The first viewing was the one we decided on and from that moment it went so smoothly without stress or worries as she was so on the ball instantly with all information and any enquires...I have to say also I have never seen any inventory of a property done so different, amazing... And finally taking us to notary to sign , I'm still shell shocked that we managed to do this in less than a month ..I can't thank you enough and you should be so proud of yourself for who you are and the way you run your business.. 💜xxxx

Roxana and Tatiana were extremely professional and proactive in selling our house. The level of care and attention to detail is so much higher than I have experienced from other agents. In addition, the video tour is a great way to bring your house alive. Bedankt voor jullie review. Na jullie bezoek aan ons kantoor, heeft een van onze medewerkers direct een email gestuurd met opties die wellicht interessant voor jullie konden zijn. Ook daarna weer gemaild of jullie het goed ontvangen hadden, en of jullie nog op zoek waren. Helaas kregen wij hierop geen reactie. Na een tijdje heeft onze Nederlandse collega inderdaad even gebeld om te zien hoe het ging en of jullie nog wel op zoek waren naar een huis, waarna jullie aan hebben gegeven dat er niks interessants tussen zat, en jullie het erbij wilden laten. Onze collega heeft in overleg toch nog wat opties gestuurd, waarna er wederom geen reactie kwam. Wij hebben het gevoel voldoende ons best te hebben gedaan om jullie te ondersteunen in jullie zoektocht naar een geschikte woning. Fijn dat jullie ondertussen geslaagd zijn. Wij wensen jullie alle geluk in de nieuwe woning.

Firstly we would like to thank Roxana for all her help and support she gave us. We are new to Spain and just bought our new (old) home. We ran into problems with the water company, list of demands and no bill to our name. We went on Facebook looking for help with this situation and a lady recommended Roxana from Next Home Almería. (We didn't know Roxana and had no dealing with her before) So two strangers walked into Next Home Almería and asked if we could speak with Roxana, from that very second she was so professional and helpful and believe me when I tell you Roxana went so out of her way to help us. Der Kauf dauerte 5 Monate. Wir sind 2 x vergeblich von D nach E gereist. Erst die Rechtsanwältin konnte mit Vollmacht den Kaufvertrag vollziehen. Man hat uns bezüglich Dollmetscher und Elektrizität an viel zu teure Firmen verwiesen. Unser Haus ist aber toll.

Der ganze langsame Prozess war der Bank zu verdanken. Ich habe nur versucht, zu helfen und den Prozess zu beschleunigen. Die Unternehmen, die sagen, wir haben Sie verwiesen, tun dies ein Budget und wenn Sie damit einverstanden sind, akzeptieren Sie es, wenn nicht, suchen Sie nach anderen Optionen. Dank dessen haben Sie den Strom mit einer Rechnung, die Sie zu Ihrer Zeit nicht bezahlt haben, und ich musste ihn selbst bezahlen. Weil es logisch ist, dass jemand, der einen Job macht, bezahlt werden muss, vielleicht sieht es in Deutschland anders aus, und dort arbeitet man kostenlos.
