu viel Toilettenpapier verwendet zu haben, obwohl wir ausschließlich das bereitgestellte Papier verwendet hatten. Es zeigte sich deutlich, dass die Ursache ein Wartungsproblem war. Trotz der Behebung weigerte sich der Vermieter, die Überschwemmung zu beseitigen, und sagte: „Das ist nicht mein Problem.“ Erst nach langem Bitten stellte er uns einen Mopp und Eimer zur Verfügung und schlug vor, auf eigene Kosten einen Reinigungsservice zu engagieren. Solch eine Reaktion ist inakzeptabel, vor allem wenn die Vermietung über Ideal Property Mallorca erfolgt, die als Vermittler hätte eingreifen müssen. Da der Vermieter jegliche Kommunikation verweigerte, kontaktierten wir sowohl Airbnb als auch Ideal Property Mallorca, jedoch ohne wirkliche Hilfe. Letztendlich mussten wir die Überschwemmung selbst beseitigen – ohne Reinigungsmittel, nur mit einem Mopp und Handtüchern. Die Reinigung dauerte Stunden, und die Handtücher waren am nächsten Tag noch nass. Wir hatten auch Sorge, dass die 300 € Kaution einbehalten würde, aber glücklicherweise gab er sie nach der Inspektion zurück. Airbnb kontaktierte uns nach unserer Rückkehr, entschuldigte sich und bestätigte, dass die Schuld nicht bei uns lag. Wir erhielten eine Entschädigung, jedoch forderte der Vermieter die Erstattung zurück, angeblich für Reparaturkosten. Dies zeigt, dass weder der Vermieter noch Ideal Property Mallorca bereit sind, Verantwortung für die Wartung zu übernehmen. Es gab weitere Mängel. Das Haus war in einem schlechten Zustand und für den Sommer ungeeignet, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war. Der Pool war bei Ankunft verschmutzt und wurde nicht gereinigt; Wespen und Insekten kamen aus dem Filter. Die Küche hatte ein Ameisenproblem, und an vielen Stellen im Haus waren Spinnen. Auch das WLAN war unzuverlässig und funktionierte nur nach Neustarts des Routers. Die Elektrogeräte waren veraltet und teilweise defekt: der Wasserkocher öffnete sich nicht richtig, der Toaster funktionierte kaum, und die Mikrowelle klapperte laut. Der Gasherd und -ofen waren ebenfalls alt, und Fliegengitter fehlten. Die Unterkunft war nicht für vier Personen und ein Kleinkind geeignet. Die Betten waren unbequem, und es gab keine richtigen Bettdecken. Die Bettwäsche roch muffig, und das Bad roch oft nach Abfluss. Die Reinigung bei Ankunft war nur oberflächlich. Die Küche und die Schränke rochen ebenfalls muffig. Zudem mussten wir den Müll selbst zu einer sieben Kilometer entfernten Sammelstelle bringen, obwohl eine Endreinigung inbegriffen sein sollte. Ideal Property Mallorca hätte hier besser informieren müssen. Auch fehlten Reinigungsmittel, was die Situation nach der Überschwemmung verschärfte. Unser zweijähriges Kind war verängstigt und weinte mehrmals. Die Erfahrung beschäftigte es noch Tage später, und es hatte Angst, dass das Wasser wiederkommen könnte. Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war eine absolute Enttäuschung und belastend für die gesamte Familie. Ein Urlaub, der zur Erholung gedacht war, wurde zum Albtraum. Angesichts der vielen Mängel und des Fehlens jeglicher Unterstützung können wir weder die Unterkunft noch Ideal Property Mallorca empfehlen. Wir werden definitiv nie wieder über diese Agentur buchen und hoffen, dass unsere Erfahrung anderen potenziellen Gästen hilft, eine bessere Entscheidung zu treffen.

Gestión maravillosa y confort en cualquier villa que alquiléis. Si sois propietarios, no lo dudéis: no encontraréis a nadie más serios y formales que ellos. Nosotros llevamos años confiando en su gestión, y siempre son un diez.

Notified via short email less than 72 hours before our trip that they had double booked the villa and were cancelling our booking. Offered other villas but not with the same amenities/location and no discount/compensation offered. A very stressful experience for our first holiday with our baby and would not recommend booking with this company.

