I first met Claus and his company only 4 weeks before we got the keys to our new house in Vera Mar. From initially viewing their excellent video, to finally signing at the Notaria, Clause and his team worked hard to make the sale, agree the contract and purchase the property. Both buyer and seller extremely happy with their service. Even post sale, their help and speedy assistance in getting answers to a few queries has been outstanding. I’ll be using this company to sell my old house, no question.

We put our apartment up for sale with NPC S.L.in mid October 23. They Found a buyer within two weeks due to realistic pricing and good professionalism on their part. Purchase completed on December 11th along with Bankers Draft .We could not be more satisfied with their service. Can highly recommend them, they are polite but straight talking ; they do not give you unrealistic and unachievable valuations ,hence their success in selling property is top draw.

Zeer bekwame makelaar met een groot netwerk. Kennis van zaken en de lokale markt en enorm communicatief. Prettig om zaken mee te doen. In Spanje mag iedereen makelaar zijn, dus er is nogal wat kwaliteitsverschil. Nicla Casas is een aanrader!

Review for NICLA From the outset Claus and his company NICLA were very efficient, helpful and professional. My questions were answered fully and promptly either in person or by email. The video that was taken as part of the selling process was excellent and showed the property in its full potential Although it took some time to sell (because of the market at the time followed by Covid!) at no time did I feel that I was being pushed into reducing the price. In fact I offered to do this at one point but was advised to leave it as it was. I am very grateful for the service I received and have no hesitation in writing this positive review. Susan Clinch

Somehow I got the impression that this guy is a bit frustrated. Of course there is a lot of competition in this world and in any industry or business, but this guy thinks he is the only good estate agent in the area frowning upon the other ones.
