Approached the company for help regarding an aspect of renewing TIE card. Although they didn't actually do the service we were looking for, they acted ( at no cost ) as intermediaries with another colleague who provided exactly what we needed at a reasonable price and in a quick and professional way. Russell was recommended to me after being refused for a Spanish mortgage. When we first spoke I was very anxious and nervous about the situation but desperately needed to secure a mortgage as I had already paid the deposit on our dream home. I Initially contacted Monica regarding a Spanish Power of Attorney and subsequently she handled the sale of my property in Orihuela Costa. I found her ability to communicate, both in writing and orally, in English and also her knowledge of UK practices for comparison purposes, very useful.
