Comunicación inexistente y muy poco profesional. Después de 1 visita...quise hacer una oferta y no me dieron señal de vida durante semanas. Transmiten 0 confianza

Rápidos y profesionales. Me dieron ganas de volver a comprar otra vez mi casa para que me la volvieran a vender. Ahora en serio, visite varias inmobiliarias y la única que no me puso pegas ni tonterías fue Lliria invest fueron siempre con la verdad por delante. Solo puedo decirles Gracias

Hemos intentado contactar varias veces para poder realizar una visita a un inmueble publicado en portales inmobiliarios, bien por Mail y teléfono y no si quiera nos han contestado, ahora veo al buscar de nuevo para contactar que ya no está ni publicado…. Veo poca seriedad, a la hora de tratar a los posibles compradores… muy poco interés, si publicas en portales inmuebles, lo normal es que contestes a la gente interesada, si llamas, que te devuelvan las llamadas…. Vamos si es que quieres vender las propiedades que tienes en cartera…. Como compradora potencial, veo una desatención impresionante…. Espero que no traten a todos los clientes igual, por qué mal enfoque comercial……

Un viernes me enseñaron una casa que nos gustó mucho, muchísimo, a 3 km de Pedralba. Le hice a Vicente al día siguiente una oferta, y le entregué la posibilidad de venderme mi piso de Valencia. Me dijo que el lunes lo hablábamos y eso fue todo. No volvió a contactar conmigo nunca más. Le llamé por teléfono el miércoles, dos días después, y no cogió la llamada ni me la devolvió tampoco, por educación al menos, y el viernes, una semana después de ver la casa, desapareció el anuncio, sin más. En resumen, poca profesionalidad y... muy poca palabra.

la peor inmobiliaria del mundo que te intenta estafar con vicios ocultos con uralita de amianto y encima se hacen los longuis , en todas inmobiarias te dicen a la hora de comprar si tiene uralita que es nueva tecnologia con las siglas nt en esta ni te lo dicen , no saben que hay esa ley y en un contrato haras debe estar sino es vicios ocultos

Both Alejandro and Vicente have guided us through the processes, never unhappy to show us properties or to suggest others that fitted our needs. Even with the disruption caused by the pandemic, they were professional and showed great patience for the delayed conclusion of the purchase. Sensible negotiators and always available to assist you with their vast local knowledge. Unfortunately for one reason or another they didn't quite tick all the boxes that we were looking for and so didn't proceed with a purchase (yet). Poca información a la hora de vender un inmueble, estamos descubriendo cosas que no se nos habían dicho y la negociación hubiera sido diferente. Cosas como que la cerradura de la puerta de entrada no va bien, el agua del algibe está podrida y ahora nos toca llevar una Cuba para que la limpie, la puerta del garaje no cierra bien y no lleva ni un mísero candado.

We were looking to buy a property in Spain for over a year, and after 2 unsuccessful attempts a bit further south, we decided to give it a go around Lliria to find the perfect property for us. We saw a property online that we were desperate to view, so made arrangements with Alejandro who kindly picked us up from the hotel to show us the property. My husband instantly fell in love with the property and Lliria Invest helped us in getting the deal done. There have been quite a few challenges in the process, but Alejandro helped us in finding a lawyer, getting the deeds sorted, dealt with the bank for our mortgage, getting the deeds signed at Notary and he even brought the keys to the house on the day of our arrival. We first met Vicente at Lliria Invest in May 2018, when we were looking for property to buy, as we were planning to move to Spain later in the year. Right from the start he was proffesional, courteous and helpful and spoke good English, which was great as we don't speak Spanish! On some website we found a particular house for sale. So we contacted Lliria Invest for that house. During our visit in their office, we told them why we liked this house and what we were looking for. Based on our story, they selected a few other properties which they showed us on the computer. Some where not to our liking, but we ended up visiting 3 different properties, all matching our criteria. And one of them was exactly what we were looking for, for an amazing price as well. We are so glad we found Lliria Invest! They saved us a lot of unnecessary visits by listening to us instead of showing us as much properties as possible, hoping to sell something. After we agreed on the price, they helped us with everything regarding the sale; a complete calculation of all expenses, they helped us set up the meeting with the notary, they explained all the documents we had to sign, etc. All very helpfull, relaxed and understanding. They are very friendly and helpfull and they also speak (enough) English. We highly recommend Lliria Invest when you are looking for a property!

This is in my opinion the best estate agent in the area I had property viewings for 8 days morning and afternoon and Llira invest was by far the best estate agent. Nothing was to much for them they went the extra mile for us many times. We kept a record of the property's we visited and the details and after 8 days we finally found the property for us. I would say very professional and patient and even after we bought our forever home Alejandro pointed us in the direction for furniture beds tables anything and everything we needed. I first met Alejandro and Vincente in April 2017 and from the first viewing and until the contracts were signed for our home, nothing was too much trouble for them and they continued helping us long after we had bought the property. They were enjoyable and informative, been attentive and explaining the many things we didn't know and providing extra services that one ends up wishing all estate agents were like them! They listened to what we wanted and our budget and showed us those that matched it. I never felt pressured and I found the whole process very pleasant. I bought a holiday home in Valencia, Spain in June 2018 through Lliria Invest with the help of Vicente. I did go through several real estate agents in Murcia, Almeria, Alicante and Valencia before I finally took the plunge with Vicente at Lliria Invest. Vicente was very helpful from the start and more importantly very honest and trustworthy and furthermore very punctual when meeting to view houses. He never pressurised us into buying the property and gave us time to view and waited till we got back to him. As it was my first time buying a property in Spain, he explained everything to me in detail and helped in making the whole process quite smooth. I strongly recommend them to any interested party and you will not be disappointed. I still call him now and then especially when I visit Spain and ask for help and he has always come to my rescue. The after sales service with Lliria Invest in my opinion is superb. Both brothers Vicente and Alejandro till today are very welcoming to me and my wife and I consider them as friends. Lliria Invest certainly invest in people because they care.

Op zoek naar een woning zijn we ook een dag op stap geweest met Alexandro. We hebben veel gezien, goede informatie gekregen en er is tijd voor ons uitgetrokken. Veel van de geselecteerde woningen pasten ook wel bij onze wensen. Zeker aan te bevelen wanneer je op zoek bent naar een woning in deze regio.

Inmobiliaria nefasta. ALEJANDRO no realizó absolutamente ninguna gestión, más allá de engañarme diciendo que había una supuesta oferta por el inmueble y que yo debía ofertar más si lo quería, cuando tras investigaciones y llamar a su socio, descubrimos que no había ninguna oferta. LLAMADAS Y TIEMPO PERDIDO INTENTANDO conseguir una vivienda,. Finalmente localizamos a los propietarios y evitamos una estafa por parte de este señor.

Personas estupendas sin duda los recomiendo 100% me lo solucionaron todo y muy rapido
