Vielen Dank für die hervorragende Arbeit, liebe Jessica! Ende Juli ´25 habe ich eine Anfrage an Alicante Real Estate Torrevieja bezüglich Wohnung-/Hauskauf in Orihuela Costa geschickt. Wenige Tage später hat Frau Jessica Baker mit mir telefonischen Kontakt aufgenommen. Nach dem ich ihr alle meine Wünsche geäußert habe dauerte es nur ein paar Stunden bis ich die ersten Objekte besichtigen konnte. In folgenden Tagen hat Jessica mir mehrere Immobilien gezeigt, mich überall hingefahren und, was sehr wichtig ist, keinen Druck auf mich ausgeübt! Jessica hat sich stets Zeit genommen, alle meine Fragen geduldig beantwortet und mich perfekt beraten. Ich habe mich dann für eine Immobilie entschieden und von der ersten Besichtigung bis zum Notartermin lief alles professionell, reibungslos und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Sogar, wenn unser ersten Notartermin , wegen technischen Problemen meiner Bank, verschoben wurde, hat Jessica mich stets ünterstützt, die ganze Kommunikation zum Bauunternehmen und dem Notar übernommen, sich um die neue Notartermine gekümmert etc. Besonders geschätzt an Jessica habe ich das hohe Engagement, die stets schnelle Erreichbarkeit, die fachliche Kompetenz und die menschliche und freundliche Umgang mit den Kunden. Ich habe ihr Agieren während des gesamten Prozesses als äußerst professionell empfunden und der gesamte Service war erstklassig. Ich bedanke mich herzlichst bei Jessica und wünsche ihr weiterhin viel Erfolg und Freude bei der Arbeit! Ich kann Jessica und die Alicante Real Estate Torrevieja wärmstens weiterempfehlen. I rented an apartment from this agency for 2 weeks for €2000, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The apartment is much smaller than advertised, only about 70 m² instead of 150 m². Upon arrival, I had to wait over an hour on a busy street where stopping is not allowed because the technician had not returned the key. The accommodation does not provide a garage key for direct access from the apartment, so every time we wanted to get to the car, we had to go outside and use the car lift. The host lied that the garage remote worked during the stay, but from previous reviews, it was already broken. The TV did not work at all. There are surveillance cameras in the private and living areas that were never disclosed in the listing, making the stay extremely uncomfortable and a serious invasion of privacy. During my stay, I filed complaints about multiple issues, yet now my €200 deposit is being withheld unjustly and unlawfully. The host, Anastasia, responded very slowly and provided no valid reason for keeping my deposit, claiming a moved TV cable, which is completely unjustified. Additionally, the headquarters has not contacted me to find a fair resolution, which I find extremely irresponsible. Booking.com is aware of this situation. This host is incompetent and unprofessional, and the property is misleading and unfair. I will never book here again and strongly warn anyone considering this place to avoid it. If anyone has questions or doubts about renting through them directly via Booking.com or Airbnb, feel free to contact me.

I have paid one of the employees a down payment for an apartment. Keys & contract never came. Their excuse is they have been scammed by their own staff, anything except taking responsibility for their actions.

In the Torre La Mata Office there is an Agent who let's properties I believe without your knowledge, she was acting as the Agent for me but after some disagreement she has withheld over €800 for at least 3 weeks and refuses to transfer the money to us, has refused to answer on both her WhatsApp accounts, in fact I think she has a new one. She does not reply to emails but I have told her in an email that unless she pays the €835 she owes by the end of August I will report it to the Guardia Police. I have been advised the so called "Contract" I have is worthless, I do not have the tenant's NIE number or Passport details nor is it on your Agency headed notepaper. I hope you will help me resolve this as when we calls to the Office there is always the reply of "She's not here" or other excuses. I have told her via email this problem will not go away and I will continue until it is resolved. Thanks.

Sie kann ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es gab viele Probleme auf unserer Seite, die auf einmal aufgetreten sind, die Sie aber hervorragend gelöst hat. I really advice this agency for renting apartments! We rented a house during our summer holidays in Torrevieja. The estates are beautiful and even cheap, considering that we went there in August!