Ich bin mit meinen Kindern und meiner Schwester 10 Tage in die tolle Finka Alegre gewesen. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen und es sind wundervolle Gastgeber. Haus, Zimmer, Garten, Pool und Spielplatz ein Traum. Alles sauber und bis ist kleinste Detail liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was macht braucht. Wetter war super und ich kann es vom ganzen Herzen ❤️ nur weiterempfehlen. Die Umgebung und der Blick in die Berge unbezahlbar. Ich wäre am liebsten dort geblieben. Fantastisk leilighet mitt i Alcudia havn. Stor og luftig med god plass for hele familien. Siden leiligheten ligger i fjerde etasje mitt i Aøcudia må du regne med at det er konserter og folkeliv du vil legge merke til. Samtidig er dette sjarmen ved leiligheten og vi koste oss med å se på folkelivet. Kollektivtransport rett i nærheten gjør at det er enkelt å reise rundt hvis du vil ha en pause fra stranden. Anbefales på det varmeste og vi håper å kunne komme tilbake neste år og håper denne leiligheten er ledig da.

Lage der Unterkunft in einem ruhigen Gebiet. Älteres Haus, sehr sauber, mit eigenem Pool, Strandnah. Es war rundum ein schöner Aufenthalt. Kleinere Mängel wurden zeitnah behoben, vielen Dank für die Vermittlung von Ideal Proberty. Gerne wieder.

Perfect house for a holiday in mallorca. The house is large well equipped and comfortable. The pool is big enough for the entire family and the outside area is nice for eating and relaxing and even though next to the canal very few mosquitos were about. The location is perfect for exploring the island as it is only a few minutes from the main road to palma and the rest of the island

Wir haben mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern, zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Finca verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und super ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Pool und Außenbereich wurde täglich gereinigt. Zusätzlich wurde auch täglich der Müll entsorgt. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt. Die Besitzer wohnen direkt neben an und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da die Finca etwas außerhalb liegt, ist es empfehlenswert sich ein Mietauto zu nehmen. Wir können das Haus zu100% weiter empfehlen.

Really easy to use website. Villa prices have a breakdown to show you what you are paying for. Team respond within a couple hours depending on when you message (time difference or if office is shut). Team also really friendly and helpful.

Die Unterkunft war schön, alles war wie beschrieben. Gute Verbindungen mit Bus, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein sehr schöner Strand 40 Meter entfernt von uns. Die Verwaltung kann ich nur empfehlen!

We loved our 2 week holiday at Villa Ariel. The villa had everything we could ask for to make out stay so enjoyable and relaxing. The pool was just perfect for our stay and such a comfortable villa within easy access to the beach, Alcudia, supermarkets and bus stops to get to a the Old Town and Puerto Pollensa. Great contact with the owner too. We would definitely like to return.

Die wunderbar geschnittene Wohnung für bis zu 5 Personen mit Meerblick von der obersten Dachterrasse aus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, unter anderem mit Wasch- und Geschirrspülmaschine, Klimaanlagen, Ventilatoren und Wifi. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, in zweiter Reihe direkt am Meer. Zwar liegt sie an an einer kleinen Straße, diese ist jedoch nur von wenigen Autos befahren. Von der unteren Dachterrasse blickt man seitlich auf einen neu angelegten Park mit Wasserspielen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in 8 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit einem dichten und sehr übersichtlichen Netz sowie einem einfachen Bezahlsystem im Bus per Geldkarte sind Orte auf der ganzen Insel einschließlich Flughafen auch gut ohne Mietwagen zu erreichen. Uns hat aber auch Can Picafort gut gefallen und besonders unser ruhigeres Viertel Son Bauló. Zu beiden Seiten des eher touristischen Can Picafort erstrecken sich Naturstrände mit perfektem Wasser, und Naturparks, die in mittleren Strandwanderungen auch zu Fuß zu erreichen sind, ansonsten mit dem Bus und mit einem kleinen Spaziergang durch den Wald. Direkt von der Wohnung aus zu erreichen, 5 Min zu Fuß, ist ein größerer Strand mit vielen Liegen, Strandbars, Läden und Hotels in der Nachbarschaft. Ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist die familienfreundliche, langgezogene Strandpromenade mit vorgelagertem schmalen Strand mit Liegen, vielen Restaurants und Läden. Gerne wieder!

Wir buchten das Haus Nenufars - es war ein schönes Haus, alles sehr sauber, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, viel Gastronomie in der Nähe, zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert, 100% Weiterempfehlung

Guter Service. Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Die gemietete Finca entsprach der Beschreibung. Alles war sehr sauber. Gerne wieder.

