Le séjour à été fantastique pour notre groupe de 21 personnes. La maison possède tous les équipements pour passer un fabuleux séjour. Farnals est un petit quartier typique de Valence ou on trouve tous les commerces nécessaires et de beaux parcs à proximité. La maison se situe à quelques minutes de marche du métro pour se rendre à Valence et à 5mn en voiture de la mer. Juan s’est rendu disponible durant tout le séjour. Merci également à Pascual qui nous a cuisiné une excellente paella !! Je vous recommande cette maison
We have spent the weekend here with a group of colleagues. The goal was teambuilding and we’ve succeeded to the max. The villa is amazing, lots of space and luxury. The villa has a lot of bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. Also the public areas like kitchen. But the thing that really makes your stay special is the wonderful guidance of the host Juan! He did everything we’ve asked for and so much more. He really makes the difference! Thanks again for everything and hope to see you again somewhere in the future!
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Er hat uns den Checkin einige Stunden früher ermöglicht und uns einige Lebensmittel als Willkommensgeschenk besorgt. Wir wurden mit Bier empfangen und hatten gleich ein sehr ausführliches Gespräch über die Möglichkeiten, was wir unternehmen können. Im und um das Haus war alles perfekt, auch die Angaben über die Verkehrsanbindung waren korrekt. Absolute Weiterempfehlung, jederzeit gerne wieder!
Heerlijk huis. Het huis is schoon en de foto’s geven een goed beeld van wat je kunt verwachten. De slaapkamers zijn verzorgd en voorzien van airco. De tuin met zwembad is top, de hele dag genieten. De metro is op vijf minuten lopen van het huis, elk vijftien minuten een perfecte verbinding met Valencia stad. Supermarkt en restaurantjes zijn in de directe omgeving te vinden. De communicatie met Juan is zeer prettig en staat altijd open voor tips en adviezen. Juan bedankt
How to describe our 9 night stay in Juan’s villa? Excellent, awesome, absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed our time so much! The villa was everything we wished for. The house is even better than the photos! Supermarket and metro station are conveniently close. We had the time of our lives! Unforgetable Paella Night with Juan! He is proactive giving local tips. We verbleven met 14 personen in de villa. Alles is zoals beschreven en de foto’s. Het buitengedeelte met zwembad is fantastisch ! Juan is een perfecte gastheer die al het mogelijke voor jou doet en regelt ! De tips voor uitstappen, restaurants, het regelen van taxi, … Hij heeft heerlijke paella komen maken voor ons. Met andere woorden : top !!! Een aanrader !!!
Absolutely fantastic time had by all. Never have I felt so relaxed with friends. Juan and Pascual looked after us like you wouldn’t believe. Can only recommend this location! Juan is an excellent host who goes the extra mile to make it perfect. Reception with wine and snack made it a warm welcome. House is in nice neighbourhood and great escape close to Valencia. Access to the city and golfcourses make this a perfect location.

Шикарный хозяин вилы. он как брат как отец, с ним можно выпить пивка а так же опустить водного хорошенько, а паэлия была разьеб, так же владелец подготовил офигенные закуски к нашему приезду. рекомендую

We had an amazing boxing camp at this villa! Everything was perfect — the house is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a big group. The location is beautiful and peaceful, ideal for both training and relaxing. The host is absolutely awesome — super friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Highly recommend this place for sports camps or vacations with friends. We’ll definitely come back!

Прекрасный опыт! Мы провели в этом доме незабываемый отдых! Просторные и комфортные комнаты, все было чисто и аккуратно. Хозяева очень приветливые, всегда готовы помочь с любыми вопросами. Расположение также идеальное — рядом с основными туристическими достопримечательностями, но при этом тихое и спокойное место для отдыха. Мы обязательно вернемся сюда в следующий раз. Рекомендую всем!

De marivelloso. What a wonderful stay 😊😊 Juan casa is literally a jaw dropping moment, immediately when you arrive you are truly impressed by the size and location of the property. It is only the start...when you enter inside the property you will find a well equipped house with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the Valencia sun. Our host Juan welcomed us with warmth and use his extensive knowledge of the region to guide us during our stay in la pobla de farnals and Valencia city. He was always ready to provide ideas for trips, excursions and entertainment. We would definitely recommend it and looking forward to coming back to the sunny shores of Valencia

I stayed with my family at Juan's House and it was simply an amazing experience. The house has all the facilities you would need to make your stay comfortable. The pool was beautiful, the compound was spacious and the outside kitchen has a barbecue area, very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Valencia. Juan is a Super host . I can't wait to come back.

