From our first enquiry during the Spainish and UK lockdowns in 2020, Sharon and her team did everything they could to show us the property we eventually brought. Nothing we asked was to much trouble, equally we were not made to feel stupid with our constant long lists of questions. Jamie shot a brilliant virtual tour for us, that really answered all of our questions and gave us the courage to put in an offer, even though we had not seen the property in person. This also meant that when we did get to travel to Spain to view the property in person, it was exactly as we had seen on the video! Our sales purchase in the UK was not smooth, as one of the house sales fell through 3 times! This meant further negotiations were needed to extend the lenght of the contract.