Nos hemos alojado en una casa en Sa Pobla con Ideal Property Mallorca y hemos quedado encantados. La casa estupenda en todo sentido y el servicio muy bueno de principio a fin. Sin duda volveremos!

Top Unterkunft !! Im Haus war alles, was wird brauchten vorhanden. Am coolsten war neben der unteren Küche und dem Grill der Plattenspieler mit wirklich tollen LPs wie Queen und Genisis. Das war Pflicht beim Essen machen und die Kinder waren begeistert! Sehr nette Vermieter und toller Service von Ideal Property.

Absolut Super !!! Tolle Finca, genau wie beschrieben. Es war ein super, schöner Urlaub. Wenn wir Hilfe brauchten, war die Verwaltung sofort da und löste jedes Problem sofort. Wir waren drei Wochen da und wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause. Wir können nur jedem empfehlen, eine Finca über Ideal Property Mallorca zu buchen, man bekommt wirklich alles wie man es sich vorgestellt hat. Es war der schönste Urlaub den wir bisher hatten. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Diese Finca ist einfach perfekt. Der erste Eindruck hat uns nicht getäuscht. Sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und freundlich. Sie waren sehr bedacht auf die Gäste einzugehen. Besonders hat uns gefallen, daß in den Zimmern jeweils eine Klimaanlage war. Die gesamte Ausstattung war ideal. Im Pool hatten wir auch alle Platz und sehr viel Spaß. Krásné ubytování v blízkosti pláže s výhledem na moře. Výborná komunikace, potěšil i uvítací balíček, který na nás po příjezdu čekal. Doporučuji!

A very smart and comfortable apartment just on the edge of the old town, but very peaceful. Lovely roof terrace with views of the mountains and down to the sea. Good mini-market three minutes away. Restaurants and bars ten minutes easy walk. Bus stop for the coast five more minutes (and 15 minute ride). Highly recommended.

Eine tolle mallorquinische Finca für einen schönen Urlaub! Super Laage und Ausstattung. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kürze erreichbar. Gute Anbindung zum Flughafen in Palma per Autobahn! Gerne wieder und super nette Gastgeber

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, allerdings wurden kurz vor Anreise 300 Euro Kaution eingefordert. Nachdem wir abgereist waren, wurden uns die Stromkosten in Rechnung gestellt. Dies wäre auch in Ordnung, wenn IPM einen ordentlichen Nachweis für den tatsächlichen Verbrauch erbringen würde. Stattdessen beruft man sich auf das "Wort" und behält für 8 Nächte knapp 225 Euro der Kaution ein. Trotz verschiedener Vorschläge haben wir bis heute nichts erhalten.

Nos alojamos en una finca preciosa, tranquila, muy cerca de la playa y nos hizo un tiempo fantástico. Nos dejamos la llave dentro de la casa y enseguida vinieron a ayudarnos. Un servicio de 10 en todo momento. Sin duda repetiremos!!!

Wir hatten über Few-Direkt Kontakt mit Ideal Property Mallaorca und alles verlief problemos. Auf unterschiedliche Anfragen wurde immer innerhalb eines Tages sehr freundlichen reagiert. Wir waren daher sehr zufrieden mit der Betreuung.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Stayed in a property for 10 days. Additional cleaning fee paid although we never saw the cleaner! And was scammed out of a very pricy deposit although legally they have no right to keep it as nothing was damaged etc. The villa was freezing cold and we had no way to access the heating. Overall very disappointed and disgusted. Will not be using this company again!

Double booked after full payment taken We booked a holiday through vrbo in Majorca in November, with 100% due one month before the holiday. We had communication with Ideal Property company once booked to confirm a few things about the dates, items included and if we could change departure date. When the payment was due I checked this was going through. One day after the payment had been made we had an email from Ideal Property saying the owner had double booked for the dates and they offered three alternative properties. After emails back and forth they were unwilling to match the price I had paid with any of the more expensive properties offered just a 5% discount still about £200 higher than we had just paid. They offered a full refund which we accepted. However, we now needed to find another property with 4 weeks notice and they had the money we needed to book another property. The refund took two days to come through and due to the exchange rate and transaction fee we lost £25. So it was very disappointing that a property was double booked and it took 4 months to let us know and only once they had taken our money. It was also very disappointing they weren't willing to price match what we had already paid with the other properties offered. We have now luckily been able to find another property on Airbnb which we have used in the past with no issues with UK stays. Will never use vrbo or Ideal properties again, who were supposed to be vrbo Premier supplier.