Afgelopen week zaten wij in de villa met top weer en heerlijk genoten aan het zwembad. Ook alle dagen heerlijk aan het zwembad gelegen. Juan was erg betrokken en heeft veel restaurant/uitgaan/activiteiten tips gegeven. En natuurlijk de paella avond was super!

Deze villa is een aanrader voor groter gezelschap. De villa ligt in een buitenwijk van Valencia, maar met de metro of taxi is het centrum gemakkelijk te bereiken in 30 minuten. Het metrostation is op 5 minuten loopafstand. De supermarkt is ook op 5 minuten loopafstand en er zijn voldoende parkeerplekken mocht je met de auto willen gaan. De communicatie met Juan verliep goed. Hij reageert snel en is flexibel. Bij aankomst mochten wij in de ochtend al inchecken. Bij vertrek mochten wij op een later tijdstip ook uitchecken. Het is ook zeker een aanrader om een paella avond bij hem te boeken. Heerlijk gegeten

We hebben afgelopen week in de villa gezeten, en het was fantastisch! De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en komt overeen met de foto’s / beschrijving. Er is een heerlijk zwembad en je kon lekker BBQ’en in de tuin. Vanaf de villa was het centrum van Valencia gemakkelijk te bereiken met de taxi of de metro, dus dat is ook erg fijn. Juan was een hele behulpzame en vriendelijke host, hij reageerde snel en was bereid om met alles te helpen en had een hoop tips. Ook heeft hij heerlijke paella gemaakt voor ons! We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en ik zou iedereen aanraden om hier ook heen te gaan!

We had an amazing time at Juans House! Amazing, kind and helpful host, a perfect villa with a lot of equipment. Not only the things you need, but also a lot of extra facilities. Everything was very clean, the bathrooms, kitchen and pool/garden looked amazing! Juan also came to cook paella for us one night and it was really nice, he also brought lovely tapas and cocktails. He was very helpful, gave us nice tips about the village and Valencia, and responded very quickly if we had any questions. We were sad to leave, because the house was amazing :)

The Jaunhouse was amazing!! The Host was very lovely and had lots of recommendations en responded quickly to messages. The Kitchen was fully equipped and the house is spacious both inside and outside. We loved our stay and would definitely return to the JuanHouseValencia!!

10 of us had a wonderful time staying here, Juan is a gracious host who met us on the first day to welcome us into the home. He even did grocery shopping for us as it was a late arrival. House is beautiful, spacious bedrooms with lots of beds, pool and bbq are great too. It’s about 25mins into the city, we found uber cheaper than FREENOW and we recommend you book your taxis half an hour in advance. BIG BONUS: we were very lucky to time trip with running of the bulls in the square opposite the house. Perfect view from the balcony.

Juan is a fantastic host who truly cares about his guests. He gave us lots of helpful tips about the area and was always available when we had questions. The villa itself is absolutely amazing — spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The private pool is a real highlight and made our stay even more special. We had a perfect holiday and would definitely come back!

We had a great vacation at Juan’s house. The house and pool were great. We were there during a heat wave and the AC cooled the house down super quickly. The pool is gorgeous and we spent hours there. Train to get to the city is about a 5 minute walk and an easy ride right to town. There’s a great cafe one block away for breakfast and ice cream. The nearby beach was really nice.

We stayed at Juan House for a week with my extended family and it was amazing! Juan is a wonderful host. He met us at the house to give us the tour and provided a map of Valencia. He sat down with us and let us know which neighborhoods to visit, which sites (as well as tips on when to go) and how to get around. He was so informative. He was also very nice and responsive when we had questions whether they were about things in the house, or whether or not a restaurant was any good. He is the best host we have ever had! The house was very comfortable and provided a great place for us to hang out together. The kitchen was well equipped and we were wanting for nothing.

