We found the company hugely helpful in guiding us through both the property and reformation process. Valencia property market can be daunting if you don’t have a buying agent who knows the market VERY well. Conor who runs the business also helped me select an architect and with other aspects of settling into life in Valencia. Santi is a wonderful real estate agent. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a property in Valencia. We were only in town for a few weeks so we needed someone who could give us a crash course in the housing market, and Santi delivered. He did everything he could to maximize our time together. First he helped us narrow down our list of nonnegotiables (some items we had never considered before), and then he provided a lot of insight into the market trends, and what it means to buy a fully renovated property versus one that needs a little or a lot of work. Then he lined up a handful of listings each day he took us out, perfectly spacing them in such a way that we didn’t have long gaps between listing appointments and the other realtors were ready and waiting for us when we arrived. His patience and knowledge of the real estate market and the various benefits and drawbacks of each neighborhood was extremely helpful. His English is excellent too, and in addition to being our realtor, he was a little bit of a “spanish instructor”, indulging my annoying attempts at speaking spanish as much as possible. Lucreaza diferit, eficient, si au grija pana la cel mai mic detaliu, ca proprietatea pe care o achizitionezi sa fie ceea ce cauti, sa se potriveasca stilului tau de viata, si sa fie la un pret corect. Ne-au recomandat avocati, arhitecti si banci cu care sa lucram. Experienta a fost de fiecare data una super fluida. Mulțumesc Found Valencia Property!

Diego and Conor at Found Valencia helped us for much of this year in our house search, showing us many properties and helping us understand the nuances of real estate around Valencia. Eventually we found the right house. Conor quickly brought the deal together and, critically, held it together as we encountered various delays due to the property registration and the bank. I can’t praise Found Valencia highly enough. They go above and beyond in order to help their clients. Tom Smet, in particular, couldn’t do enough to help us with finding a property. His knowledge of Valencia is impressive (we did not know the area at all). Not only did he help with finding us a property, he also assisted us with a dilemma we had with our dogs (outside of his remit). His patience and understanding was very reassuring. We were recommended Found Valencia by a friend of a friend and were glad that we were. Conor and his team, Alberto in particular, listened to what we thought we wanted and made suggestions of areas and properties that may suit us, some of which we hadn’t considered. They pointed out potential pitfalls that other agents hadn’t and we trusted them completely. We were shown several suitable properties in one day which was more than we’d seen in over 2 weeks with another agent. They also put us in touch with an excellent lawyer who dealt all legal matters. In 2014 we sourced and bought our property just outside Valencia through Found Valencia. Conor and Cristina were wonderful during the purchasing process, ferrying us to viewings and taking the trouble to actually understand what it was that we were looking for in a property. They understood so well what our requirements were that they contacted us about the property which we bought as soon as it was registered with them. They provided an introduction to a wonderful lawyer (who we still use for our Spanish business) and contacts for other services such as construction, decorating and gardening. My wife and I moved here from Los Angeles a little over a year ago. We leased a flat to see if we wanted to live here. We fell in love with Valencia and decided to buy a flat in the center of town. We purchased a 2 bed room flat through Found Valencia just over 2 years ago, first contact was with May who was very professional, followed by Celia who took us around all the properties we had pre-chosen over the internet. Celia always had plenty of time to help and was very accommodating. Finally when it came to signing papers, we met with Conor, the ultimate in can do people, the whole team is extremely professional, the Brits could learn a thing or 2 from this great outfit. The Kings My wife and I purchased a rustic masia close to Valencia in the spring of 2017. The property with some outbuildings for renovation, a little land, basic mains electricity and a well, was the kind of place sensible folks run a mile from but others with an eye for a project and a smile in the hearts just can’t pass by. From the earliest viewings Conor and Alberto were knowledgable and supportive, pointing out all the work that we would be taking on if we decided to move forward with a purchase and making certain we understood the realities of what that could mean whilst acknowledging the exciting potential of what could be achieved. The unique nature of the farm being a listed building surrounded by agricultural fields yet within minutes of the city did start an interesting journey through local bureaucracy that without Found Valencia’s support and excellent recommendations for our legal representation and surveying work, we would probably never have completed. Close to twelve months later we can only report positive support from the Found Valencia team covering everything from assisting in sourcing the necessary practicals such as building insurance, gardeners, plumbers and removal men right up to the more complex process of digging and installing a new water well and septic tank system. Though out this year the office and Conor were always available on the end of a phone or email and very welcoming if we simply wanted to stop by for a coffee and chat.
