Como no puedo hacer un comentario respecto de HomeEspaña en sí misma, haré un comentario respecto de Argemary, que es quien nos ha guiado en todo el proceso de venta de nuestro piso. Realmente ha sido asombrosa proactividad con la que Argemary ha llevado adelante cada etapa del proceso (bastante raro de veer en un agente inmobiliario y no es la primera transacción inmobiliaria que hago). Realmente se ha dedicado a que todo salga a la perfección, aún en Agosto, un mes en el que el país completo parece pararse por vacaciones. No quiero dejar de mencionar también la amabilidad de Isabel, que es quien se ha encargado de gestionar las visitas al piso y encontrar al comprador, ella también ha sido muy efectiva y la prueba de ellos es lo poco que se ha tardado en encontrar al comprador adecuado aún teniendo yo requisitos específicos.

Muy mala experiencia, compramos una vivienda que nos encantó y todo parecía ir sobre ruedas, hasta que llegó el momento de la señalización y firma de arras, presión y más presión, argemary fue la chica que nos " tramitó" todo, lo pongo entre comillas porque su único trabajo fue llamarnos para presionarnos e hiciéramos la transferencia, tomando decisiones por ella misma que no le correspondían a ella, si no a los propietarios, tuvimos que contratar a una asesora que se encargó de todo lo que tenía que haber hecho ella, llegando incluso a perder las formas con nosotros y nuestra asesora, en la vivienda habían estancias que no estaban registradas, se solucionó gracias a nuestra asesora, llegó el día de la firma y a parte de que trajo una escritura que no correspondía con la que teníamos que firmar( nuestra gestora se encargó OTRA VEZ) de llamar al registro para solucionarlo, esta chica no se dirigió a nosotros en ningún momento en notaría, ni a los propietarios, se limitó a sentarse a mirar el movil, como si la cosa no fuera con ella, en fin , nefasta atención, hablamos con el dueño que es inglés y Alejandro tuvo que hacer dw traductor, nos escuchó y la verdad que ellos dos nos atendieron con mucha calma y predisposición a solucionar el problema, en definitiva, no recomiendo esta inmobiliaria por la persona que lleva los trámites de compra-venta

Begin November besloten we een huis te kopen in de streek rond Valencia. Via, de zeer overzichtelijke, website van Home Espana hadden we reeds een voorselectie gemaakt van enekele huizen die onze voorkeur hadden. Mit Hilfe und grosser Unterstützung haben wir im Oktober 2023 eine traumhaft schöne Villa mit großem Grundstück in der nahen Umgebung von Lliria erworben. Ich möchte mich auch auf diesem Weg nochmals in aller Form für die absolut positive Abwicklung bedanken - nur durch die super Leistung vom Team Montserrat und der guten Unterstützung war es sogar möglich, den gesamten Kaufprozess innerhalb von nur 4 Wochen komplett abzuwickeln. Ganz besonders möchten wir nochmals Freddy Aspers und Argemary Jaspe hervorheben, ohne deren Unterstützung und Mitwirkung dies in keinster Weise möglich gewesen wäre. Ab Dezember 2023 sind wir wieder in unserer Villa und ganz bestimmt werden wir noch einige Male die Hilfe und Unterstützung vom Team Home Espania nutzen - denn auch nach erfolgtem Kauf einer Immobilie bleibt der Kontakt aufrecht gehalten und man wird jederzeit bei Anliegen jeglicher Art unterstützt - darin zeigt sich die Kompetenz und Seriösität dieser Firma, denn dies ist nicht überall so. Da wir in Deutschland - bedingt durch unsere zwei Firmen - sehr viele Kontakte haben, die evtl.. ebenfalls an Immobilien in Spaniern interessiert sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall Home Espania weiter empfehlen.

Ik kwam met een lijstje huizen in Montserrat die ik wilde bekijken, maar kocht uiteindelijk een huis via HomeEspana dat niet op mijn lijstje stond. Bij HomeEspana spreken ze Spaans, Engels en Nederlands. Erg handig als je de Spaanse taal (nog) niet beheerst. Ze helpen je overal mee en geen vraag is hen teveel. Ze nemen ook steeds ruim de tijd voor je en het contact kan zondermeer gekenschetst worden als hartelijk en vriendelijk. Een huis kopen via HomeEspana wordt zo echt een feestje. Dat was het in ieder geval voor mij wel, dus proost!

A une réservation pour notre maison mais les acheteurs se désistent et l'agence ne nous informe pas et ne donne plus de nouvelle de plus lors des visites elle envoie des agents qui ne connaissent pas les biens donc c'est au propriétaire de faire la visite aberrant au prix qu'ils prennent comme frais... Francophone et autre attention . Des agences locale s sont bien moins cher et plus professionnel.

Although we haven’t yet bought a house through Home Espana Valencia, the experience in dealing with Aaron and Andy has been very positive. Firstly moving to a different country with a different language can be extremely challenging, but the fact that English is spoken at HE made the whole experience of buying a home a much easier one. Although the houses we’ve seen were not a perfect match for us, both Aaron and Andy have been kind enough to continue supporting us in the search of our Spanish home. Home España sold our house and did an excellent job. Laura created a wonderful video and gave us a lot of information about what to expect. All of the sales people worked hard to show the property to prospective buyers. We had decided to retire to Spain and were looking at properties on various web sites. Home Espana being one of them. An Estate Agency which really has it`s customers at it`s heart. On my return journey from Santander, I realised that I really did want to buy a property in Spain. Brilliant service from start to finish, the team were amazing. Aaron was our initial contact, we saw a property on line, he sent us lots of pictures and told me a lot about the property, then did a virtual viewing which showed the house exactly as it is, nothing was hidden. So we started the ball rolling, Once the sale was agreed we then made a trip to Valencia and did a viewing with Andy, who show us around the property and was very patient while we walked round the land and really took our time. He then arranged a meeting that day to see our lawyer, who got us into the Notary on the same day so everything was done very quickly. We complete on our house today and the team have been brilliant through out listening to all my concerns and helping me find solutions. So happy with the Home España Team! Thanks to their very able estate agents I sold my house in the Valencian region quickly and to my full satisfaction. From their very first intake visit to the house (only one day after I called them) to the legal assistance with the actual sale their support was excellent. After only two days my house was online on several websites with a very professional video which attracted a lot of potential buyers. During the whole process their assistance and communication have been clear and pleasant. And they even have Dutch speaking agents! I can highly recommend them.

we had been looking at properties online for a couple of years and had found the area that we wanted. We found a property we wanted to view and asked for more information. I had a call the following day regarding the property and gave Aaron the location and budget he put me in the capable hands of Andy Rowland. We arranged some viewings on a visit in 2019 but nothing took our fancy then covid hit so we could do nothing more. All through covid if anything came up for sale that sounded good we would have contact from either Andy or Aaron we did not want to buy without getting a feel for the area. I cannot commend HomeEspana enough. They are experienced and very knowledgeable in their market, giving guidance where required while still respecting the buyers autonomy.
