If I could give 0 stars – disgraceful experience with Clover Albox I bought a villa through Clover Albox and my experience was shocking. Key handover lasted 3 minutes at the reception: a box with keys and a “gift bag”, no guidance, no follow-up. The house was delivered in a disgraceful condition: filthy dishwasher (9 hours of cleaning just for the filter), washing machine drawer covered in dirt, greasy cooker hood, bathrooms in unacceptable state, outdoor WC not working, fridge/freezer dirty, and the house was not even emptied (old furniture, food, mattresses left behind). Instead of enjoying our new home, we had to spend hours cleaning what should have been done before handing over the property. A serious agency would have ensured a minimum standard of cleanliness and emptiness, even by charging extra for a cleaning service. Clover did nothing. If 0 stars were possible, that would be my rating. Buyers beware. All evidence, including photos and written exchanges, has been archived and can be provided if required. La entrega de llaves duró 3 minutos en la recepción: una caja con llaves y una “bolsa de regalo”, sin explicación ni seguimiento alguno. La casa fue entregada en un estado vergonzoso: lavavajillas asqueroso (9 horas de limpieza solo para el filtro), cajetín de la lavadora lleno de suciedad, campana extractora grasienta, baños en condiciones inaceptables, aseo exterior inutilizable, frigorífico y congelador sucios, y la vivienda ni siquiera estaba vacía (muebles viejos, comida, colchones dejados atrás). En lugar de disfrutar de nuestro nuevo hogar, tuvimos que pasar horas limpiando lo que debería haberse hecho antes de entregar la propiedad. Una agencia seria habría garantizado un mínimo estándar de limpieza y vaciado, incluso cobrando un servicio de limpieza adicional. Clover no hizo absolutamente nada. Si existiera la opción de 0 estrellas, esa sería mi valoración. Compradores, tengan cuidado. Todas las pruebas, incluidas fotos e intercambios escritos, han sido archivadas y pueden ser facilitadas si se requiere.

Pas professionnel, pas sérieux ! J'ai signé un compromis d'achat avec cette agence sous un délai de 24h pour payer la réservation. Un agent a fait un autre visite peu après et a décidé de vendre la maison au plus offrant sans nous consulter ! Agence à éviter !

Zeer slechte ervaring met Clover. Bij bezichtiging stond de elektrische poort niet helemaal open op mijn vraag of hij toch wel goed functioneerde was zijn antwoord, bij de overdracht werkt alles 100 %. Niet dus, na 3 wkn was de motor dood. Zwembad was leeg bij bezichtiging maar ook dit was geen probleem bij overdracht zou alles voor 100% werken, die garantie kan ik U geven was zijn reactie. Zwembad had een lekkage en bij Clover was niemand aanwezig. Ook bleek achteraf de oven en een airco defect te zijn. Geen probleem, je mag een nieuwe oven ( tot 400 euro) en een andere airco aanschaffen. ( deze toezegging staat op tape) Gedaan, maar krijg de aankoopkosten niet terug.Zo zijn er nog meerdere (kleine)punten waar Clover niet thuis geeft. Kortom er worden allerlei toezeggingen gedaan maar er wordt niks waargemaakt . Op deze review zal Clover ongetwijfeld gaan reageren waarop ik geen reactie meer kan geven, maar U kunt mij altijd een PB sturen voor mijn ervaringen met dit bedrijf

We bought an apartment from Clover Estates in 2023, owned by Daniel from Clover Estates. He sold it to us with a storage room. On the day of exchange, after being given the keys, there was no key for the storage. At first they appeared helpful, but after a while started ignoring our messages. 18 months later this remains unresolved, while we are liable for community fees and IBI on a storage area we own on paper, but did not get. Definitely do not recommend!