Me alojé en Mallorca con unos amigos estas Navidades a través de Ideal Property Mallorca. Trato muy cercano, comprometidos e implicación desde el momento de la contratación en que todo estuviese perfecto. Sin duda repetiremos con ellos.

Ich buche schon seit einigen Jahren immer wieder mit Ideal Property Mallorca Appartments in 1.Meereslinie in Alcudia. Habe nur super Erfahrungen gemacht. Tolle Appartments, super Service der Agentur, freundlich und stets erreichbar.

Wirklich schlimme Erfahrung mit IPM gemacht. Verlogener Haufen, sobald es irgendwo hakt. Ich kann nur dringend raten: Finger weg!

Wirklich übler Laden! Haben uns ein Haus vermietet und trotz Anzahlung wieder storniert. Da wir keinen Vertrag bekommen hatten, konnten wir keinen Schadensersatz fordern. Hochinteressant, wie viele positive Rezensenten nur eine einzige Bewertung abgegeben haben. Ein Schelm, wer böses dabei denkt...

Super Service, tolles Ferienhaus mit großem Pool. Zur Begrüßung hatten wir einen Tisch voller Obst, Essen und Getränke. Nach ein paar Tagen gab es vom Eigentümer noch ganz fantastischen Ensaïmada. Am Grill stand ein neuer Sack mit Holzkohle.Wir haben wirklich nichts auszusetzen und würden jeder Zeit wieder über Ideal Property Buchen. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Do not book with this company. We booked a house on mallorca at the lake. Only problems with drains, toilet overflowed and no service from IPM. No answers on emails or calls. 1 star is even too much for this company. Answer on IPM. ? We never flused wipes in the toilet. The problem of the drain was before we arrived. The washing machine also took in water even when it was should off and even when we closed the water hose. You can write what ever you want, but the word service you never heard before and also that is polite to answer emails you probably are not aware off. I see in other reviews that this is company rule, so again, DO NOT RENT FROM IPM!

Ich verstehe nicht, warum Leute über den Zustand des Hauses oder der Wohnung schreiben. Meiner Meinung nach ist es notwendig, die Arbeit der Mitarbeiter und ihre Reaktion auf Probleme zu bewerten. Haus oder Wohnung hängt alles vom Preis ab. Sehr professionelles mehrsprachiges Personal. Sie reagieren sehr schnell auf Probleme und lösen sie. Ich kann nichts schlechtes sagen. Ich nehme ihre Dienste seit mehreren Jahren in Anspruch und war immer zufrieden.

DON'T HIRE FROM THEM!!! Never had such a bad experience with a real estate agent. We rented the lake view house nr. 5 in Port 'd Alcudia for 2 weeks. when entering the house we faced ants all over the kitchen and a lot of spiderwebs. Also down strairs toilet wasn't cleaned at all. After first wash in the washing machine we noticed that water came back into the machine when the wasmachine was done. when sending this claim to IPM they said we will inform the owner. The owner just said this is new machine and will be repaired in 2 or 3 days, which of course never happened. Than after some days i came down in the morningf and saw water on the floor coming from the toilet downstairs, from which I send pictures to IPM over whatsapp immediately. Answer we tell the owner and keep you informed?? Of course nobody came and no actions from IPM. Than when we started to take showers the water came from the toilet dowmstairs entering the livingroom. Again no actions , we needed to wait till next day when Colis came to fix the drain. When it was fixed IPM employee promised to take care of the cleaning after the plumber was ready and send new towels (as we used a lot for stopping the water). Again nothing came from IPM and we cleaned the entire downstrairs and bathroom. So bottom line, IPM is not a professional real estate agent, constantly hiding behind the "owner" which is not legally correct as we booked the house from IPM and not from the owner. Also we asked for a refund for all the shit we been in and all the extra cleaning we did for the owner. Guess what? Still waiting and again hiding behind the owner who they still haven't talked to.

