We booked Villa Samira at San Pedro Del Pinatar through Munfort via Booking.Com The photos didn’t prepare us for what we were met with. No explanation before we arrived that building work was taking place next door. Completely spoilt our holiday. Offered a 10% discount if we book through them next time. Insulting. Beware as building work is due to take place to the rear of the property as well. The advertised photos are completely deceptive.

La peor inmobiliaria que he visto en mi vida 2 semanas de mareo para que no me alquilen el piso después de mirar nóminas e ir al piso y oficina no os recomiendo alquilar ni comprar. Negar el alquiler por niños es ilegal y una discriminación directa según la constitución española de la ley de vivienda 12/2023.

I've met Dean back in December 2024 when I started to look for a property in Orihuela Costa and area. I've also met all team in the office and everyone was friendly. DEAN HEFFERNAN has helped me reach my goal/dream of purchasing a holiday home in Spain - in Los Alcazares, Murcia. I told Dean over the phone and by text what I wanted - my absolute top-end budget; I wanted an Old Town Spanish atmosphere neighbourhood, with a genuinely short walk to a beach, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, that I wanted nothing that needed major work, and within an hour of the airport, etc, and he FOUND IT for me on my very first visit... I'm so, so excited to be coming to collect my key from him later this month. He has literally held my hand and walked me through every step of this exciting journey - even on the days when I was nervous about something or other, he was there. He assisted me any time there was a language barrier at the bank, attorney, notary public, etc. He drove me to view properties, explaining all about different neighbourhoods, and sharing his knowledge with me. He communicated every piece of information along the way immediately as soon as he learned it, was always a total professional, and answered what seemed my sometimes never-ending questions [with a big smile :) ], and I can't be happier with the beautiful place he has found for me. We recently completed on the purchase of a lovely holiday apartment in Los Urrutias. Dean did an amazing job of keeping in touch before our visit, providing good advice and guidance on the properties and areas we were interested in. Whilst in Spain, Dean showed us 3 properties. We fell in love with the 3rd one. Dean drove us around , showing us what the area had to offer us as a family, which was extremely useful. He was always helpful and patient and went out of his way to accommodate us, even opening the office on a Saturday so that we could sign the contracts before we left to fly home. I would highly recommend him for his professionalism and honesty.

I would like to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with my experience with the real estate agency MUNFORT - Inmobiliaria Internacional. My interaction with this agency has been nothing short of a blatant scam. From the beginning, the agency promised me that in agreement with the owners, the move could be done before the signing of the deed. Unfortunately, this was just empty talk. Despite my repeated requests, the agency refused to provide me with the sales contract signed by the owners. The agency staff also displayed a blatant lack of professionalism. They ignored my calls and emails, failing which we were forced to rent a house and move in great stress. It became obvious that the agency only cared about its own personal profit, without caring about the interests of its clients. Their lack of honesty and unprofessional behavior shows that they are not trustworthy. We lost several thousand euros of the deposit we had paid for the purchase of the house.

I can’t express enough how amazing Munfort firm is. I bought property thanks to this splendid firm. With the outstanding service I was offered by Yolanda Sanchez and ….It made the whole process run smoothly I couldn’t believe it. Every little thing was looked after, to accommodation being acquired when needed, helped with the bank transfers and also helped us with the notary. As foreign buyer not knowing to speak Spanish they’ve translated all the paper work for us, even when viewing house we could communicate easily regardless the language barrier and also drove to each individual house viewing in they’re car. Munfort is a well established agency I recommend completely with wonderful hard working welcoming staff. I want to give a big thank you to Yolanda and Andreea …. For taking care of us through out the whole process. We couldn’t be happier with our new home purchase.

Inicialmente todo parecia ir bien, pero necesitaba una papel que mi banco me exigía y tras varios meses de espera. Me llaman diciendo que la han reservado a otra persona. Ni darme la opción a reservarla mí estando la primera. Está claro que el que llega con dinero primero se la queda y me parece genial. Pero que no esperen que ponga 5 estrellas. Bastante decepcionada.

I viewed a number of properties with Dean in Los Urrutias. He was incredibly informative about the properties and the area. He was professional and personable and great to deal with in person and on the phone. We haven’t purchased a property there yet however if we do go ahead we will through Dean & munfort.

I am very happy with Munfort Inmobiliaria they are very professional and attentive with their clients. Mentioning specifically Vincent and Yolanda. I was very far and the mobility to come to Spain was difficult for me, so I had to do all the purchase process online. I was worried to "fall" into a scam, so I asked a lot of questions and they patiently tried to answer to all of them. A "virtual visit" to the house was possible through a Whatsapp call. They also organized everything with the Notary , informed me about a possible reduction on the taxes for young buyers, and made it possible for my relocation to happen as quick as I needed. The only thing that I think that failed for me, and maybe by miscommunication caused by the language differences and all the "virtuality", was about the house' walls conditions and which furniture would be included. For the rest I am very pleased. Thank you for the consideration and your work. It is a trustable company. Wishing lots of success 🙌

Walked in Munfort real estate office in Pilar de la Horadada by chance, but had a wonderful experience. I want to thank Andreea Dolha for her patience and dedication. It helped she spoke 3 languages and over the week I stayed there she was very committed to understanding my needs and filtering out the most interesting offers for me. Great communication with her, their office was very welcoming and the TV setup helped to quickly filter out properties and literally and figuratively "zoom in" on your particular must-have list of items. In the end I concluded I would be patient with the decision, but nevertheless the experience was pleasant and Andreea's helpful and honest attitude made the experience great. Highly recommend them.

Hay que tener cuidado con esta Inmobiliaria, con los contratos de arras. Nosotros teníamos en venta una casa con ellos, en teoría encontraron comprador, firmamos un contrato de arras de 12000€ que se ingresaba en una cuenta de la inmobiliaria, al final no se hizo la venta, y cuál fue nuestra sorpresa, que estas personas sólo habían ingresado (según la inmobiliaria) 2000€. Así que, según mi experiencia, no son de fiar.

Nos gustaría destacar nuestro trato con Andreea, y también el de María José. Aunque no pudimos cerrar ninguna operación la profesionalidad y gentileza en su gestión fue constante y vital. No dudaríamos en contar con ella de nuevo.

Every foreigner shoud be very careful with Munfort estate agency, i was looking to buy property and in my experience they lied about property status, took the highest deposit and didn't gave time even to think ,they ask the same day to pay deposit .I have had really bad time with this agency .I wouldn't recommend to anyone
