We hadden in achterhoofd al idee voor later voor aankoop en we hebben dan de volgende stap gezet en zijn in de goede zorgen van Annick gekomen die ons heeft begeleid gedurende de eerste fase van aankoop met op hoog kwaliteit vriendelijke service en zeker klaar staat met antwoorden op al je vragen die je dan of later hebt. Een echte aanrader! Wij zijn met 3 makelaars op pad geweest om onze droomwoning te zoeken. De laatste van de 3 was Annick van Grupo Platinum. Zij leek als enige van de 3 makelaars precies te begrijpen wat wij zochten en het eerste appartement wat wij bezochten was dan ook direct raak! De koop was heel snel gesloten en dan komt nog de officiele afhandeling waar wij best tegenop zagen. Maar Annick heeft alles echt super geregeld voor ons. Ze reageert zeer adequaat en niets is haar teveel. Ze heeft de juiste mensen om zich heen zoals de bank en een hele prettige, Nederlands sprekende advocaat. Ook de nazorg is buitengewoon, echt alles wordt door hun geregeld. Een woning kopen in Spanje? Zoek niet verder in het doolhof van makelaars maar neem contact op met Annick! Annick, nogmaals heel erg bedankt voor jouw kundigheid, bevlogenheid en tomeloze inzet, je bent echt een TOPPER!! Dankzij jou kunnen wij deze kerst doorbrengen onder de Spaanse zon, je hebt onze droom laten uitkomen en verdient echt een dikke 10!! Groetjes Henry & Manuela Veugelink.

Gente muy profesional, muy atenta con los clientes y siempre intentando solucionar cualquier posible que pueda haber surgido. Es la tercera vez que ponemos nuestras vacaciones en sus manos y lo seguiremos haciendo. Los apartamentos están bien equipados, limpios, con wifi (de una conexión de fibra óptica) y Smart-TV Hay un supermercado en la misma urbanización, varios supermercados en San Juan, varios restaurantes de calidades y precios, varias piscinas de la urbanización y la playa muy cerca también. La zona es tranquila, sin las masificaciones de otros lugares y la gente muy amable. Los amaneceres y atardeceres son bellísimos. Repetiremos, sin duda.

Ik wil de lezers van dit platform kennis laten maken met een "Geweldig verhaal"! Na een tijdje ter plaatse zoeken aan de "Costa española" zonder succes besloten we het dan maar te proberen vanop een afstand. Wat is dan beter om dit te doen via het world wide web.... Maar dan beland je in een kluwen van makelaars en duizenden foto's. De aanbiedingen zijn allemaal "wauw", op loopafstand van de zee, de winkels enz... Als je er één gezien en gelezen hebt, heb je ze allemaal gezien! Toen kwam Annick Van Olmen van Grupo Platinum Estates, zij was de eerste die "echt" luisterde naar onze wensen. Ze investeerde tijd om panden te zoeken die aan "onze wensen" voldoen. Ze deed enorme moeite om panden te bekijken, zelfs ver buiten haar omgeving. Het vertrouwen dat Annick uitstraalt en de tijd en moeite dat zij doet voor "onbekende" mensen is onvoorstelbaar. Wij stonden bijna dagelijks via WhatsApp in contact met elkaar. Het duurde niet lang alvorens zij het ideale pand gevonden had. We spraken online af om te face-timen terwijl Annick ons het pand digitaal liet zien. Annick liet ons een appartement zien welk voldeed aan alle vooropgestelde wensen. Er kwam van haar uit geen enkele druk om snel te beslissen... Wij waren tenslotte niet ter plaatse geweest, nog nooit in die omgeving gezocht dus voor ons eerst nog research via het internet. Een paar uur later belden we elkaar terug en kochten een appartement dat we nooit "echt" gezien hebben, van een vrouw die we nog nooit ontmoet hadden in een mooi wit dorpje waarvan we de naam nog nooit hadden uitgesproken...wauw das durven, toch? Onze omgeving verklaarde ons "zot". Het was 3 maart 2024. Wat toen volgde was een rollercoaster aan administratie...Annick was altijd bereikbaar en een geweldige tussenpersoon. Zonder haar hadden wij die mallemolen nooit rond gekregen voor 1 juli. We hadden onze reis naar daar reeds geboekt. Op 1 juli zagen we voor het eerst het appartement dat we gekocht hadden en het was nog mooier dan we gedroomd hadden. Dank je wel Annick. Ik raad iedereen die een Spaanse droom heeft aan om met jou contact op te nemen. Dank je wel Stef en Ilse