We hebben de afgelopen week in de villa gezeten. Dit was een fantastische belevenis. Het huis is namelijk van alle gemakken voorzien voor een goede vakantie. Het huis ziet eruit als op de foto's. Je kan er heerlijk barbecuen en lekker eten klaarmaken in de keuken en buitenkeuken. En het huis bevat een heerlijk schoon zwembad waar veel zorg voor werd gedragen. Verder bevat het huis veel zitgedeelten zowel binnen als buiten. En dit is fantastisch met het heerlijke weer. Daarnaast bevat het huis veel airco's waardoor het huis helemaal gekoeld kan worden, echt een pluspunt voor het warme weer van valencia. Dus kortom een super huis om te verblijven. Verder nog even een vermelding voor juan, de eigenaar. Juan is super behulpzaam. Tijdens het verblijf kan je alles aan hem vragen. Zo gaf hij ons de routes die handig zijn om te nemen door de stad, deze routes waren super snel en erg behulpzaam. Verder konden we dingen vragen zoals restaurantjes waar we voetbal konden kijken met Spanjaarden, en ook die dingen wist hij allemaal en stuurde hij door. Het huis is dus een echte aanrader omdat het heel mooi is, en je er alles kan doen. En je wordt super geholpen door juan

We hebben een heel leuke tijd beleefd in deze mooie villa. Hoewel ze buiten het stadscentrum van Valencia bevindt, is ze vlot bereikbaar via de metro. Vlakbij is een supermarkt, lokale restaurants en bars. Het strand van Pobla de Farnals is via een rustige wandeling van enkele km te bereiken. Gastheer Juan geeft vele tips en regelt alles onmiddellijk.

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had in Europe. Juan is the best host! So attentive, especially for people from Canada who have never been to Spain. We would have been stranded a couple of times without his help. This is the third time we have visited Juan House Valencia. We arrived as guests and left as friends. The house ticked our original requirements of having enough room to sleep 16, it’s own pool and be a walk to a local supermarket and bars. We had such a comfortable and amazing time back in 2017, with Juan going above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met, and made our holiday even more memorable with his traditional Paella night. A return holiday was always a wish. We returned in 2019 with additions to the family and again had an amazing time in the beautiful indoor and outdoor space. Our family has now grown to 23 from the ages of 2 to The Grandparents and there is plenty of room to accommodate us all. Some of the family spent time in the City and at the beach, Juan once again suggesting amazing places and Valencian Easter traditions we could attend. A wonderful ambassador for the city and the best host. The house is stunning in the photographs but you have to see it and live it to really appreciate its beauty. We all had the most fantastic time being together in Juan’s house and will be forever grateful for his kindness throughout our stay. Until the next time!

Juan nous a accueilli avec boissons et apéritif, il a même accepté que nous arrivons plus tôt que l heure prévue. Beaucoup de conseils donnés, Juan est un hôte formidable. Réactif et attentionné. Nous avons passé une super semaine dans la villa ou nous étions 16 ! De la place pour tout le monde. Nous reviendrons pour profiter de la piscine et de la paella de Juan 😉 Merci beaucoup

We hebben hier een superweek gehad met 15 personen. Mooi huis met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Juan hoef je maar te appen en hij regelt alles voor je. We hebben een fietstocht gedaan, gevist op een boot van een vriend van Juan, geluierd bij het zwembad met als topping de paella avond die Juan bij ons huis heeft verzorgd. Zeker aan te bevelen, het is een gezellige en onvergetelijke avond geworden. De grote supermarkt op loopafstand is ideaal, je hebt dus geen auto nodig. De metro is ook op loopafstand en voor rond 1 euro ben je binnen 30 minuten in het centrum van Valencia. (kunnen ze in Nederland nog een voorbeeld aan nemen). Dus mocht je naar Valencia willen met een grotere groep.... Juan is de man die je vakantie onvergetelijk maakt.

. En fantastisk villa beliggende i typisk mindre spansk by- meget tæt på metro til Valencia. Masser af plads, hyggelige værelser, rummelig opholdsstue, velfungerende køkken. Skøn pool, hyggelig indretning . Værten Juan burde have en medalje som verdens bedste vært. Han gjorde absolut alt for os - både før ankomst og under opholdet. Vi ( 3 generationers familie på 11 personer) ankom sent lørdag aften, så Juan havde købt ind til hele næste dag samt hentet pizzaer , som vi spiste , mens han introducerede os til Valencia. Under opholdet sendte han løbende anbefalinger. Paella aften , hvor Juan lavede mad, var en stor succes. Vi kan på det varmeste anbefale en ferie i Juans villa.

