I’m bought a apartment last year. AM Costa Blanca Real Estate help for me a lot, very reliable, patient and accurate team. I’m so happy I found this agent, I just recommend for everyone 😍 Thank you so much 🙏

to express my gratitude and appreciation for the excellent services provided by your agent, Alberto, during my recent house search and purchase in Torrevieja. From the very beginning, Alberto has shown great professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail in helping me find my dream home. He spent a considerable amount of time and effort in checking more than 9 houses, providing me with valuable insights and advice, and making sure that I found the perfect place to live. Alberto's legal advisory services were also invaluable in ensuring that the transaction was conducted smoothly and according to all legal requirements. His negotiating skills were outstanding, and he worked tirelessly to secure the best possible price for the house. Moreover, Alberto went above and beyond in assisting me with making the house a comfortable and welcoming home. He provided me with excellent contacts for various home improvement services and supervised their work, ensuring that everything was done to my satisfaction. Overall, I would highly recommend Alberto and your agency to anyone looking for a one-stop place for their house search in the whole region. His professionalism, expertise, and dedication are truly exceptional and have made my house search and purchase an stress-free and enjoyable experience. Buzain

Alberto and AM costa were top class to deal with. From the first meeting Alberto couldnt have done any more to help us. If its legal or general info from the area that we need, he is always on the end of the phone. His after service is super and we remain good friends and meet for drinks each time we visit. The very best of luck with you new premisis in the city centre. Jason, Martina, Ben and Nellie. (Ireland)

Alberto found my dream apartment by the sea and also sold my other house the process wasn't easy however he made it seem so I named him the Superman of Real Estate, however sells that quick be better Super Mario 👍 For great service and methodical care he is your man , I can. Not recommend him high enough he takes all the stress away from the buying and selling process thank you Alberto and Tean

A reliable, helpful and flexible agency! They speak English very well! Agency you can trust! It was a pleasure to make a business with them!

I can really rekommend AM Costa RE, me and also some of my friends have used AM Costa RE and we are all so pleased. Works hard and puts you as a customer allways in the front seat, and they can help you with translations as well. Speaks Spanish, Swedish, English, German. Can deeply recommend them.😉🙏
