I cannot recommend Martin highly enough. We bought our apartment in 2003 through Martin/Astliz. We lived in Tenerife full time for 15 glorious years but we moved back to the UK in 2018. Following the death of my husband in the same year and after holidaying in the apartment since then I decided it was time to sell, again through Martin. I have had nothing but exemplary service with the whole team at Astliz. Martin has kept in touch at all times through the whole process of selling, answering my every little query, however small and completing the sale from start to finish within 4 months. Quite simply Martin has made purchasing a property in Tenerife easy. I contacted Martin having received a copy of his guide to buying in Tenerife, and when we found the right property he stepped in to help. From viewings, to having an offer accepted, to arranging legal representation, to completion, and finally transferring all the services to us, he has been there at every step. Sage advice day and night, translating the information that my basic Spanish can't yet manage, recommendations, and even helping with things like installation of internet and obtaining NIEs, he has been invaluable. He even pointed us towards to the best ways to transfer £ from UK to € in Tenerife; and from the speed of his responses, is never away from phone and e-mail! If we ever want to buy again in Tenerife, I'd contact Martin as my first step; and strongly recommend him to anyone planning to look for a property here.

Tenia que visitar una propiedad con mi familia, solo conocia la zona no el complejo y mis padres venian de otra isla. Le escribia a la asesora y siempre decia que estaba ocupada. Una maleducada, mentirosa que empezó a decirme que yo no era la unica clienta y que no iba a trabajar conmigo. Pues ya verá como toda mi familia dejará buena opinión sobre esta señora muy poco profesional.

We appointed Martin and his team in 2019, to sell a property we had inherited, in Tenerife. I cannot begin to praise, Martin, Josie, Caron and all at Astliz, enough for their hard work and commitment. Martin in particular, has gone above and beyond his role has an agent!
