Gran Alacant Properties

Hello I recently meet Chris through my solicitor, as I have had put my lovely home up for sale due to health issues. He has been an absolute gem. He has help me in so many ways. The profile he has made of the sale of my house is marvellous. He used a drone to capture all its beautiful surroundings and features. Chris is a very down to earth person and has your best interest at heart. He explained everything in detail as to what will happen, and has keep me up to speed at every turn in the process of the sale. He won't compromise and will work with you every step of the way. Chris is also a very knowledgeable man, and was extremely patient with me as to what I asked of him. He, gave impartial advice, and guidance as to which way I should do. He trustworthy and honest business man, and on my next visit I hope to meet his wife. I would recommend Gran Alicant Properties to all.

I am a UK qualified Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer based in Spain. I had the good fortune to come across Chris and Laura recently whilst researching property values in the Gran Alacant area. Chris and Laura were professional, conscientious, generous with their time and very friendly. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks Laura and Chris.

Un lugar ideal

Gran Alacant Properties recently sold our property for us and we can thoroughly recommend them. Chris and Laura are a lovely couple, very friendly, helpful and professional. Great service.

Nice people, very helpful, nice convenient office for lower GA

Laura and Chris were fantastic from start to finish. What initially started as a chat and explanation about the buying process in Spain, quickly led to house viewing and eventually buying my first property. They were contactable when required and fully supportive throughout the whole process. I would thoroughly recommend their services! Thank you for all your help.

We have a few things to do before we actually market our property but when we do it will be with Chris and Laura. Their advice and support has already been so valuable. We really appreciate the time they've spent with us. Professional, friendly and they have answered any queries we had. Thanks to you both and we will be in touch!

We handed our property to Chris and his team to sell in our absence. He advised, informed and encouraged us throughout the sale, reaching a very satisfying conclusion. We unhesitatingly recommend his services.

GA properties were very helpful and understanding while they were selling our properties. Would recommend them to anyone

Gracias. Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena

Friendly, helpful and informative. Good range of properties available. No pressure, just simply straight forward advise.

Son unos impresentables! No lo recomiendo nada

Excelente trato, y muy buenos profesionales. Les recomiendo 100%!!

Estupendo trato. Accesibles, encantadores, competentes.

GA Properties we’re recommended to us and I would recommend them on without hesitation. Chris not only found us a buyer but as we were in the Uk he was our representative in Spain. He went over and above what you expect from an estate agent and can’t thank him enough. 11 out of 10. Thanks Chris and your team xx

Really good experience. Chris and Laura are wonderful and warm.

Chris couldn’t have done anymore to make our buying experience run as smooth as it did. Spent an afternoon with us visiting properties, helped us decide on the right property and then helped with some great recommendations for solicitors and money exchange companies

From start til now, yes even after sales or buying, we got and still get an excellent service from the team of Granalacantproperties and would recommend without reservation to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home in Gran Alacant.

I would highly recommend Chris and Laura. I had just moved to Spain and was in the process of selling my house in the UK. I had no clue about buying in Spain and they both were extremely patient and guided me through the process every step of the way. They sought my best interest, gave impartial advice and I firmly believe I would not be a house owner here so soon if it wasn’t for them and their professional network. They are trustworthy and honest business people and you would be in safe hands. Thank you Chris and Laura for making my dream in Spain come true.

We bought a property earlier this year from Chris & Laura @ Gran Alacant Properties, they made the whole experience a pleasure from the start (cup of Tea and a very Nice Coffee) to showing us a wide selection of properties within our budget, to offering us advice throughout the whole process. We even go back from time to time to ask for further advice they are always happy to help, they even recommended a company to help us with our money transfers and bank accounts and even local solicitors !

In the last 5 years I have purchased 2 properties through Gran Alacant Properties. I would highly recommend Chris & Laura. The service received was faultless, and they helpful from start to finish. I didn't have any problems with being able to speak to them when I needed, even outside of regular office hours! Chris and Laura are a pro-active team, willing to go the extra mile for their customers, who quickly become their friends.

My husband and I had the luck and pleasure of buying a chalet in Gran Alacant through Gran Alacant Properties. We had been looking at property for a while around the local areas although based on our personal experiences with a variety of estate agents, Laura and Chris were by far the most knowledgeable, professional and reliable!!! They provided an outstanding customer service throughout the process and put us at ease and guided us every step of the way. We were constantly kept updated on progress and I can’t stress how important this is when buying property abroad. We highly recommend Gran Alacant Properties and will continue to do so. In fact, other members of our family and friends have also been lucky enough to use them to find their perfect home here in Gran Alacant. Thank you Laura and Chris!!!

Never bothered getting back to me the first time I enquired about a property and very slow the second time, so I took my trade elsewhere.

I wouldn't think of using anyone else!

Chris and Laura really know their stuff. They have great knowledge about neighborhoods and properties.

Great team.
