We were directed to Rimontgó by a friend who had recently used them to buy a property in Valencia. That is where we met our realtor Vicente Monterde. If we could give a 10-star review for Vicente we would. Vicente was our guiding light through the process of identifying and purchasing a flat in Valencia. He was very accessible and responded quickly. Vicente understood what we were looking for aesthetically in a second home so we were able to put our complete faith and trust in his judgment and guidance. Being in the United States we were able to identify properties online that we liked and send to Vicente. Because of his in depth knowledge of the real estate market in Valencia he directed us to neighborhoods and flats that would be a good investment. Vicente's moral compass is sincere and honest and with that he protected us from unsavory realtors and real estate companies. Vicente worked with our son, who is local in Valencia, to visit properties and FaceTime with us for showings. We decided to obtain a mortgage for the purchase and Vicente coordinated the relationship with the mortgage officer at the bank, who also was phenomenal. There are many moving parts to purchasing a property in Spain as a non-citizen. Vicente not only coordinated with the bank but also helped getting us our NIE's, coordinating the Notary necessary for the closing, setting up utilities and answering any follow-up questions we have. He held our hands every step of the way. Vicente's relationships with people throughout the real estate industry made this a very smooth, unstressful process.

We purchased an apartment in Valencia. In finding a suitable place we took advantage of the property services Rimontgo offers. No recomiendo alquilar con esta inmobiliaria a no ser que queráis pagar un mes de honorarios a cambio de ninguna garantía. El día uno de marzo nos mudamos a un piso recién reformado de esta inmobiliaria. Sorpresa la nuestra al ver que estaba lleno de desperfectos graves de electricidad, fontanería y electrodomésticos hasta el punto de ser inhabitable. Desde el primer momento Vicente nos aseguró de que todo sería solucionado y tuvimos que vivir dos semanas sin lavadora, lavavillas, telefonillo, agua caliente en media casa, duchas con goteras etc antes de que se empezaran a solucionar algunos de los problemas. En todo momento Vicente nos engañó para evitar entrar en conflicto con los propietarios. Solucionó algunos de los problemas (los más baratos) y nos dejo con varios marrones como una gotera con peligro de cortocircuito. Además, también nos mintió descaradamente al mediar entre propietarios y nosotros. Tuvimos un accidente en la mudanza causando la rotura de un cristal. Preguntamos si el seguro podría cubrirlo y nos dijo que esto no lo cubría el seguro. Entenderíamos perfectamente que los propietarios no quisieran cubrir un accidente nuestro, pero más tarde aprendimos que por ley todos los seguros cubren este tipo de roturas. En resumen, altos honorarios por cero garantías, cero confianza, engaños y tomaduras de pelo. En un intento desesperado por conseguir reparar todos los desperfectos, le pedimos a Vicente que termira lo prometido antes de pagar los honorarios (ya que no había fecha máxima de pago) Ahora además de tener que vivir en una pesadilla hemos tenido que pagarlos tras una demanda por parte de Rimontgo. *AÑADIDO TRAS LA RESPUESTA* El hecho de que legalmente estuviéramos obligados a pagaros los honorarios y que legalmente no estéis obligados a resolver estos asuntos no quita la de engaños y vicios ocultos por la que nos habéis hecho pasar, vuestra falta de honestidad y de transparencia. Desde luego no volvería a alquilar o comprar con vosotros ni cobrando.

Un trato personal y que atiende a las necesidades. Siempre atentos y si surge algún contratiempo hacen lo posible para solucionarlo. Muy contento con ellos , lo recomiendo 100%

We first contacted Rimontgo while we were still in the States looking for an apartment and planning to move to Valencia. We spoke with Cristina Martinez. She was extremely helpful and patient finding us the most perfect apartment for our budget and taste in the old town. She and her associates went far beyond our expectations, helping us with quite a few difficult tasks involved when moving to another country.The trust and relationship we have with Rimontgo further motivated us to buy our new home and of course we asked them to facilitate. I would say we are not the easiest clients as there were certain "Must Have" things on our list. Again Cristina and her associates came through for us with patience and determination we found our perfect home. They were also able to refer us to other services that we needed and wanted, to make our perfect home. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone that we have met from Rimontgo. We have purchased many houses and apartments in the United States , so when we decided to buy a 2nd home in Spain , we were very nervous about dealing with people. , laws and processes in a foreign country .
