Saw an amazing house online and contacted via email two different estate agents after getting no answer I did some investigating and found that it was under this estate agents and gave them a call, I first spoke to Milena and she arranged a viewing for us. We saw the house with Andres, very efficient and answered all of our questions, very laidback and friendly, we then made an appointment with Milena for the next day to discuss the house, she proceded to talk about the house first telling us the price is non negotiable and how they are currently getting paperwork for it, but the owners are wanting to pay for the paperwork with the money from the house causing a difficult situation for us as we needed a mortgage, she then proceeded to tell us that we couldnt get a mortgage on the house untill a year after the house got its paperwork, Andres then countered this claim and even called an arquitect to back up that we could infact get a mortgage without having to wait, we noticed slight tension between these two business partners, but we didnt think too much about it as people have good and bad days, we also gave her our max price and what we were looking for in a house and she said she would look into finding us other houses we might be interested in, none have been shown to us after over a month of being in contact with them so a waste of time...we then started the process of going to the bank, phoning the arquitect about the legality of the paperwork etc and made the decision to speak to Milena about reserving the house, she said she would speak to the owners and arquitect, as we needed to take a surveyor first to make sure the house would be surveyed at the asking price and that lasts up to six months, to see if the paperwork would be done by then so we only had to pay the surveyor once, she said to leave it with her and she would let us know when she had all the information...a week later we had heard nothing so I messaged her, she proceded to message me 5 hours later (I know people are busy but she left me on read) to tell me the house was very popular and they now had two cash offers, I was very disappointed at this as we were supposed to be reserving the house and there was no communication about these new offers until we reached out, we decided to wait thinking the owners had to choose between us and these new offers, after another week and hearing nothing and the house still being uploaded and not saying reserved or sold we decided to visit in person again and were told by Milena that they had put down a payment to reserve the house until the paperwork was finished to then buy the house, the same thing we were trying to do, so if we were there first why did they get the house and especially if we were paying full price and they had offered less? Why was there no communication?? Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and communication of this estate agent and as its my first time dealing with an estate agents has definitely left a very negative feeling and feeling a little disheartened. In summary I don't recommend and Im very disappointed with my experience with them.

18 months after viewing the property and 12 after completing the purchase we are finally here at our beautiful villa for the first time no thanks to Covid !!. Superb service

Since buying our property from Espanarural in 2003, Milena has become a very close friend,when we decided to sell the property there was only one person who we turned to and it was Milena at Espanarural,it was not long before she found a buyer and soon after the completion date arrived and working closely with our Solicitor Miguel,who was our power of attorney as we were in the UK,the sale was complete. We would not hesitate to buy another property from her company when we decide to retire to the area.

We saw properties with a few different agents and liked the approach of España Rural best. Not only do they listen to what you are looking for but they ask if you might like stuff just outside that idea you have. Not pushy in the slightest and very helpful. Milena even helped us with a banking issue we had, free of charge.

Excellent service. If you want English speaking ask for Milena. She is very helpful and will find you the property you want. Andres is the guy who takes you around and although his English isn't very good he is very helpful and if you speak a little Spanish you can have a laugh with him. I am very impressed with this company. Once they knew what I was looking for they found me the almost perfect property at the right price.
