My partner and I have just bought our first house with Almeria homes! Absolutely wonderful, what I expected to be a stressful situation was made so breezeful by their fantastic team who went above and beyond for us. I wouldn’t doubt in recommending them, they’re a family run business with so much knowledge of the area. There really isn’t anything they don’t know someone for, wether it’s a place to go out and eat or spend the day or someone to do your plumbing, kitchen, garden… you name it they know someone who will get the job done in a timely manner so you can enjoy your new house. I even love their Facebook page so I can keep on top of all the local festivities, activities and make interesting plans around the area! I would rate them a 6/5 but there are only 5 stars so that will suffice!

Had very good service and no problems.

As with many ex pats trying to live a new life we were so wary of people trying to rip us off. However in our experience the reputable ones are brilliant. Almeria Homes handled our investigations (sorry to Murphy who drove us all over the area in 45C heat until we found our home), and then Penny and Anji who settled it for us, Anji who responded to our weird requests and they found our wonderful solicitor Mercedes (and drove us to her and then Mercedes staff drove us to the notary 30 mins later so we could do a power of attorney so they could handle getting a NIE, creating bank accounts, transferring utilities and completing without us being in the country ). What can we say.. thank you from the deepest bottoms of our hearts

I would have given 5 stars if there had been sort of follow up after we had problems on the day we arrived. The electric and water were not working! Nobody reply to our messages and no one has been in touch since 7th June.

We looked on various websites, but were only able to find what we were looking for within our budget, on their website. My husband came over alone in July, to look at some properties and I was very pleased he was able to find just what we were looking for. Murphy showed him around and he was very helpful and professional, as were Penny and Jo who we communicated with throughout the process. From our offer acceptance, to picking up the keys, took only 6 weeks. Couldn’t be more pleased. We are now sitting in our villa, soaking up the sun and enjoying life to the max.

Approximately 6 weeks ago, I took a trip on my lonesome, to see Penny in Almeria homes. I’d been corresponding with her for over a year, waiting to emigrate to Spain, however, Brexit and COVID 19 scuppered our plans. So the brief from her indoors was short & sweet, “do not come back to England without finding us a holiday Villa”. In a nut shell, ALMERIA HOMES did not disappoint. I would like to say a massive big thanks to Murphy, who went the extra mile to find us our perfect Villa - Holiday home. On the eleventh hour we found the perfect one and he secured a deal. Would I recommend Almeria Homes? YES . All of the staff are extremely professional and accommodating. It’s as if they’re buying the property for them selves. They listen and deliver. Mucho Gracias. Our experience with Almeria Homes was nothing short of joyful , we were shown only Villa,s of our choice , no pressure , by Jo the owner.We had chosen 18 Villa,s to view and we were picked from our hotel by Jo , who,s local knowledge was very helpful with our quest,it also gave an insight of the area around Albox , a town we had only seen on TV.After the 2nd day we had found our dream villa and Jo made the phone call and secured it for us.An introduction to a solicitor was made(some say do not use the solictor who the estate agent recomends,but we were very impressed after our first meeting and have been ever since)and our journey began,i am writing this from our dream home,approx 8 wks from start to finish.We cannot speak highly enough of the service we experienced from Almeria Homes,everybody we met who were part of the team were most helpful,Daniel,Murphy,Penny,Louie were always on hand to answer and help with our queries,overall a very pleasant experience,we would recommend Almeria Homes to anybody who is looking for a dream home in the sun.

First of all anybody wanting to move to Almaria I would recommend almeria homes. The owners Jo and Daniel are very kind and helpful, their staff are a credit to them. First of all Dan, for showing us around and finding our home, next is Leanne for helping with the legal side of the processing helping us at the town hall with our Padron, without her our visits to the town hall would have been painful, Murphy and Louie, Jo’s sons were both a credit to their mum, they both helped. Going out there way to help my wife get her Spanish car sorted out, nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience with Almaria Homes was very satisfieing without their help, encouragement, kind words and very friendly chats we would not have completed such a difficult purchase hampered by cov19. They also pointed us in the direction of lawyers who they recommended. The one we chose not only was best lawyer but was also very diligent and thorough. Dan also translated for us when we set up our bank account. I could go on and on how good the team was but all I’ll say to end is thank you very much for everything.

We couldnt have asked for more. Almeria Homes made our purchase so easy. Dan showed us six properties and we fell in love with the first one that we viewed. We put an offer in that afternoon and it was excepted. The next day Lianne took us on a whirlwind tour of Albox to sort out ALL of the necessary paperwork. Our Solicitor (Mercedes) was given power of attorney, she opened a bank account for us, got our NIE numbers sorted and took care of the money side. Almeria Homes kept us constantly updated. All of our sevices were transfered to our names and all of this while we were at home in England. Completion was very quick and hassle free. We now own a fabulous villa in Spain.