Villa Rosaleda gehuurd via deze partij! Service tijdens boekingsproces was conform verwachting. Tijdens verblijf in villa Rosaleda ondervonden wij problemen met slechte matrassen en kapotte lattenbodem. Hier werd door IPM goed op geacteerd en er werd (na een aantal telefoontjes en mailtjes) oplossingsgericht meegedacht. Uiteindelijk is het probleem keurig opgelost en zijn de matrassen door de eigenaar vernieuwd.

We rented an apartment in Alcudia Port from IPM. The whole process was smooth and easy-great communications throughout. We arrived late in the evening but that was no problem. The check in was done online, key collection and return were easy and efficient. The apartment itself was perfectly located and spacious, presented in a clean and tidy manner. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I would happily return to an IPM property in future visits to Mallorca.

We found that IPM were great to deal with - very friendly and helpful and solved a minor problem at the end of the holiday very quickly and efficiently. We will certainly use them again if we return to Majorca.

The agency does not seem to have control over the bookings of properties. I booked one villa, paid it and even received the booking confirmation. The next day they cancelled my booking without any clear reasons, released the refund for which I should wait 14 days. They did not care about my troubles that I booked non-refundable flight tickets and lost lots of money. Pure communication, no compensation offered, not even a proper apology. They sent me automatic list of alternative properties totally not adjusted to my needs or not available. Bad experience, risky deal.

Fabulous stay at villa BEA12 in Alcudia. A cozy place in Alcudia. Perfect location: just 1 minute walking from the beach, good restaurants in the area, supermarkets... Both the owners and the company helped us in anything we needed. Children friendly. No pets allowed. The place you need to spend your holidays abroad with your family. BONUS: the villa is fully equiped with basic home-safety items. Some medical stuff and emergency phones are provided (really helpful if you have children). Cots are also avaible upon request. Loved this! 💝

Leider haben wir mit der Agentur nicht so tolle Erfahrungen gemacht. Die gebuchte Finca war total abgewohnt und hatte viele Sicherheitsmängel. Stromkästen ohne Abdeckung, Kippenstummel auf dem ganzen Gelände, Schimmel in den Duschen und verstopfte Abflüsse, defekte Duschköpfe, dreckiges Geschirr in der Küche und kaputte Gartenmöbel. Leider wurde unserer Reklamation nur teilweise nachgekommen aber die meisten Mängel trotz mehrmaligem nachhaken nicht behoben. Wir konnten diesen Urlaub leider nicht wie geplant geniessen da wir unsere Kinder nicht alleine herumspringen lassen haben können. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und können diese Agentur keinesfalls weiterempfehlen.

We booked a villa through airbnb which this company manage. We paid the full amount and then I messaged to find out the total amount of extras that we would need to pay, ie electricity, deposit etc. I was told that the amount we paid was the total and there would be no extras. Fast forward to 5 weeks before we are due to go and IPM message me apologising for pricing the villa wrong and are now asking for over 1000 euros extra! I rang and spoke to a man who gave me the options to cancel with full refund or change to another property. The other properties were far too expensive, so I asked him to refund us ASAP bearing in mind we have 5 weeks to find somewhere else to stay within our price range. Despite numerous messages from myself and airbnb asking them to process the refund, this company have failed to reply, fortunately airbnb hold the money till you go, so have given them 48 hours to reply before we receive a full refund. Be warned it seems that they only communicate when there is something in it for them, not when THEY make an error. Do not use this company!

Response to IPM reply - as explained numerous times 2020 wasn't possible due to vulnerable people in the group and 2 families having to share the same villa. You only agreed to move to 2021 after I contacted the owner and agreed to remove my original review. Fast forward to 2021 - at the time of asking to move to 2022 travel to Spain wasn't permitted with only Portugal on the green list. This was then moved to Amber two weeks later. Due to the uncertainty we made the decision to move it. Yes things have changed since then but there is still a lot of uncertainty and change - France is an example where double jabbed people returning now need to quarantine. Its this uncertainty which makes it a risk to pay you the final balance and plan to travel in 2021. Hence we ask to move to 2022. But you wouldn't move unless we paid an EXTRA eur 690 AND paid the final balance in full a year in advance of travelling in 2022. No way are we paying the extra or a year in advance as you have such a poor reputation. We would never see that money again if we couldn't travel in 2022. Also, that balance is due to the owner....its not yours. They were happy to wait until 2022 for payment. You can't justify the extra 690 or the paying in full a year early. You are thieves plane and simple with no customer service. I and many others have had a similar experience with you. You have lost good returning customers as a result. I sincerely hope you go out of business. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Couldn't travel in 2020 due to the pandemic but they wouldn't refund the deposit or move the holiday. Only when I got the owner of the villa rental involved did they agree to move it to 2021 but only if I removed my original review from here. Now in 2021 with countries on and off the Amber list in the UK and with Easyjet cancelling my flights etc they won't move it to 2022 unless I pay hundreds of euros and also pay the full balance now...which is thousands. No chance giving how difficult and unresponsive this company have been. They have cancelled the booking and kept my deposit. Absolute thieves. They don't seem to care that everyone they do this too will not book with them ever again. They have no idea of customer service or retention. Do your self a favour and book via a UK agent or via AIRBNB. Please don't use this company...you will regret it if you can't travel.