We were so lucky to have found our dream property with Clover. From the very beginning with Dan showing us around and helping us find our dream, to then taking the time to show us around and inform us about the area nothing was too much trouble. We never felt rushed, and Dan was marvellous. Going through the whole purchase Lianne was always on the end of the phone no matter what the question or how many times,, she is a star and so helpful helping sort out insurance, Internet anything at all that you can think of. It is so reassuring knowing that nothing is too much trouble. On the day of signing we were waiting patiently for the news as we couldn't be there in person and yet again Lianne was on the case letting us know exactly what was happening. We had been to other estate agents while searching for our dream property but I can honestly say that I don't think any of them would have been so kind, understanding, patient and informative. 100% would recommend people to Clover and never think that they wouldn't experience the same wonderful treatment and help. Het meest prettige, wat voor mij op nummer 1 staat en waarom ik altijd opnieuw een aankoop via Clover zal laten verlopen is de Communicatie, want communicatie is de sleutel tot succes en los van het feit dat er bij Clover Nederlandstalige, Vlaams sprekende, Engelstalige en Spaanstalige werken, communiceren ze altijd heel duidelijk door welke stukken ze nodig hebben om het proces zo vlot en efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen. Ze hebben ontzettend veel geduld en stellen je gerust dat het helemaal goed gaat komen en dat blijkt, want alles is succesvol verlopen! Ik ben ontzettend gelukkig met mijn aankoop in Spanje en zeer tevreden over Clover. De makelaars die er werken hebben hun successen te danken aan hun professionaliteit, efficiëntie, geduld, hun goede samenwerking en nauwkeurigheid. Een aankoop doen in Spanje heb ik als nieuw, leuk, spannend maar zeker als geweldig ervaren, dit gevoel heb ik te danken aan Clover, want zonder hun was het niet gelukt. Where do I start? if I could, I'd be giving stars off the scale. Clover Estates literally helped me and my mother reach our dream and it would have been so different without them. After a year searching for a property and some ups and downs, we finally found Natalie. After dealing with multiple estate agents in different areas, we almost thought our new life in Spain wouldn't happen. From viewings to information about Albox, to me asking 1001 questions during and after sales, nothing was too much. If anything it was more like Natalie and her team at Clover enjoyed me pestering which is humbling that they genuinely wanted to help. I've dealt with enough estate agents to know the genuine ones, and after our viewing and tour around Albox, we fell in love with the place. Seeing Natalies love for the place and all the things she knew about Albox, we soon realised it was the place for us. Thankfully she wasn't a pushy sales person but a lady who knew her stuff and gave us the helping hand we needed. She completely got us and what we wanted. Even my new neighbour who came over when we came for multiple viewings said "she's a smart person her". We're a month in now and I've been busy with cleaning up land, dealing with impacts of thunderstorms, so you'd think way past the initial excitement, but every day, still cannot believe how lucky we were to have found Natalie and Clover. Even when we thought we may not succeed, we were reassured with one or two other properties that were exactly what we wanted, not just what they wanted to sell. We gained a trust and new faith that whatever happens, we will find our new home if we stuck with her. In the end we suceeded on the original house with the support of Natalie, the after support with Leanne (sorry for bombarding you with emails). Even if I popped in to Clover without an appointment and if Natalie was with a client on a viewing, all of the staff knew exactly where we were up to. The organisation, communication and general friendliness of the staff made the experience one of a kind. Like I said to Natalie, once we started with Clover and weren't sure if we would succeed with this house, we quit using all of the general search sites and went straight to Clover website and we couldn't see our selves going elsewhere. Unbelievable service, we felt like VIPs, and they certainly know how to make a proper cuppa tea! Still pinching myself! I truly cannot thank you enough. Much as gracias amigas! Xxx

I can't rate Clover enough. Dan went above and beyond taking us to lots of properties when we were over for a few days and paying attention to our wants and dislikes. That meant he took us to a property that he knew we would love and we have now bought it. Dan and Lianne helped us through the buying process from start to finish, from keeping in touch, communicating to 3rd parties and taking us to the relevant solicitors and notary etc. They made the purchase process less stressful for us. Lottie was such a sweetheart and made us feel very special during our trips to properties and visits to the Clover office. Would highly recommend them!

We arranged to meet with Alberto yesterday, drove an hour but Alberto did not show up (and no text or phone call). Made another appointment today, once again drove for an hour, once again Alberto did not show up (or phone or send a message). We were to meet at a town hall - if we had at least been given the address of the property we could have taken a look.