Stunning villa! Juan met us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the villa and some fabulous recommendations for restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, sights and areas of Valencia not to be missed. We loved the villa - it was perfect hub for our group of friends to relax outside the city.

Juan House was perfect for our large extended family to visit to celebrate a special occasion - it is a beautiful house with a huge range of bedroom combinations. We were a group of 17 people aged between 1 and 73 and there was plenty of space for us to spread out around the villa and to eat together as a whole family. The pool was big enough for us all at the same time and the sunbeds and shaded area gave options for everyone. The BBQ kitchen is brilliant and was well used during our stay. Having two fridges was incredibly useful and the kitchen was equipped with everything people might need. Juan is an amazing host who provided plenty of information to prepare us in advance and also gave us tips during our trip. He is so friendly and is quickly responsive to answer any questions. We were grateful to him for going above and beyond to help us with logistics on our check-out day and for recommending an airport transfer company. The villa is situated in a beautiful town and has easy transport links with the metro just a few minutes away. We loved the free local bus to the beach. We had a truly wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Juan's house! The house was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. Juan was an incredibly welcoming host, giving us a tour of the house, offering us a drink, and sharing all the essential information about the area, including the best places, restaurants, and bars to visit. He also kept us updated on local events during our stay. I highly recommend this place. We all had a wonderful time!

We had such a good time at Juan house of Valencia. The house was super clean, as well as the garden and pool area. There is more than enough space for a large group. The kitchen is very well equipped. We also booked the paella night, which was delicious. Juan was the best host ever. Thank you!

Just finished our stay at JuanHouseValencia. I would highly recommend this great villa for a large group, as there was 14 of us with plenty of space. Juan is a great host, welcoming us late at night with a tour of the house and then sat down to drink while he told us about Valencia, the local area and gave us plenty of recommendations. Everything was faultless and would highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience at Juan’s Villa! We arrived with a warm welcoming from Juan and a fully stocked fridge. He showed all the best places and sent any events that were on every day. He even came to the villa on our last full day and made us fresh strawberry and watermelon mojitos. We will definitely be coming back here and will recommend this place to anyone we know who comes to Valencia. Looking forward to coming back here again!

This is a beautiful house, great shared area and a nice child-friendly pool. What really makes it outstanding is Juan, the host. Nothing is too much trouble and he responds in minutes. He’s full of knowledge of the Valencia area, and gave us great options and advice. And his paella is fantastic! We’ve never met a host so focussed on his guests, and we can’t recommend Juan and his house highly enough.

This was an amazing holiday, made perfect by Juan's Villa. Its not only a beautiful house with all that you could need but it was in a perfect location. 5 minutes from the supermarket and train station into valencia. It had all the amenities you could need from bicycles to cycle to the beach to a beautiful and refreshing pool all the way to the outdoor kitchen perfect for cooking BBQs with the family. This was our first villa stay and we will definitely be coming back to Juan House Villa. Thank you so much Juan

We stayed at Juan’s with friends and our 2 kids. The house is fantastic. Close to the metro station easy access to the center and the beach. Juan is an exceptional host. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time in Valencia. He kept messaging us where to go what to do. Based on his recommendation we went for a bike tour with Petra and it did not disappoint. It was great value and we really enjoyed learning about the city. She was super sweet and funny and patient as the kids asked hundreds of questions. We all had a blast, would highly recommend staying here. Will definitely coming back again.

Die Villa ist sehr schön, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Liegt an ruhiger Lage und in kurzer gehdistanz ist auch eine grosse Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Valencia ist mit dem ÖV einfach zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich hilsbereit, nett und unkompliziert in allen Belangen. Hätte gerne einen extra Stern vergeben. Muchas gracias Juan

We had a very nice stay at the villa. A lot of space for a big group. The house was clean and Juan is an excellent host. He’s always willing to help find good restaurants. The kitchen had plenty of equipment such as a blender, a mixer, ... There might just have been a few more plates and water/ wine glasses for a large group. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Thank you, Juan!

The villa is located in a calm neighbourhood with easy access to transportation that gets you to the city center and a large grocery store minutes away. The Host, Juan was very friendly and ready to help whenever needed. Overall our stay was amazing, the place was beautiful and relaxing and very clean. The villa was huge and spacious to accommodate 12 of us. Big thanks to Juan. If we come to Valencia again, we know where to stay.