I had a booking for travel in May and am unable to travel due to COVID restrictions in place. This company will not refund and insist on a transfer fee of 220 euros to change to later dates.

If I could give this company zero stars then I would. Back at the beginning of 2020 we booked a family holiday for 4 nights to Villa Ariel using HomeAway agency, however we had to pay the holiday deposit directly to Ideal Property Mallorca. When Covid hit we had to change the dates, as travel was banned for our dates (May 2020) and Ideal Property told us it wasn't possible to get a refund. We changed the dates, however they made us pay the total balance (plus an extra night due to new flight times) in order to secure the dates. I should have known then, being the owner of a villa myself, that this is not normal practice. In 2021 we contacted Ideal Property to ask for a refund as from the government annoumcement we knew travel would still be banned for our new dates. Our flights were refunded straight away but Ideal Property REFUSED TO REFUND US. They then preceeded to tell us that if we wanted to change the dates again that they would require a 125euro booking fee on top of the new price!!! So they now have our hard earned money and are still renting out this villa! I cannot believe the audacity of this company. They will not last long if this is how they treat their customers. Please stay well away from them as you will not receive any sort of professional response and I doubt you would receive a holiday from them either!! Just another cowboy company stealing people's money.... Shame on them!

Hands off! We had our worse experience ever here. The house we rented was in an awful condition (which you couldn't see in photos). We had to leave the hause at the midle of night coz it was impossible to breath because of mold and mites in the hous. Old furniture and dirty beds. They didn't give our money back and didn't even apologised. Be careful!!!

Ich kann NIEMANDEN empfehlen über diesen Anbieter ein Ferienhaus auf Mallorca zu buchen! Ursprünglich wurde eine Finca für Juni 2020 angemietet! Da zum Reisezeitraum in Spanien der Ausnahmezustand ausgerufen war, konnte die Reise nicht stattfinden! Statt mir die getätigte Anzahlung zurück zu zahlen, wurde mir erklärt, dass meine Anzahlung keine Anzahlung mehr ist, sondern jetzt plötzlich als Buchungsgebühr bezeichnet wird! Und Gebühren können nicht zurück erstattet werden! Im Mietvertrag wird allerdings KEINE Gebühr erwähnt! Nur eine Anzahlung und ein Restbetrag! Die einzigste Möglichkeit, die Anzahlung nicht zu verlieren, wäre eine Umbuchung! Ich habe mich darauf eingelassen und für 2021 umgebucht! Allerdings ist die Pandemie noch nicht vorbei! Da mir das Risiko mit meinen Kindern zu hoch ist, dieses Jahr nach Mallorca zu fliegen, wollte ich die ursprünglich für 2020 geplante Reise nun auf 2022 umbuchen! Dem widersprach IPM! Wenn ich die Reise nicht antreten will, müsste ich stornieren! Und JETZT kommt der „Witz“! Meine Anzahlung werde ich dann allerdings verlieren! Jetzt spricht man plötzlich wieder von einer Anzahlung und von keiner Buchungsgebühr mehr! Das finde ich schon sehr merkwürdig! Eine Frist zur Rückzahlung der Anzahlung hat man verstreichen lassen! Ich verstehe, dass die Situation auch auf Mallorca bestimmt nicht leicht ist! Dennoch gibt es eine klare Rechtsprechung! Und eine Anzahlung einfach in eine Gebühr umzubenennen, in der Hoffnung, dass diese an den Kunden nicht zurück gezahlt werden muss, finde ich schon sehr „erbärmlich“! Haben jetzt einen spanischen Anwalt damit beauftragt! Aus meiner Sicht grenzt das „Ganze“ an Betrug! Aber leider bin ich selbst dran schuld! Hätte ich mal im Reisebüro oder über einen deutschen Anbieter gebucht! Da wurde die Finca für ein paar Euro mehr auch angeboten! Nicht immer ist es von Vorteil, den günstigsten Anbieter auszuwählen! Hinterher weiß man auch warum!;-) Achso, ein Stern ist eigentlich noch zu viel und sehr schmeichelhaft für dieses Unternehmen!!!!