Bin auf der Suche nach einem kleinen Haus in Spanien auf die Seite von Grupo Platinum Estates gestoßen. Ich sah dort ein Reihenhaus in das ich mich sofort verliebt habe. Nach der Kontaktaufnahme mit der Immobilienagentur wurde ich mit einem sehr gut deutsch sprechendem Mann, Herrn Daniel Resche verbunden. Er begleidete mich bei allen wichtigen Fragen und vermittelte mir eine Agentur (Integra Consultores Integra) die mir alle bürokratischen Angelegenheiten abgenommen haben, von NIE über Bank bis Notar Ich hatte mit Grupo Platinum Estates ein wirklich sorglos Rundumpaket. Herr Reche machte Videos für mich und eine lange online Videoschaltung mit Haus und Umgebung. Bei Fragen war er immer ansprechbar und sehr kompetent. Ich bin wirklich glücklich darüber an so eine gute Immobilienfirma geraden zu sein. " Muchas gracias" Herr Daniel Resche für Ihre Zeit, die Sie mir geschenkt haben. Eén jaar na ons eerste bezoek aan Mar de Pulpi zijn we de trotse eigenaars van een mooi appartement op deze zeer fijne plek vlakbij de zee. Ons avontuur begon in februari 2023 met een bezoek aan m’n neef en z”n echtgenote die een appartement bezitten in Mar de Pulpi. We waren zo onder de indruk van de locatie dat we enkele dagen later, op aanraden van m’n neef, een afspraak hadden bij Jorden van Grupo Platinum Estates in het nabijgelegen San Juan de Los Terreros. Vanaf het eerste moment hadden we het gevoel, hier zitten we goed. Een warm onthaal, vriendelijke glimlach, een luisterend oor, vakkundige uitleg en enkele voorstellen die allemaal aansloten bij onze wensen en financiële mogelijkheden. Ook tijdens de daaropvolgende bezoeken aan de verschillende appartementen begeleidde Jorden van Grupo Platinum Estates ons steeds op uitstekende wijze. Een duidelijke uitleg, een heldere kijk op voor- en nadelen, een antwoord op iedere vraag die we stelden zodat we een zeer duidelijke kijk kregen op het aanbod. Als we dan éénmaal onze keuze hadden gemaakt, bleef Jorden onze zaak verder opvolgen en bracht ons ook in contact met Integra Consultores in het nabijgelegen Aguilas. Deze mensen hebben ons op schitterende wijze geholpen om onze aankoop op administratief, financieel en fiscaal vlak vlot te laten verlopen. Tijdens onze wachttijd, ons gekochte appartement was immers nog in opbouw, nam Jorden geregeld contact met ons en bracht ons op de hoogte van de vorderingen op de werf. We konden ook bij hem terecht voor hulp bij de aankoop van keukenapparatuur, meubelen, verlichting en dergelijke. Ook bij de uiteindelijke oplevering was Jorden, samen met Narciso, de zaakvoerder van Integra Consultores in Aguilas, aanwezig om ons bij te staan met raad en daad. Kortom, als je op zoek bent naar een appartement in Spanje, met een goede ligging en een excellente prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, neem dan zeker contact op met Jorden of een van zijn collega’s bij Grupo Platinum Estates. Zij helpen je op een zeer professionele manier van A tot Z. Een one stop shop als het ware. Gewoon doen !

El agente que nos atendió no mostró el más mínimo interés por ayudarnos en nuestra búsqueda de casa, aún seguimos esperando que nos devuelva una llamada para ver los pisos por los que nos habíamos interesado. Estar decepcionados es poco. No salgo en los registros de su empresa porque fueron mis padres los que estaban interesados en información sobre viviendas y he sido yo la que ha puesto la reseña porque ellos no sabían cómo. Ahora encima no intentéis quedar bien diciendo que la persona que pone una reseña encima miente. Qué vergüenza.

