We bought our vacation apartment through Top Alacant in 2008 and have used Top Alacant to take care our apartment for over 16 years. Whenever we need help, for example need to install air-condition, had pipe leakage, electricity problem, Top Alacant always helped us to fix the problems. Thieves broke into our apartment two years ago, the PC was stolen. Top Alacant helped us to contact the insurance company and we got the paid on the lost from the insurance company in 7 days. We had problem with air condition this summer when we arrive Gran Alacant, we called Top Alacant and got the help immediately. Thanks to Top Alacant for all the help in the past 16 years! Alquile un carro con ellos, la señora paso la tarjeta sin preguntar que divisa, cuando le pedí que reversara la operación ya que quería pagar con una tarjeta local para no perder por el cambio de divisa, me dijo que no era posible. (Esto es algo que se puede hacer en cualquier establecimiento) Dijo que no sabía hacerlo. Fue muy grosera y después de haber pagado dijo se me olvidó decirles que tiene seguro pero si tienen algún accidente ustedes pagan los primeros 300 euros (algo que es poco correcto) cuando mi madre fue a devolver el coche le devolvió los 80 euros que se dejan en caso que no entregue lleno de gasolina. La señora si sabía cómo reversar operaciones. ULTIMA VEZ QUE ALQUILAMOS ACA. Por otra parte el señor que trabaja es muy simpático . Pero la señora deja mucho que desear.

He comprado a través de la inmobiliaria Top Alacant y Helen me enseñó la casa con mucho detalle, ayudándome y respondiendo a todas las dudas que tenía en los días posteriores. Alquiler de vivienda muy sucia. Coste de la limpieza ¡100 EUROS! Andando descalzo por el salón acababan los pies negros. Hormigas y cucarachas por la planta baja. Ventanas en mal estado con ruido a causa del viento: imposible dormir. Te cobran la luz si usas el aire acondicionado... Alquilé para 5 días y sólo estuvimos 2 noches. Se le dice al gestor y le dió exactamente igual. Muy mal. Habitualmente responde a las reseñas negativas que el cliente no ha alquilado nada con ello. Es falso.

We recetly bought a house i Gran Alacant. Top Alacant was given us fantastic service throughout the hole bying process! We highly recommend Top Alacant , they have fantastic service in all steps. It´s easy to communicate with them. During the pandemic we have had to have close contact by email and they respond quickly to all our questions They speak several languages ( English, Danish, Swedish, Spanish and German ) They also helped us with all the paperwork, contact with the bank, and with a layer for making a will and annual taxes. After we bought the house they also recommended very good craftsman for renovations and other things we needed help with. They are a serious brokerage firm and they are very easy to deal with. You will get all the help you need.

I highly recommend this real estate agent. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. Gives you time to see different objects. Try to give you maximum information about all costs in advance. During the sales process, they can also help with banking matters, insurance matters for your future apartment, Extra plus they can speak not only English but also Danish and Swedish

We highly recommend Top Alacant. First class service in all steps when we bought our house in G.A. We made contact with them before we arrived and they had selection of property for us to see when we arrived. That was efficient for us. They helped us with all the paperwork, made contact with a layer for making a will and annual taxes, they also recommended craftsman when we needed to do some small changes. For us it was nice they spoke English and Scandinavian language during the process.

El gran error confiar en ellos para comprar un bungalow/apartamento. Recomiendo NO firmar el contrato de reserva y exigir que sea de arras. Además, llevar el contrato a un abogado antes de firmarlo. Estuve a punto de perder el dinero de la reserva y no era por mí culpa. Buscar otra agencia. Yo recomiendo GA Homefinders

Awful service ..very rude staff

We were at a trip with work - one week with the leaders. We rented two apartments, one for the women and one for the men. The womens apartment nice, the mens older not so good kept - but same price. Also not so well cleaned. It was only some linnen at the beds. We have been there before and asked the danish woman at Top Alacant if we could get some real linnen for the duvets, but no (even we know they had - at least the week before). To pay we had to get cash for both cleaning and so - and for deposit. We told that it was very old-fashion to have deposit as cash - specialy for us with firm-card that dont want to have with cash to do. But we were told that many liked it - having some cash when they got back to Spain. So my conclution - not very serviceminded - not listening to the customers will and wishes. Hope they will be better, but will mabye not take my leaders with me back there.
