Experiencia decepcionante con esta inmobiliaria, puse en alquiler mi vivienda y buscaron un inquilino el cual ellos aseguraban pasar filtros para la solvencia económica y que eran gente seria y resultó ser todo lo contrario . Al parecer solo buscan el alquiler rápido para obtener su ganancia económica sin importar nada y no responsabilizarse. Desde el principio todo han sido problemas

I contacted the agency for a house that i saw. Within 30 minutes we had a appointment to visit the house and a week later we moved in. All information given has been outstanding. Whenever i have a question, i get a response or action will be taken almost straight away. I have never been more happier with an agent or real estate service. Isabel did an amazing job!

I had a very poor experience with Spain Estate. The agent was right away answering my request by phone. One may think this is superb, until he keeps calling early and late, which turned out to be more of a pain in the neck than helpful. It gave me very little space to reflect on the market, and that was perhaps the intend. He claimed the apartment I was interested in was in very high demand. This was 3 months ago and the apartment is still available... Our encounter was backed up by his boss, which gives me a very poor impression of the company in all. I was not informed that the deposit I was paying was not refundable, even though I cancelled within 24 hours. Also they put their working fee of one months rent on the tenant instead of the owner, which is illegal by law as of May 2023. Overall it seems as if Spain Estate Torrevieja have the interest of themselves and the owners in sight, and not the person who needs to find a HOME fitting ones needs and preferences.

Spain Estate was great! We rented a flat and Özer was very attentive and got us everything we needed for the flat and communication was excellent.

Rented a house for a year when it comes to getting my deposit back I’m now being ignored have message on a multiple occasions . my deposit should’ve been returned by now so they basically have stolen money and won’t answer messages do not rent or buy Form them avoid.

They have not kept their promises (on paper).

Bad attention, bad information and incomplete information they give you, they do not resolve doubts or problems, they only give you delays so that you get bored and look for the solution through other channels, they are very concerned about their commission, they do not consider us their clients, only people who who to get the money.

I traveling and live so many country so many time my life , but this office the most intelligent, friendly and helpfully what I looking the last 10 years. Beautiful office and maximal profismus. Thank you all, and this amazing apartment.

Very bad experience! They rented me a place from a okupa, didn't know at the moment that the property had no water legally conected and electricity was also FIXED. I asked for the claims register, didn't have anything...I wasted my time trying to get any answer, zero empathy from Spain Estate. I tryed several times to get help from them but they looked the other way...I spend terrible times living in such conditions until I found another place and moved. Be careful with this kind of monkey business. I do not trust any of them. By the way, the okupa returned to live there, PARANA 544 JUMILLA II, ORIHUELA COSTA. Real owners dissapared several years ago.

I will only recommend Umut and Ozer to my friends. I believe they are honest and trustworthy. I had the best experience with Spain Estate. When other realtors blew me off, Ozer took me seriously and found me my dream frontline apartment. Their office was so helpful they went above and beyond what other realtors would do. Even after the sale was done and dusted they helped me arrange/organize all the little details that otherwise would have been a nightmare for a non Spanish speaker. (I’m learning:)).

I have just Moved to Spain from Ireland and before I moved I had been dealing with Özer from Spain Estate. Özer made my move as simple as possible and made sure everything ran smoothly for me. Bad rental service. Would not recommend

I have never had more problems renting an appartment, than i have had through Spain estate. Spain estate dosent quality check the propperties they rent out beforehand. i came after 34hours of travelig to a super dirty appartment, full of cockroaches and mold all over it, in addition to a faulty electric system. In addition to that Spain estate also made us as TENTANTS pay for their commision fee, insted of the LANDLORD who is using their service. I have never experienced anything simmilar. I wish i could give them a 0 star review, since thats what they deserve. Plese avoid renting through them at all costs

Avoid spain estate if you want to rent a property in Torrevieja. They provided a super dirty appartment full of mold. Bad communication, tries to scam you forcing tentants to pay commision fees for their rental services. 👎

Очень рекомендую!!! Я из Украины, оформление документов и общение с испаноговорящими хозяевами квартир это большая проблема. Здесь мне помогли! Это испанское агентство, но у них есть девушка Оксана, она помогает с переводом. Очень приятный и отзывчивый человек. Огромное ей спасибо, т.к. Гугл переводчик не спасает! Здесь помогли с документами и даже с подключением интернета. А русскоязычные агентства не помогли вообще, только пытались денег содрать побольше. И по поводу цены, у русскоязычных агентств она выше и намного. В общем, рекомендую, я общалась с Узером по вацапу и Оксаной. Большое вам спасибо!!!! 😍 😍 😍