Caroline at Grupo Platinum in San Juan de Los Terreros is the best estate agent we’ve ever dealt with (we’ve bought and sold a number of properties over past 30+ years). She is British, living and working as a Spanish estate agent for many years in Terreros and, as pathetically bad Spanish speakers, we appreciated being able to communicate directly with her and use her as a translator (particularly when dealing with Spanish lawyers). She managed the whole process of our apartment purchase last year, dealing with the sellers, lawyers etc. Her team (specifically Angelika) at Grupo Platinum have also provided the best after sales service we’ve come across ever, dealing with setting up bank accounts, sorting out utilities etc. I cannot recommend them enough.

Unos auténticos profesionales, nada más contactar con ellos realizan todos los trámites rápidos, sencillos y eficaces. Magnífico trato personal y los apartamentos fantásticos, totalmente nuevos, bien equipados, bien decorados y en una urbanización preciosa con piscinas y zonas de juegos. Ideal para ir con niños. Era una zona desconocida para nosotros y nos han gustado mucho las calas y sobretodo la Geoda y su propia Mina que son Impresionantes.

Buying a holiday home in Costa Almeria has been a dream come true. Caroline and her team have made the process of buying in Spain so easy and hassle free. They respond promptly to emails and there are no hard selling tactics. They have answered our questions and have provided contacts each step of the way from our solicitor Mundi Abogado, who are also fantastic and come highly recommended, to a contact at the bank. They have also provided a great after sale service. We are using their key holding service which comes at a reasonable charge. Caroline is professional and knowledgeable of the local area. When we were ready to come out Caroline arranged accommodation for us to stay in San Juan de los Terreros while we viewed properties in the local area. Unos auténticos profesionales, nada más contactar con ellos realizan todos los trámites rápidos, sencillos y eficaces. Magnífico trato personal y los apartamentos fantásticos, totalmente nuevos, bien equipados, bien decorados y en una urbanización preciosa con una piscina genial y zonas de juegos. Ideal para ir con niños. Vecinos muy respetuosos, a partir de las 00:00 no se escucha ni un ruido. La única pega es que hay que coger el coche para todo, si bien, encuentras aparcamiento en todos sitios y eso es una ventaja, así como que te obliga a descubrir sus maravillosas playas, principalmente las calas hasta Águilas, que están a escasos diez minutos. Y lo mejor de todo la Geoda y su propia Mina que son Impresionantes

Hemos estado 10 días y la verdad todo un descubrimiento. Las playas fenomenales, todo lo q nos recomendó Fabiola perfecto. La urbanización genial, por decir algo, para mi gusto el menaje del apartamento muy justo. Pero vamos sin más importacia. Reconendable 100% y espero repetir.

From the initial contact with Emma, through the maze of house buying, everything was handled well and great care was taken from viewing the property to picking up the keys and beyond. We have just sold our apartment through this company. We were very impressed by their professionalism and integrity. We did not feel it was all about the sale but that Caroline really cared about both the seller and the buyers requirements and listened and acted on what was requested. Continually updated us on progress during the few short months the property was listed. Excellent customer service and highly recommended

I found a property I liked through Grupo Platinum, so booked the viewing package. I was collected from the airport and spent 3 days visiting different parts of the region and viewed properties which met my brief and budget. I was also accommodated in a lovely apartment at a very reasonable price. I subsequently went back with partner and family and purchased a property. The process was seamless throughout. All was arranged for me including the Spanish NIE, PCR test, solicitors & the meeting with the Notary along with recommendations for support services including insurance , internet and TV purchase etc . All staff were responsive and communicated speedily via emails, WhatsApp calls and messages & included to be truthful, a bit of necessary hand holding at times!. Particular thanks to Emma J who transported me around for 3 days and was professional , knowledgeable, friendly and never put any pressure on me. Also too Brooke who took over whilst Emma was away and really helped us understand San Juan and the surrounding area more. They all know their stuff, clearly enhanced by the fact that they actually live and work in the area. The aftersales service has been amazing as it exceeded my expectations, so thank you very much Angelika. I hope it hasn't been inappropriate to mention names. However its obvious that the culture within the team & the service as a whole is a real positive with all stepping in and covering for each other whenever necessary. In summary , this was very different experience from all previous contact with estate agents over the last 30 years I cannot recommend this estate agent and their staff highly enough.