The villa is amazing and so is the host! Supermarket 3 min walking distance, Valencia city center is 15 min with taxi, Villa garden is bigger than expected with picknick tables and sunbeds, Juan will be there for you when you need him. Would definately recommend!

Large Villa/house on the outskirts of Valencia. House was big enough for all 18 of my family and the outside space makes the house a perfect spot if you want to relax by the pool using the ample facilities on offer. However, the house and stay is made so much better by Juan. I’m often dubious of those hosts/owners who want to help as it can sometimes be a little intrusive but Juan treats you like a friend, if you want something you can text him and he is always willing to help to make sure you make the most of your stay. We had a few issues in the house, he kept us informed and his responses were always honest. He helped us with cabs, metro, food even put another bed in the house so my sister could have her youngest stay in her room. Would recommend JuanHouseValencia if you want a fly and flop style stay with the option to get into the city to mix things up.

Just finished a 8 night stay with 7 others, fantastic venue, fantastic host, fantastic city. Juan made the effort to reach out prior to our arrival, suggesting things we could do in the city, and making us aware of major events in the area throughout our stay. JuanHouse had all the space we needed, a well equipped kitchen, 2 fridge/freezers, and plenty of room outside. Conveniently located to the Metro meant we were quick getting into both Valencia city centre, and Villarreal, allowing us to really maximise the time we had here. Ultimately, if you’re looking to explore Valencia or the Valencian community, or looking for somewhere well sheltered and quiet, I highly recommend JuanHouse Valencia!

Amazing place to stay. Location is super close to local supermarkets and the metro, so exploring Valencia is easy. Pool is the perfect temperature and the nights are quiet for relaxing with friends and family. The best stay ever! Juan is the kindest man in the whole world, always there to answer any questions and responds quickly. Check in was simple and check out was amazing! We have just returned home from a fantastic stay at Juan’s place for a group of 12 of us. Everything was amazing and Juan went over and above to ensure we had the best possible trip. From advice to recommendations and not forgetting the paella night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Juan was so helpful and friendly and made the experience very smooth and easy for us. Juan is a fantastic, informative and helpful host. He clearly loves what he does and wants you to have a great time in the villa or when out and about. The house has the wow factor. It’s clean, bright and well equipped with 8 generous bedrooms. 14 adults and a baby have enjoyed nights in cooking either together in the kitchen or outside on the BBQ. The pool is refreshing and the garden welcoming. Juan couldnt have been anymore accommodating. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and happy.

We went there for a co-working week, there's no place in the world better than Juan House. The house is full of accessories that will help you during your staying, within 10 mins walking you have everything you need: supermarket, pharmacies, banks and even the train's station which will take you in Valencia in 20 mins. Also the beach is just 10 mins by car. Juan is the most nice guy you can meet, he explained us everything and he's always available if you need help. If you're wondering where to spend a week of relax this is the place you're looking for.

Increíble la experiencia, se perdieron unas zapatillas y se preocuparon de después de la estancia poder quedar en un punto para poder entregar esa pertenencia que se había quedado en la casa.

We had a very, very good time at Juan’s villa. The communication was great ever before we arrived, and if possible I would give an extra star. It is a perfect place for big groups, especially if you want a mix of relaxing at the villa and other fun activities that Valencia has to offer. Juan is by far the best host I have ever had, and is always available for tips, taxi reservations and other assistance. If I visit Valencia again with a bigger group I most definitely would love to spend my time here again. Juan, many thanks for our stay, and especially for the great welcome the first day!

Great house from which you can easily cycle to the beach (bicycles are provided). The house is located somewhat outside Valencia but this is easily overcome through taxi's.

We had an excellent stay at Juan’s villa. The villa is clean and all facilities are there. In the neighbourhood you’ll find a padel club on walking distance and a kart track on biking distance. Bikes are also available at the villa. Juan is a very kind host, would recommend!

Thanks so much Justus!! 💙 The cleaning is a MUST DO PERFECT task in the villa. 5 local persons are in charge to clean and organize the villa. We use disinfectant products, The whole bedding is taken to the laundry after every visit, and the full kitchen is cleaned again by my cleaners. The bikes are my courtesy. We were looking for a house for 16 ppl. to celebrate a lifelong friendship. The house looks very glamorous on the pictures, and they are true to word, but the renovation was probably around 10 yrs. ago. So some things could be updated, but we were happy. Most importantly Juan was punctual in communication, solved any issues we had immediately and gave us tips. We appreciated him calling taxis for us when needed. Great experience!