Vorsicht bei Anzahlungen! Agentur behält sie komplett ein, auch wenn 3 Tage später storniert wird. Anwaltsschreiben werden ignoriert!

Leider muss auch ich mich nun wegen mangelndem Kontakt und schlechtem entgegenkommen während der Corona Beschränkungen äussern. Es ist immer wieder schwierig per Mail oder auch Telefon in Kontakt zu kommen und als ich dann endlich stornieren konnte, weil niemand weiss wann unbeschwertes Reisen wieder möglich ist habe ich nur die hälfte meiner Anzahlung zurück bekommen. Warum und aufgrund von welcher Rechtsgrundlage ist das so, wurde mir bis heute nicht erklärt. Ich finde das nicht in Ordnung und bin enttäuscht das das fehlende Geld einbehalten wird.

Nous avons loué un appartement face au port d Alcudia. Vue à couper le souffle. Appartement très propre. Tout est prévu par l agence... serviettes, torchons, produits d entretien... Pour la réservation, agence Très professionnelle et réactive... Arrivés un dimanche... nous avons récupéré les clés sans problème dans une boîte à clés. Le lendemain, depot de la caution a l agence... Personnel très sympa et fait le nécessaire pour communiquer dans notre langue. Aucun problème pour récupèrer la caution. (Le vendredi alors que nous repartons le dimanche...) Départ le dimanche... nous laissons les clés dans l appartement... juste PARFAIT !!!

He pasado el fin de semana con unos amigos en un apartamento con vistas al mar en Puerto de Alcudia y no podemos estar más satisfechos. Unas vistas espectaculares y una atención increíble por parte de la empresa que se mostró bastante atenta y cordial. Muy recomendable! Esperamos poder repetir el verano que viene.

In der aussergewöhnlichen Corona Zeit, wo sich fast täglich die Situationen geändert haben, und man zwangsläufig neue Informationen zu seiner Buchung brauchte, war die Firma IPM einfach unprofessionell, nicht zu erreichen, oder wenn, dann stur und unkulant. Das sollte man für zukünftige Buchungen beachten, wenn es mal irgendwelche Probleme geben sollte. Ich kann nur hoffen, daß IPM aus diesen, doch schon mehreren, schlechten Bewertungen zu ihrem Verhalten in zugegeben schwierigen Zeiten lernen wird. Wir werden dort auf jeden Fall nicht mehr buchen.

Ich muss vor Ideal Property Mallorca dringend warnen! Die Agentur hat uns eine bereits bestätigte und angezahlte Buchung für ein Haus wenige Monate vor dem Urlaub einfach storniert. Angeblich durfte das Haus nicht mehr vermietet werden. In Wirklichkeit wurde es aber bei einer anderen Agentur weiterhin vermietet! IPM hat uns also frech angelogen! Wir bekamen keine Entschädigung und keinen gleichwertigen Ersatz angeboten. Stattdessen bot man uns ein paar wenige Objekte an, die nicht im Mindesten vergleichbar waren. Weder entsprachen sie unseren Bedürfnissen (Nichtraucher, Pool, Klimaanlage, kinderfreundlich) noch wären sie für uns kostenneutral gewesen. Für den gebuchten Zeitraum mitten in den Sommerferien noch eine halbwegs passende Alternative zu finden war sehr schwierig und nervenzehrend. Letztlich mussten wir deutlich mehr für eine Alternative bezahlen und waren weit weg vom Meer. Ein deutlich getrübtes Urlaubserlebnis! Deshalb kann ich nur raten: Finger Weg von dieser unseriösen Agentur!

Perfekt beliggenhed. Dejlig lejlighed med alt hvad man har brug for. Vi boede i Carabela 44 som ligger lige ned til stranden og tæt på byen unden at det genere. Vi havde mormor med så vi tog den ene madras fra hendes værelse ind i vores soveværelse og lagde på gulvet, så vi kunne være der 2 voksne og et barn i samme sove værelse.