From the first day I contacted Caroline via e mail to the day we completed on our apartment in San Juan De Los Terreros, they [including Angelika who NEVER forgets to come back to you!!!] have been AMAZING. They always respond to your queries, and request for prices of things like a BBQ [Which has nothing to do with buying an apartment] very quickly. You MUST use these guys as their local knowledge is crucial and you will save money in the process. Thank you both, our apartment and the place is fantastic. If you are this good when the market is mad busy you must be even better!!!! if it ever slows down Just to add we bought our apartment through Caroline's what's app [Due to pandemic] and the first time We saw the town and apartment was when I flew in after completion. I Just knew we could rely on Caroline.

Kann man wirklich empfehlen!!! Besonders Angelika!!! Jederzeit konnte man sie fragen wenn man etwas wissen wollte. Ein offenes Ohr und immer zur Seite. Hemos estado de veraneo en San Juan de los Terreros la pasada semana para lo que alquilamos un dúplex con la mediación de Grupo Platinum. Nos vamos muy satisfechos con el trato recibido por el personal, especialmente por Fabi que nos ha proporcionado toda la información necesaria sobre el duplex, sobre el proceso de reserva y posteriormente dando facilidad para la recogida y entrega de llaves. Respecto al dúplex estaba muy bien equipado. Cocina con menaje y todos los electrodomésticos (incluido lavavajillas). Todas las habitaciones y salón con aire acondicionado, camas suficientes para las personas que íbamos.

Hemos estado 10 días en la urbanización de mar de pulpí y se nos ha hecho muy corto. Es la tercera vez que estamos aquí y seguramente volveremos otra vez. El apartamento precioso, todo muy limpio, no falta detalle. Fabiola es encantadora!!! Hemos tenido un trato estupendo. Muy recomendable para familias con niños. Hasta pronto, espero!!!

Hemos estado 10 días en Mar de Pulpí, Las Azuzenas. Somos una familia con niños pequeños de entre 1 y 4 años y la verdad es que la estancia ha sido maravillosa. Por una parte la limpieza y contenido del apartamento, eran excelentes. Por otro, las piscinas e instalaciones de la urbanización perfectas para nuestros peques. La agente que nos atendió resolvió todas nuestras dudas antes de ir y nos gestionó un problemilla que surgió a la salida (nos olvidamos algo allí). Muy amable, gracias Fabi.

Amazing estate agents, nothing is problem for them. No matter what you need information about , they have the answers, how to obtain insurance cover , what lawyer works well for your needs . San Juan de los Terreros is een vrij rustig dorpje met mooie stranden ter plaatse en ook in de omgeving. Ook de natuur en het gebergte naar het binnenland toe heeft zijn schoonheden. Onze keuze om via Grupo Platinum Estates een appartement te huren is dat wij al meerdere keren een zeer goede begeleiding hebben gekregen bij het huren van een appartement. Daarom geven wij voor Grupo Platinum Estates een zeer goede beoordeling.

We had such a great time with Caroline looking at various properties in the area over a period of 2 days. She was amazingly understanding and intuitive to our needs. It is such a hard decision trying to decide where one wants to live and the type of property we would like. We had to view several in different areas to get a feel of what we actually did want. What we did appreciate was not being rushed, careful advice and suggestions, and time to decide ourselves what we were looking for. Vanaf september 2020 hadden wij via internet contact met Jorden van Grupo Platinum Estates en al vanaf dat eerste contact was er een groot vertrouwen in die man en zijn agentschap, afspraak was om begin 2021 samen aan de slag te gaan. Dat vertrouwen was iets dat we nodig gingen hebben want Covid-19 belette ons om naar Spanje af te reizen. Nadat we onze wensen kenbaar gemaakt hadden ging Jorden voor ons op zoek naar het juiste pand en dat resulteerde in een videobezoek van 4 appartementen die Jorden voor ons selecteerde. Jorden was zonder druk uit te oefenen niet zuinig met zijn advies en goeie raad en een dag later resulteerde zijn inspanning in een bod van onze kant, bod dat aanvaard werd. Een eigen stekje in Spanje is een droom van 40 jaar die hier op heel korte tijd gerealiseerd werd en dat in deze uitzonderlijke tijden. 5 Weken na de aankoop werd de akte al getekend met de steun van onze prima advocate ter plaatse. De dag van de aankoop ging Jorden nogmaals filmen in het appartement en stuurde ons het filmpje door zodat we zagen hoe ons appartement actueel was. Zo vlug de toestand het toelaat reizen we naar San Juan de Los Terreros en kan de rest van ons leven onder de Spaanse zon beginnen en dat met de hulp van een super team. Aan iedereen met plannen zoals wij, niet twijfelen maar contact opnemen met Grupo Platinum Estates!

