La profesionalidad de los dos es indiscutible realizando la venta en tiempo record, apenas una o dos semanas, y a partir de ahí me han ofrecido un trato humano que ha hecho que toda la operación haya sido bastante más fácil. Zij hebben ons zeer goed begeleid bij de aankoop, het meedenken, tips geven, alles in een open en eerlijke sfeer. Geen verborgen rekeningen, geen kleine lettertjes. Daarnaast hebben ze voor onze NIE nummers gezorgd, afspraken bij de notaris geregeld, er bij aanwezig zijn, niet alleen voor de aankoop, maar ook voor de NIE nummers', zorgen dat alle zaken gecontroleerd zijn, onafhankelijke tolk Spaans/Engels op het notaris kantoor om de papieren door te nemen die we moesten tekenen. Zelfs advies-afspraak mbt testament van het aangekochte huis is bij geholpen. Ook nadat er getekend is, en het huis op onze naam stond, ging de service door. Voor het aanvragen van WIFI, voor het advies en aankoop van keuken, sunroof regelen, bemiddelen en tijdens ons afwezigheid in Spanje onze zaken waarnemen. Onze sleutel willen beheren voor de werkmensen, helpen met vinden van mensen/personeel voor eventuele verhuur van ons huis, niks is te gek. Sam en collega´s (waaronder Marianne) zijn doorpakkend, eerlijk, geven direct antwoord en regelen het daadwerkelijk ook. Daarnaast zijn het ook hele lieve hardwerkende mensen. Ik kan echt iedereen aanbevelen om bij hen, als makelaar een aankoop te doen in deze prachtige regio! Mochten er nog vragen zijn, ook wij zijn bereid deze ten alle tijden te beantwoorden. Inmobiliaria no recomendable. Uno de sus empleados, Sam Alexander, es intratable. Responderá a esta reseña diciendo que no nos encuentra como cliente y es verdad, no lo fuimos, porque su trato fue tan malo que no quisimos seguir hablando con él.

We did our research and decided Mojácar was the place for us to buy a holiday home. We saw a few properties with other agents. We didn’t realise a lot of the agents close at 4pm. However, New One Stop property was open. We warmed straightaway to Sam. Even my two sisters with me who do not suffer fools warmed to Sam. He is a very patient individual who took onboard our requirements. He did not waste our time showing irrelevant properties. But kept to the brief. He showed us a property we really liked and started the negotiations. We had to leave and back in the UK communication was excellent. A price was agreed and a reservation fee paid. Sam organised a solicitor Laura who was very good. However, the elderly gentleman pulled out. Sam felt really bad and did his upmost to find a property. He found us an amazing property and managed to persuade the seller to accept the reservation fee and to take it off the market till we could attend. This was solely due to Sam negotiating this as the property would have sold. Two weeks later we came to Mojacar and really liked the property. Sam did his best to negotiate a deal which we were happy with. The following day Sam took us to the Notary for power of attorney, open a bank account and see the solicitor. Everything that needed to get done Sam organised before we left for London. Sam is not just an agent he is an amazing person who goes out of his way to help. Even when we get the property we need somethings doing. He has contacts in every area of property refurbishing. I can honestly say Sam has made this whole experience as smooth as possible. Him and his colleagues are amazing. Update on review We have now purchased our apartment in Mojacar. Sam true to his word has been very kind in organising workmen to carry out remedial work we wished done at a very reasonable price. He also organised for us to get a new AC unit put into the lounge. Again at a good price. We are very lucky to have met Sam and can honestly say the service does not end at just purchasing the property. He has contacts everywhere and really goes out of his way to help. Being from the UK it would be very difficult to organise all of this. Sam is trustworthy and totally reliable. We are blessed to have met Sam.

My husband and I wasted a whole day investigating a property we saw advertised in their window. We saw it on Saturday evening so drove over 40 minutes to check out the area on Sunday before visiting the shop on Monday to arrange a viewing. When we arrived we were told that the picture portraying the apartment was not it at all, merely a picture of the area! What kind of agent puts a picture of a totally different property as the primary advertising image for the one they are actually selling! I can only assume that the apartment was so unattractive they decided to mask it. We left and will certainly not be considering them again as a prospective agent, it left us feeling that they were being deliberately misleading and therefore I would have no confidence their integrity