We recently bought a property through Clover and were delighted with the service throughout the entire process. Natalie was there whenever we needed her, answering numerous questions and going above and beyond what was expected. I would absolutely recommend Clover, and Natalie, without hesitation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Disappointing

I recently sold my Spanish property through Clover and I have no hesitation in recommending the team there, both for their work ethic and dedication to providing a professional service. All the details were attended to with the minimum of fuss, in a timely fashion, with excellent communication at every stage of the sale. Wij willen ons geld terug 3600€ simpel is het . Er is nooit een papier of mail geweest waar instaat of stond dat er nog op het einde van de rit de koper nog een administratiekost moest betalen aan de makelaar , iedereen moet werken voor zijn geld dat is waar , maar iets wat niet op papier staat is niet wettig en niet verplicht .!! En onze advocate heeft ook geen overeenkomst gehad of staat ook nergens vermeld dat er nog administratie kosten waren ,dit hebben jullie nadat de verkoopt rond was en wij die nieuwe eigenaars waren op wettig papier van akte , naar ons gestuurd uit het niets en het maar de naam gegeven Administratiekost terwijl je commissie word betaald door de bank .En wij hebben dit spijtig genoeg betaald via een officiele bankrekening zwart op wit . Niet wetend wat we nu weten. ( Ken je het Tv programma Opgelicht ? )

Het vervolg van onze vorige review , omdat ze mijn vriend geblokt hebben om niet meer te kunnen posten . Onze advokate heeft nooit bevestigd over administratiekosten voor de makelaar omdat alles via haar gebeurd ,en ze heeft ons duidelijk medegedeeld om deze som niet te betalen en staat ook nergens op papier. En als ze vraagt naar bewijzen is ineens de computer gecrasht. Jullie worden door de bank betaald, maar proberen gewoon om een 2de commissie te krijgen.

Hallo hier ben ik terug met toch weer een leerrijke ervaring ivm een 2 d appartement aangekocht in Spanje Palomares . via Clover Estate Weer een bankbeslag , deze keer met een Belgische Gestor of Gestoria des Casa , dus deze keer ging alles via deze persoon . En ik moet eerlijk blijven was allemaal ook wel beetje langzaam maar blijkbaar is dat de spaanse mentaliteit daar moeten we ons bij neerleggen. Ondertussen hebben wij meerdere mensen leren kennen die zowat in het zelfde bootje gevaren hebben ivm met aankopen van een woning of appartement van bankbeslag via Clover Estate . Veel goeds hebben wij niet te horen gekregen , ook contacten gemaakt met verschillende andere makelaars in Spanje ivm met de wijze van aankoop van een bankbeslag hoe zit dit in elkaar . en hoe wordt iedereen betaald. We hebben veel commentaar gekregen en daaruit een les geleerd We hebben ook een Spaanse advocaat onder de arm genomen om de spaanse wet te ervaren ivm bankbeslag aankoop . Kort samen gevat het was leerrijk en goed om te weten wat juist is en wat niet correct is . Alles staat zwart op wit op papier hoe er verkocht en gekocht zal worden . Bij een bankbeslag komt te makelaar ( verkoper ) overeen met de koper hoe alles zal gebeuren , maar alles moet wel duidelijk zijn en zwart op wit op papier staan wat men overeenkomt !!!! Voor beide partijen . De makelaar werd in ons geval betaald door de bank ( zijn commissie ) Nu komt het !!! De aankoop was afgerond wij hadden alles en iedereen betaald via onze Gestor Des Casa ( de hele eindafrekening ) . Wij waren de nieuwe eigenaars van het appartement we hadden de officiele aankoopakte en de sleutels van het appartement . En we waren er tevreden mee. Toch 2 dagen later werd eer een factuur gestuurd naar onze Gestor Des Casa ......; Factuur administratiekosten 3000€ exclusief BTW van de makelaar Clover Estate , waarbij wij ons de grote vraag stelde van hoe kan dit ????? Dit stond en staat nergens op papier dat dit bedrag er nog extra bij zou komen ,dit werd nooit vermeld !!!!! Wij hebben dit ook niet betaald , we zijn wel verdere stappen aan het ondernemen ivm dit bedrag via onze advocaat . Correct is Correct punt uit . Bij het eerste appartement van mijn vriendin is deze som wel betaald omdat wij geen info hadden en wisten niet beter , dus geld kwijt ??? ( Tot nu toe wel . ) ( Hier kom ik later op terug .) ( Met mijn beste bedoelingen .) ( Correct is Correct . )

Met medewerkster Bea een aantal huizen bekeken, waarbij zij zich een goed beeld van onze wensen kon vormen en ons attendeerde op een net aangemeld huis, dat perfect voor ons was. Bovendien maakte Dolores van de rit naar het huis een onvergetelijke roadtrip. We hebben onmiddellijk gereserveerd, waarbij we bij het nemen van wat hobbels zeer goed geholpen zijn, ondanks de vrije dag van Bea. Al met al een zeer aan te bevelen makelaardij, die service hoog in het vaandel heeft.