My husband and I plus family spent 6th - 13th August at Juan's beautiful and spacious villa. It is wonderfully equipped and the pool and outside space great for our family which comprised 6 adults and 3 young people. The beach at La Pobla de Farnals is a free bus ride away and buzzing with restaurants and sporting activities. Juan visited us and took an interest in any questions or problems immediately. He was on holiday himself part of the time, so regretfully we didn't get to sample his paella made the Valencian way! We have many wonderful memories of our stay!

Kan absolutt anbefale et opphold hos Juan! Vi var en vennegjeng på 16 som hadde mer enn nok plass og huset stod virkelig til forventningene. Stedet ligger litt utenfor Valencia, men det var ikke noe problem å komme seg inn med metroen. Den lokale stranden er også veldig bra. Juan er utrolig hjelpsom vert og fant mange gode steder for oss å spise og ting å oppleve. Anbefales!

Juan’s house is beautiful. Absolutely perfect for our family holiday of 13 - we even had 3 double bedrooms to spare! Very spacious and clean, pool, outside space and BBQ area is amazing. Good location with beach less than 10 mins away and city centre 20 mins. Juan is just amazing, helps with everything you can possibly need, providing taxi numbers, restaurant suggestions, and just checking we were happy the whole time. We all love Juan! It’s definitely a place to return for us.

Excellent location, 10 mins from the beach and 25 mins to the city. Juan is a wonderful host who went the extra mile to make sure we had recommendations for where to go, what to eat and what to see. The house itself is lovely, perfect for a big family or multi-generation family holiday. The pool is perfect and warms up very quickly!! We loved it and will be back.

We had a fantastic five days at JuanHouseValencia with two friends and five new friends. Juan, the brilliant host gave us an in depth brief on the places to go, but also gave us knowledgable daily updates on what was going on in and around Valencia, how to get there and how to get back to the house. On one occasion we missed the last train back to the house. Not speaking Spanish fluently, we called Juan at around midnight and he very kindly ordered us two cabs to collect and drop us back to the house. The house and pool were immaculately clean when we arrived and with absolutely everything we needed as a group. We’d like to say a big thank you to Juan, our host. Attentive, supportive and nothing was too much to keep his guests happy. We definitely plan to enjoy more of this fantastic house… Thank you Juan.

Juan was super hospitable and showed us everything we needed to know to have a good time. Honestly one of the best receptions I've had at an Airbnb to date. The house itself is really spacious and great for a big group. We were 12 people and were all comfortable. There's a massive grill and tons of bikes for use. The pool also provides a nice relaxing vibe. 100% would recommend.

Juan is hands down the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. And the villa was amazing - pool, great cooking station, BBQ hut in the garden, spacious rooms. A couple weeks before arriving, he reached out to ask about our plans while we stay in Valencia and sent me a full 3 day itinerary of activities to help me plan. On arrival, he spent a good 20+ minutes, explaining everything we need to know about the villa and gave us a detailed overview of the city - what to see, how to get around, prices. He was always available to contact for advice and would message me each day to see how our day is going and if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend staying in JuanHouseValencia! I’ll be returning one day!

We've spent a wonderful week in Juan’ s villa ! Valencia is a beautiful city and his house is very close to the city and the beach. I recommand it 100%. The house is very big and spacious. There are lots of confortables rooms, a big living room where we use to play games with my family, a big beautiful kitchen : everything to make our holidays amazing. Juan is very caring and professional !!! I never met someone nicer than him. (Do you believe me if i tell you he offers us some presents and icecreams ? After 4 reschedules due to COVID, myself and 15 friends finally got to visit Juan and his wonderful home last week for what can only be described as a truly amazing experience. Juan has been a truly amazing host during the COVID period and was even better in person. He was happy to help with every aspect of our trip - he provided recommendations for restaurants, bars, travel options and also provided one of the best paella’s to the villa you could ever wish for. We even managed to play padel tennis 5 mins from the villa which was a great experience. Overall Juan is more than a super host, he is a super person and I urge anyone looking at the villa to experience it. Valencia was amazing also, especially Marina Beach Club! We had a great holiday in Valencia, and this was definitely supported by the great service of Juan. Very easy and friendly check in, flexible in times. Beautiful house, great (local oriented) environment with a supermarket and lots of nice bars and local cafetaria’s. Also some nice playing grounds for kids close by. The day we arrived we had a nice long and very helpful conversation with Juan. He explained all highlights of the city, how to visit it and what to do when we have bad weather. All through our visit we could keep close contact for tips in the neighborhood where we were at that moment!! Perfect!! If I return to Valencia with a big group I would not doubt visiting Juan’s villa again; I would definitely come back!