We certainly didn’t have a clue on buying our property in Spain until we got in touch with Grupo , Emma was amazing and so helpful , took us around all the property’s we were interested in and ones she thought we may like giving our thoughts and price guide . Finally we purchased out villa 2019 and it’s our small piece of paradise . All all legalities were sorted through them so it helped immensely.. Paso mis veranos en San Juan de los Terreros, y tenia intención de ver alguna propiedad, me acerqué dos veces, el trato amable pero en las dos ocasiones las personas que me atendieron no tenían nibidea de su trabajo, perdidos totalmente , sólo se limitaron a decir que me llamarían... aún sigo esperando.

Wir können Grupo Platinum Estates wärmstens empfehlen. Wir haben durch die Agentur eine tolle Wohnung gefunden, und der Kauf ging von Anfang bis Ende reibungslos vonstatten. El apartamento todo perfecto! Tanto la zona, que es super tranquila.. Como la ubicación. En cuanto al dueño, cuida hasta el último detalle, hay absolutamente de todo incluso WiFi!!. Al apartamento le doy un diez y a grupo platinum también.. Muy amables, serviciales y grandes profesionales. Seguro que repetiremos!!!

No tengo porque poner en duda alguna su profesionalidad ni su atención comercial. Pero dice mucho de una empresa a nivel humano y ético el que sus vehículos estén aparcados de manera continua en espacios RESERVADOS A PERSONAS con MOVILIDAD REDUCIDA, practica que llevan realizando durante AÑOS de forma reiterada a pesar de haberles llamado personalmente la atención; incluso a veces como en el dia de hoy ocupando las DOS plazas destinadas a este fin que se sitúan al lado de sus oficinas en Terreros. POR FAVOR les pido que, ya que les importan tanto las redes sociales y estos comentarios que se publican en ellas, dejen de una vez de realizar esta práctica tan insolidaría y sean más PERSONAS, a la par que mejores profesionales. Miguel, los empleados estan prohibido apacar en este sitio por ley. Si estan con clientes que tienen necesidades han aparcado alli, cuando estaban en la oficina antiguo, pero ya no estamos alli. Ademas en realidad los aparcamientos estan en una subida bastante fuerte y no esta un sitio para nadie con necesidades de minus valido. Voy a repetir a los empleados que no deben aparcar alli. After exhaustive checks on estate agents in the San Juan De Los Terreros region we decided to contact Caroline at Grupo Platinum Estates. We visited the region in February 2018 and Caroline showed us some very individual and thought provoking properties whilst getting a better understanding of us and our requirements. One week later we had negotiated a deal on a beautiful property that we had dreamt about for years and 4 weeks later we had completed the purchase with much help from Grupo Platinum. Unbelievable timescales and so exciting. Since that date we have visited many times with family and friends and received excellent service from Angelika and her team in the customer support department of Grupo Platinum Estates. Angelika has successfully arranged many improvements and repairs at rates that we cannot believe !!. An excellent all round team that have served us well. Salut

We used Grupo for our recent house purchase and they are currently selling our old home in San Juan de Los Terreros. As part of their service, they offer an after sales service. When we are away from Spain they keep an eye on the property for us. We have found Angelika extremely helpful. She has organised very good, local tradesman, for the many items of work we have carried out.

Siento las molestias que eso ocasionó. Ahora están nuevos así que si te gustó ese apartamento y si no te busco otro de iguales o mejores características para el año que viene. Brilliant estate agents - they have been handling the letting of our apartment for over 2 years ago and they are the best. If you are looking to buy an apartment in Almeria they cannot be bettered, fantastic service, excellent knowledge, they take you through the whole process including the legal requirements. They helped us buy ours and could not have been more helpful. So many of their clients are also now friends, it says a huge amount about what wonderful people they are and how they genuinely care and take pride in their work. If you let the apartment they are also fantastic and will manage it for you. Simply the best there is.
