Nicola is very professional, easy to communicate with and has all the know how. She looks after our property as if it’s her own and deals adequatly with issues and solves them quickly. I highly recommend Nicola, David and all of their staff, your property is in good hands with them.

Cleaning off a good standard, and any maintenance issues have always been quickly sorted by Dave who is very helpful and knowledgable. A little bit more communication around when the inside of the property was last checked would be nice. Previous key holders used to send us a little WhatsApp video when they were checking inside our apartment, which was very reassuring ( and also useful for insurance purposes if there ever was an issue).

We have highly appreciated your property management services since 2017, and will highlight your availability, customer orientation and service quality. Your local presence in Mil Palmeras also provide an extra attention to the property after severe weather conditions.

The company provide an excellent security service for my property. They also organise cleaning, laundry, etc at a very good price. If something needs to be fixed in the apartment they are always able to arrange to have the appropriate specialist available to help out. Overall they provide a fabulous service.

I met Nicola two year ago after having a bad experience with another office. She immediately took charge of my property in the most professional manner. As I live in London it gives me complete peace of mind that Nicola and her team are looking after my villa. Great friendly service. At one occasion I had issues with my inverter and they used their network to get it fixed quickly at good prize. They have also helped with other issues and also services as switching on power and water before we arrive, arranging transport from airport etc.

Always there for you, helping out and they have a lot of contacts whatever you need help with! I really recomend them!

David and Nicola have looked after our property in Torre de la Horadada since we bought it in 2018. Their service is fantastic and tailored to our needs. From doing regular checks, organising cleaning and laundry to recommending tradesmen nothing is too much trouble. They also provide an ear on the ground keeping us up to date with what is going on in the area. We can’t thank them enough for giving us peace of mind looking after our apartment when we aren’t there.