5 stars for the stunning villa and amazing host Juan! The open plan space was perfect for our Girls weekend away, the villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Valencia is a beautiful city and even though the weather was not great for us in March, we were out every day exploring the city and beach. Juan was a wonderful host, always on the end of the phone helping to sort out dinner reservations, taxis and even instructions on how to buy tickets for the metro! The Paella and Mojito night he hosted was so much fun and a perfect way to end our stay. We all look forward to returning very soon!

I love this place. The Host is Epic had a mad/crazy/amazing night out with him and his lovely friends. The villa is amazing comfortable beds lovely location. The pool is Epic muchas Gracias Juan. ❤️❤️💕👌🏾The bikes are great. See for yourself.

Cómoda Bonita Tiene todo lo que buscamos Los espacios son amplios Los coches se aparcan dentro de la casa y todo es mucho más cómoda Se puede hacer el mercado a 2 minutos en coche Puedes llegar a la playa en bici en un trayecto de 15 minutos La atención que te da Juan es mágica, correcta y muy solucionadora para cualquier cosa que necesites. The most incredible holiday thanks to Juan!!! His villa is absolutely beautiful and has absolutely everything you need for all sorts of occasions - from relaxing family holidays to big birthdays! I stayed here with my mum, dad and 2 sisters and Juan made us so comfortable and helped us plan our exploring around València. The pool was incredible and all the rooms were so aesthetic and cosy. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de fallas dans la maison de Juan. Juan nous a très bien accueilli et s’est montré disponible! La maison est fabuleuse et super bien placée (proche des transports en commun, de l’aéroport, de la plage, Centre-ville de Valencia et supermarchés). Nous avons vraiment apprécié la propreté impeccable de la maison ainsi que tout le petit matériel disponible; nous avons beaucoup aimé tous ces petits détails de décoration, les jeux de société, etc. Au centre d’un village et avec une vue époustouflante sur la piscine et terrasse. Nous avons pu profiter de las Fallas et València grace à sa proximité. La literie était très confortable, les salles de bain étaient top! L'isolation phonique ent. Juan a été très réactive, disponible et arrangeante. Ses adresses pour profiter du coin étaient précieuses.

La estancia ha sido Maravillosa. La Villa tiene todo lo que puedas soñar. Está totalmente equipada. La zona de piscina/jardín es espectacular! Repetiremos, sin duda! Met 16 voetballers hebben wij tijdens ons trainingskamp verbleven in deze prachtige, ruime en schone villa. Daarbij heeft Juan ons uitstekend geholpen met onder andere het regelen van een trainingsaccommodatie, het reserveren van taxi’s en het verstrekken van geweldige tips voor ons verblijf in Valencia. Ook heeft Juan een van de avonden paella voor ons gekookt, heerlijk! Door Juan gemaakte mojito’s mochten niet ontbreken. De villa is vanaf het vliegveld prima te bereiken met de metro. Er is een supermarkt gelegen op circa 7 minuten loopafstand. Al met al echt een aanrader en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Muchas gracias Amigo!

We had a wonderfull stay at Juans’ villa. We were with a group of 19 girls and our ability to speak spanish is really poor, but it didn’t matter because Juan was a great help. He helped us book and reserve places and taxi’s so everything went smoothly. He send us a lot of tips and information about Valencia and knew all the great places to go for good food and drinks. The house itself was wonderfull as well, the house has everything you need for a relaxed and fun stay. The location is perfect, the metrostop is a 5 minute walk from the house, just like the supermarkt. We were here for a short week, but everyone wanted to book a week longer at the end of our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back for another stay! Tonight we have a paella night, hosted by Juan himself and we can’t wait! Juan, thanks again for the amazing vacation!!

