Great agency. The advice given on location, condition, presentation and what asking price to set was spot on. They introduced a buyer the very next day. They obviously know their clients and know their properties. The sales progression was sticky due to a land registry issue. Vicky kept all sides and their solicitors up to date all the way through. I'm pretty sure without her help and constant attention the sale would have collapsed. As a former UK estate agent I couldn't recommend Vicky and Casas Almeria enough. Absolutely superb and highly recommend.

Allemaal heel professioneel en ook nog eens in het Nederlands, kleine wereld maar wel zo fijn om duidelijkheid in je eigen taal te krijgen ondanks we meerdere talen spreken. Wij zijn nog steeds dankbaar voor de kans die geboden is met ons nieuwe thuis en zijn druk bezig om het eigen te maken. Bij Almería Casas is het niet alleen de verkoop van belang, maar ook de mens. Is er ook na de verkoop of aankoop nog steeds contact en interesse in alles er omheen, bij ons is het Jack de border collie en de twee geadopteerde meiden Jill en Kiki. Allemaal bedankt voor de hulp en het fijne contact tijdens en na de aankoop.

***UPDATE *** With help from Vicky we found our Spanish home. Vicky helped us with everything including liaising with the buyers and both sets of solicitors and answering any queries we had quickly and meeting us at the property with ours keys. Vicky and Almeria Casas are still continuing to help their after sales assistance is great too. They have recommended some contractors to us to carry out a couple of things and they came on time and did a great job. 5 stars to Vicky and Almeria Cases we couldn't have done it without you. John and Jane Vicky is amazing a real "god send" especially as we are unable to speak Spanish. We are at the start of our journey to find our dream holiday home and have used various estate agents, following which we have decided to use Almeria Casas and Vicky. Vicky is really friendly, honest and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and if she can't answer our questions straight away she goes away and gets the answers for us. Cuidado con esta inmobiliaria. En mayo del pasado año me dicen que unos compradores están interesados en comprar mi vivienda en Cantoria pero que tienen que vender un cortijo antes que tienen ya negociado. Firmamos un acuerdo de venta con fecha límite agosto y dos meses más de carencia, con penalización de 3000 euros si al finalizar el plazo no compraban la vivienda. En diciembre puesto que no se sabía nada de la compra les solicité la penalización y la única respuesta que tuve fue, que nunca estaba la comercial Vicky ni el gerente, y quitaron la casa de su Web. A día de hoy, 14 de mayo de 2024, un año después, todavía estoy esperando su llamada para devolverme la llave de la casa.

It is 12 months almost to the day since we first met Vicky from Almeria Casas as she patiently and professionally took us from one viewing to another in various locations stretching from Oria to Albox, Albanchez to Arboleas, Zurgena to Cantoria as well as online viewings in Vélez Rubio. Initially we had our fixed ideas of what we were looking for but gradually our wish list changed from remote to within a town community and Vicky continued to be extremely patient and professional, nothing was ever too much trouble from obtaining quotes for essential work that would need to be done on more run down properties to even now continuing to help us with recommendations on tradesmen. I used Almeria Casas to buy my property in Oria. Vicky specifically was really helpful and went above and beyond to help us. They’re not a money grabbing estate agents - even offering to help us find something smaller thinking we didn’t need the space (but we want the space so more than happy!). They helped us every step of the way and responded almost instantly to our queries and concerns. During the year or so before buying our house, we had viewed houses with about six other agents. Probably because of our low budget, they all seemed uninterested, did not go out of their way to help, basically it seemed as if they could not be bothered with us. But as soon as we met Vicky from Almería Casas, it was like a breath of fresh air. On our initial viewing she was open, informative and genuinely helpful, so much so that 10 minutes after that first viewing we put in an offer. As it turned out, our house purchase journey with Almería Casas was a complicated one lasting longer than usual. During the twists and turns, Vicky not only kept us informed but also went out of her way to liaise with lawyers, Town Hall, engineers and suppliers. This helped us immensely because although we can speak the language, we are not fluent, especially on the phone. Used Almeria Casas to purchase our home in the Albox area. Moving from UK to Spain and all the procedures with visas meant our move was delayed from September to December. The team at Almeria Casas were so helpful, especially when you consider that they were agents employed by the seller, not us. They could not do enough for us... arranged for all locks to be changed, updated us with photos of our property, met our removal lorries at our villa to allow them access prior to our arrival, and then as we arrived on a Spanish Bank Holiday they even turned out to meet and greet us at our property. Once upon a time a retired couple (us) came to Spain with a few belongings and a small budget to buy our dream home. Wat een fijne makelaar is dit niets is teveel . We hebben ons droomhuis aangekocht in april van dit jaar en wonen nu ruim 3 weken heel fijn.
