This villa served its purpose for my family - all 15 of us, to celebrate my Dad’s big birthday. However this is not a villa I would return to. It’s clean enough but uncared for. The sofas in the apartment below are really dirty with dubious stains. On our arrival the hob in downstairs apartment didn’t work and the dishwasher in the upstairs apartment was also broken. There is no dishwasher in the downstairs apartment which is inconvenient - no one wants to run up and down the stairs with dishes! Once these issues were pointed out, Plus holidays were very quick to deal with the problems. Air conditioning was great. We washed all cutlery and crockery before use. Only one parasol by the pool which is inadequate. Cockroaches appeared most nights but managers provided us with a spray. Outdoor shower doesn’t work. Fresh linen did not show up on second week and when we called about this we were told it was 20 hours notice on request. This contradicts the info that we were sent prior to arrival. We were told any stay more than 7 nights would get fresh linen and towels. Baths are stained and mould around showers. Dated decor. WiFi was sporadic. Outdoor bbq with gas oven and fridge were great. No sharp knives for cutting bread etc. table cloth was filthy and covered in mould. Blankets that we pulled down from top shelf of wardrobe were covered in dust and dirty. Also there are no mirrors nor dressing areas in the bedrooms! Only mirrors are in the bathrooms. This proved to be tricky when everyone is trying to get ready to go out at the same time! Great location and not too long a walk into town. We found a short cut through the field. Bins are right outside the villa which is great but the bin truck arrives every other day and is really noisy. Can recommend Ca Pepe for great food and atmosphere. Takeaway - Napolitana is excellent. Keys have to be picked up and dropped off in Calpe. Check out is 10am but let’s can be dropped off after this. Pool gets very deep very quickly and steps at deep end have been removed.

A lovely, charming and quirky property. We stayed for a week at the end of summer and very much enjoyed our stay. The property has several good sized bedrooms a generous outside space and views of a valley to the east. The property could have done with some care and attention, we did have issues with fridges failing, beds breaking and general wear and tear. However most problems were swiftly resolved by the site manager. Personal complaint would be that the mattresses were marshmallows. Location is good with local amenities and entertainment within a 20 minute walk.

No es una casa económica pero su relación calidad-precio es de 10. Limpísima, muy bonita decoración, detalles de todo tipo, tranquila, con unas vistas preciosas, todo estupendo. Por poner una pega: era Semana Santa y aunque no hacía mucha calor, nos hubiera gustado disfrutar de la piscina a algunas horas del día pero entendemos que aún no era temporada.