Juan’s House is amazing, it’s much more spacious and nicer than the pictures. You have a nice pool, a great kitchen (with everything you need), 2 BBQ’s, airconditioning. There is lots to day in Pobla de Farnals and the beach is also nice with a lot of bars and restaurants. To get from the house to Valencia city center is easy and cheap. Taxi is 20min for 20€ more or less and metro is also easy. The owner of the house, Juan, is the best host i’ve ever come across. He will give you lots of tips and suggestions. Juan is a very nice host and very polite. He helped me and my friends with everything whilst our stay regarding tourism and dine & drink. The house was very nice and so was the host. On the first day he sat down with us and provided with information about the city valencia and the village near to the house. The metro station is a 5min walk away so the location was also perfect. The bike ride to the local beach was also really nice.

Great villa for large groups with the option to stay around the pool all day or go into the city centre. Juan is an amazing host who has a great knowledge of places to go around Valencia and cooks a great paella. Would definitely book again! 👍🏻🍺🇪🇸

We brought an international team of 18 players to Juan's villa for two weeks while we were playing an international tournament. The place is perfect - high quality, spacious, lots of areas to chill out in the shade (or sun if you wanted) and Juan himself could not have been more helpful with advice and support in our needs. He also made us a wonderful Paella on the last day and joined us for one of our matches. Despite temperatures reaching 38 degrees during our stay the villa is perfectly situated for with the ocean breeze into the garden. We will without doubt return and I plan to visit with my family in the next year. Thanks Juan - you have created a paradise.

We have recently returned after spending a fantastic week in Juan’s Villa. Juan really made the holiday special, he was very attentive. As soon as we arrived he sat with us and explained the area, the best places to visit and how to get there. He came and cooked us the best paella any of us have ever tasted, he sat with us and chatted, shared a few drinks and we all agreed it was probably the best night of the holiday! The villa itself is just wanted we needed, we were a group of 12 Adults and a child of 12 and 2. The villa is very spacious which is great for a big group. There’s a big outdoor pool area with enough seating for everyone, the only thing was there were only 4 sunbeds, which wasn’t so much a problem as we made the men sunbathe on the grass area ;-). There is an outside BBQ area which came in very handy a few times that week. The metro is within a 2 min walk, and is very cheap. We visited the old town which we would highly recommend and the marina. There is also a free shuttle bus to the local beach. The supermarket is around a 5 min walk and we went here daily for fresh bread, milk etc, they sell everything including fresh meat and seafood. We have already decided to return next year. Thank you Juan for your exceptional hospitality, we all cannot wait to return!! J

Amazing villa, fantastically helpful host, we had the most amazing time in Valencia, it couldn't have been more fun. The location is quite, but very close to a large supermarket which was great with such a large number of people and really easy to get into the center via the metro or taxi. Would recommend Juan House and cant wait to go back to Valencia again!

It's a great place just few metro stops from center of Valencia, the backyard with pool and chill out zone is great for barbecue and partying, the villa is huge and fully equipped and the host is cooking hell of great paela 😊

Excelente. La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Juan es un tipo fabuloso. Recomiendo encargar la deliciosa paella que prepara él mismo. Muy recomendable.

It is a beautiful place to stay. I had the best vacation of my life here. The pool is a verry nice touch to the house. The food in the town was delicous. Speaking about food i recomend juan’s paella it was awesome and that for a good price. Juan is a down to earth guy it is verry nice and warming to have a conversation with him. I have to manny to say about the house and juan and our vacation. But i don’t want to spoil everything. Try it yourself. Gretings from Antwerp Belgium.

Villa is beautiful, clean, rooms are spacious and nicely decorated and the location close to lots of amenities or just a 20min taxi ride to the city or beach area which has lots to do and nice restaurants. Juan is a great host, always on hand to help with anything/recommend places to go/things to see etc. would highly recommend Juan's paella night, lots of fun and food is delicious :) great value for money! We were a group of 12 ladies visiting for a hen party weekend, hope to come back again in the future! Thanks Juan for all your help and great hospitality :)

Un lugar exquisito para disfrutar del placer y la serenidad de estar en casa. cerca de Valencia capital ,8 habitaciones con capacidad para 16 personas un sitio donde hacer paellas ,una piscina una gran terraza con sofás sitios para aparcar . Mucha luz natural y muy aseado

You won't regret it. Juan is kind and warm and friendly, and his house is lovely and you will spend some time near Valencia and the terrific surroundings. There were 20 of us! 5 couples with their kids. The pool, garden, the house were really great. I'd recommend it to every big group looking for a nice stay in Levante.
