We used this company to sell my ageing parents home in Turre, Almeria. Emma and her colleagues were very knowledgeable about the local area and market sentiment helping to manage expectations. They remained patient, attentive and supporting of our family as we managed this process from a distance back in the UK. The communication with them was always easy and even when there was not much movement, they took the time to update us of what was happening and what they would be trying next. There local connections to other required suppliers such as local solicitors also kept the communication cogs turning smoothly during the whole process through to completion of the sale. Finally, given the energy and time expended, the fees charged are more than reasonable. If we ever chance to be in this part of the world looking for real estate again, I will definitely be contacting Emma and the team!

Their communication was absolutely awful, and their incompetence cost us €20,000. We were constantly left in the dark, with emails and calls going unanswered. Important information was either withheld or delivered too late, which led to significant financial losses. Their lack of professionalism and poor service made the entire process a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone looking for property in Spain to avoid this agency at all costs. ---

Matt made the whole buying process from start to completion an absolute breeze. He was happy to meet us on a weekend to allow us to view properties when it was convenient for us. Was always on hand to answer any of our questions and his due diligence just before completion saved us a potentially large water bill! We would 100% recommend Matt and Spanish Property Choice.

They charged my friend one thousand euros when she changed her mind about selling her apartment which in over 30 years in Spain I have never known to happen to anyone. This is not normal practice and i have advised her to seek legal advice.

Get regular emails from them, good selection of properties, property details very good, when buying you need to know what costs are chargeable, community fees, rubbish collection etc, some complexes can cost you as high as 300e per month on top of rates rubbish and taxes, so always ask about community fees. The day is getting closer to moving back to Spain.;-)

Best estate agents in Mojacar and surrounding area, Almeria. Yes, maybe only because we went on the TV show and subsequently, bought our place in Spain through them. But not biased at all. Family run business. Extremely Professional. Infinitely Helpful. Full of useful advice. Before, during and after sales service. We did not feel the need to go to any other estate agent. I could go on and on but it'd get boring. We cannot recommend them highly enough. 5 stars to a 10 star business. We love them and so will you.

Don't be deceived by the glossy TV appearances. Bad agency to rent from. A lot of hidden charges, and sharp practice. Spanish property choice want everything going their way. Forget about any deposit or charges incurred , that goes straight in the back pocket. Warner brothers were never too fussy concerning Harvey Weinstein, until it suited them.

Just love the programme and the family seem really friendly, hopefully still there when I decide to retire there

Myself and my husband were with SPC Last year viewing properties with a view to moving out there very soon, what a wonderful welcome from a family run estate agency. We were shown some wonderful properties in our price range and will be heading out there this year for good and will definitely be searching for our dream home with them, can't recommend them enough one and all lovely genuine folk.

Hi Finally!....an estate agent who looks after the buyer as well as the seller! Emma worked hard to cut a deal that both us as the buyer and her client the seller were happy with. Matt was great to deal with on the viewings too. Didn't deal with anyone else at the office but didn't need to , Emma and Matt sorted everything out. They were great!
