Nous avons été séduits par Allonbay Village, résidence moderne en bord de plage, au design harmonieux et respectueux du paysage (certifié BREEAM). Appartements lumineux avec terrasses vue mer, trois piscines, spa (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi), espaces verts et aire de jeux. À seulement 100 m de la plage de Torres. Emplacement calme, bien accessible, avec parking inclus et proximité de Villajoyosa/Bénidorm. Très bon rapport confort‑prix dans un cadre élégant et bien pensé.

¡Este desarrollador es un fraude! ¡Cuidado con él! Les compré un apartamento hace dos años, desde hace un año les escribo correos electrónicos que el apartamento tiene muchos defectos, no hay electricidad en los enchufes, el aire acondicionado no funciona, no hay agua caliente, El jacuzzi no funciona, las paredes están torcidas. Este es un desarrollador de caminos común y corriente, esta empresa hace que todo sea un problema, cuando les compras un apartamento, compras problemas, estrés y dificultades.
