Wat een geweldige ervaring met deze makelaar! Het is niet alleen een kwestie van een huis kopen, maar ook heerlijk om van de service te genieten. Wij hadden Maely als contactpersoon en zij zorgt voor de totale zorg. Begeleiding van diverse bezichtigingen, maar ook bij de notaris en advocaat, en ja, zelfs ook bij de inrichting van het huis! En wanneer de sleutel uitgereikt wordt van ons nieuwe huis, weet zij nog service aan te bieden in begeleiding van allerlei zaken die dan nog op je lijstje staan. Niets was haar te veel; Chapeau!🥂

The first honest estate agent i have found in Spain! I have had so many bad experiences with agents that we almost gave up buying another property in Spain. However Casas and Bodas were fantastic! They were very quick and efficient and have a very good knowledge of the legal elements and paperwork required to legalise a rustic property and actually processed alot of the paperwork that the solicitor is required to do. Without their involvement the purchase would not have happened on time and we can not thank them enough!

Conocen muy bien la zona, trabajan bien con otras inmobiliarias, y son sinceros a la hora de hacer ver los pros y los contra de una propiedad y/o un sector de la ciudad, y hay transparencia en cada aspecto. Mi esposo y yo vivimos en otro país, así que no conocíamos cómo funciona la burocracia española a la hora de comprar vivienda: ellos nos asesoraron, nos presentaron a diferentes profesionales serios y confiables (abogados, gente del banco, etc), de modo que pudimos avanzar con nuestros procesos aún desde fuera del país. Na een heleboel andere makelaars kwam ik gelukkig Maely en Frank tegen. Ondanks dat ik nog niet gelijk kon kopen hebben ze me een heleboel woningen laten zien die ik of zijzelf voorstelde. Hierdoor kreeg ik een goed beeld van wat ik wel en niet wil. Zij waren de enige die echt luisterde naar onze wensen en kwamen met een voorstel voor een andere plaats die wel aan onze eisen voldeed. Na het zoeken van woningen in deze plaats waren we na 3 bezichtigingen klaar en hebben we dezelfde dag nog onze woning gereserveerd en tevens een voorlopig koopcontract gesloten. We wonen hier nu erg fijn. Ook na de koop krijg je nog adviezen en hulp. Behalve hun professionaliteit ook hele fijne mensen. Voor onze volgende aankoop komen we zeker terug!

Ni löste ett nästan omöjligt uppdrag…att hitta objekt med tre st svårlösta krav. It has been our dream for some time to own our very own holiday home in Spain and Frank and Maely helped us make it happen! When registering our interest in a new-build property with several agents, Frank and Casas & Bostad was the first one to respond on the same day and promptly arranged a viewing for us in the show house. Buying for the first time in Spain we were a little worried about everything that could possibly go wrong. However, we did not need to be worried! From our very first meeting with Frank during the viewing we felt looked after with excellent customer focus and expertise. Wir haben dieses Jahr eine Immobilie an der Costa Blanca erworben. Im März 2022 hatten wir den ersten Kontakt mit Denis, einem Mitarbeiter des Immobilienbüros. Die Besichtigungen waren super organisiert. Wir hatten uns dann schließlich für ein Reihenhaus entschieden, welches sich bereits in der Rohbauphase befand. Die Betreuung während der Bauphase war super! Es folgten regelmäßig Bilder vom Baufortschritt und wir bekamen viele Kontakte, zum Beispiel für das Alarmsystem, für die Beantragung der NIE Nummer und den Kontakt zu der deutschen Übersetzerin Martina Fischer mit eigenem Büro in Orihuela Costa (100 Punkte!!!!! Vielen Dank für alles an dieser Stelle, auch für das anmelden von Strom und Wasser… wirklich top!!). Mit Frau Fischer fand dann auch der Notartermin im Oktober 2022 statt. Maely, die Chefin des Immobilienbüros, managte nun noch die Fertigstellung der restlichen kleinen Mängel mit dem Bauträger, nachdem wir im November vor Ort waren und eine entsprechende Liste angefertigt hatten. Alles verlief reibungslos und wir waren ständig in Kontakt… Fragen wurden immer zeitnah beantwortet. Wer eine Immobilie in diesem Gebiet sucht, ist bei Casas&Bostad Real Estade sehr gut aufgehoben. Der Mitarbeiter der deutsch gesprochen hat, ist leider seit Juli diesen Jahres nicht mehr im Büro. Was aber überhaupt kein Problem darstellt, wenn man der englischen Sprache, wenn auch nicht perfekt, mächtig ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Immobilienmakler nur weiterempfehlen.

Not recommended at all. They don't do a job properly and if there is a problem then you are alone, nobody helps you with anything. Your problem as the agent payed already the papers signed and you are there all alone with the problems.

We used Frank and Maely because Maely was so friendly when my husband first enquired about the process of buying. We have since purchased two properties with them and they are extremely helpful. Maely arrange viewing for us and we found a place within the first day. We purchased another without seeing it in person but Maely took detailed videos and was extremely helpful with any questions. As mentioned below by another reviewer, they even arranged for tradesmen at our request to change locks etc. They also put us in touch with civil SP who were also excellent.(They also recommended a few restaurants which were lovely ❤️😂 ) Frank and Maely are both very helpful, definitely recommend.

Helt igennem fantastisk og professionel behandling. Både Frank og Maely tog sig rigtig god tid til at vise os de emner (boliger), som de mente kunne være interessante for os. Og de fandt også den helt rigtige lejlighed i Torrevieja, som vi valgte at købe. Den efterfølgende proces med advokat og Notarius blev overstået på ingen tid, og var super nem takket være deres hjælp. Efter købet har der været en del forbedringer i lejligheden vi har sat i gang, og når man er i et fremmede land, kan det være noget af en udfordring. Også her var Frank til uvurderlig stor hjælp, da han har kontakter til alle de rigtige håndværkere. Så selv efter et huskøb er ejendomsmægleren (Casas & Bostad) til kæmpe hjælp. Kjøpte leilighet av Frank og Maely i mai, etter å ha prøvd 2 andre meklere. Hadde visse kriterier i forkant, men kun meglerne Frank og Maely jobbet for å finne leilighet som dekket disse kriteriene.
