🌟 Excellent Car Rental Experience in Tenerife From the very first contact, everything went smoothly. The person who runs the rentals was incredibly friendly, supportive, and easy to communicate with. He helped find the right car quickly and made the whole process stress-free. The car was clean, in great condition, and perfect for exploring the island. The whole process — from booking to pickup and drop-off — was easy. I am so glad that I decided to look for something closer to our hotel — and that’s when I found this great company, instead of the crowded airport rentals. It saved us time, money, and a lot of frustration. I would definitely recommend them to anyone visiting Tenerife!

Hired a mobility scooter and it did the job just fine. Enabled my partner to accompany me on walks. The owner was really helpful when we had a minor issue, he responded in minutes and was easily sorted. Excellent service, would definitely use again.

Fantastic service and great car. We walked in off the street and were met with a Manc accent, well, they all sound the same to me, Lol. Great service and so flexible, I did not have the correct ID with me and I needed some real flexibility as to the pickup and drop-off, no problem. We had it all sorted and we took an I10 there and then, dropped off picked up and all at my connivance, you could not ask for more. Given a great price, all in and only thing I would say is that the poor little I10 engine is a Lincolnshire engine and not designed for hills, two up with no luggage and I was in first or second gear for most of the time, up hill anyway. The wife and I spent two days in the I10 and drove from one side of the island to the other, fantastic. Now the wife was happy that we were often limited in uphill speed as the roads can and were often tight and twisty "should be on my bike" was my thought and the only thing I would do differently next time is go for a bigger engine.

We rented a car for 24 hrs. It wasn’t the cheapest solution, but it took us less than 20 min to do the paper work. I would like to mention that, they work on public holiday and they can deliver the car to you and you can drop the car at the place of your convenience. Overall, experience was easy, quick and smooth. I would recommend this place for renting.

Ich hatte zuerst einen 125er Roller gebucht und konnte diesen dann spontan wegen schlechtem Wetter gegen ein Auto eintauschen. Das Auto konnte ich morgens vor Ladenöffnung zurückgeben. Ich musste keine Kaution zahlen und der Kontakt war super nett und hilfsbereit, immer wieder gerne! Mein einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass weder der Roller noch das Auto eine Handyhalterung hatten.

The car was a new Kia with AC it was very clean and well maintained. £185 for two days, retuned the car on the morning of the third. Top gegaan bij Simon! Wij lagen in de Marina van golf Tenerife . Daar vroegen wij een waar we ee auto konden huren. We kregen een kaartje van dit bedrijf. We belde op en het was totaal geen probleem wat echt super is..hij kwam de auto brengen bij de Marina..dus we hoefde geen taxi te nemen naar een autoverhuur. En hij kwam de auto ophalen ook in de Marina. Hoe fijn!Alles ging heel relaxed en makkelijk. Zou het zo weer doen. Gelukkig zijn er nog autoverhuur bedrijven die goede service geven!!!

Rented a car for two days whilst staying in Tenerife and they were super helpful with helping with excursions and more on our trip. We booked tickets for Monkey Land through NowTenerife too and it was an amazing day out. Car was perfect for both of us and very clean, very well priced and just all round a great company.

Service was great and we booked the buggy excursion and Siam park, staff were very helpful and full of information about the best days to go to Siam park. However, the buggy trip wasn’t fully explained that it was not up mount Teide just to the bottom where there is a view of the Volcano. We understand that this is to do with the company who do the Buggies but we felt more information could have been given about the trip as it was a lot of money for us to end up disappointed.

Hired a car last minute from this company for two days, just walked into the shop outside our hotel we got a nice little Hyundai i10, was clean and tidy the hire service was really easy and straight forward, the guy also recommended some nice places to eat/ visit, really friendly service, fair price I would highly recommend

We rented a car for 5 days whilst in Tenerife. Arranged this a couple of days before the rental by attending at the office in Golf del Sur.. Danny was extremely helpful, the car was dropped off to our accommodation and also picked up from there. Car was immaculate and full insurance included in the price. We rented a Dacia Logan for 12 days. Price was great. Simple car with some dents but that wasnt an issue (hence the great price). Very spacious in which my bike suitcase fit easily. The owners were very helpful, fluent English and they took us to the airport after returning the car. Would 10/10 recommend.

Booked 2 tours through them. One was on time and from the right place. The second one turned out to be departing far from our hotel despite us clarifying several times if the pickup from the hotel was possible during the booking process. That added the unexpected time and expenses.

We wanted to do a tour of Teide and had one booked but got cancelled last minute, with no time to book anything else. We went into Now Tenerife and we decided to just hire a car and go ourselves to see the volcano and do some exploring. Was so easy and quick and he was very friendly, and hire was at a very reasonable price too! The car was very clean and modern and just what we needed.

Rented a car for three days and booked three excursions!! The service at Now Tenerife was amazing, from start to finish couldn’t fault Danny and Simon. When we went to enquire the guys were so helpful, friendly and chatty! Even recommended on which excursions to do which would best suit our 9 year old daughter! The price was cheap, no deposit and no hassle from collecting the car or handing back in. Danny even recommended an app for us to download to allow us to use maps without internet access, great top tip as this allowed us to explore the whole island without having to pay the costly price for data roaming! We hired a vehicle and bought our tickets to Loro Parque from Danny. The service was excellent and I could not have asked for anything more. An excellent range of baby seats available to choose from. I will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Rented a scooter for the day to see the island. Was pleasantly surprised by the price was expecting to pay more. Also the customer service there is amazing. Really knowledgable and willing to help. We rented a car from Tenerife Now for two days. The process was really easy and the owner helped us pick out a safe car seat for our 4 year old daughter. We were also able to re-purchase attraction tickets which saved us time in queues. They're a great outfit that I highly recommend.

Great experience. Booked 4 months in advance. Got two Fiat Pandas for 3 days and included car seats. Very easy to book by sharing passport and driving license details. Staff were very helpful around local knowledge and places to visit in the car too and provided a map. Parking is a problem around it due to the hotel and other businesses but would defo use again

Amazing service- firstly just email them direct don't worry about the website says is available or not just email them and they will sort you out! They are realistic and work with what you can afford or at the least direct you to where to spend the money for treats rather than waste it. Whilst I used them due to the reviews I found on here for the cars and their close proximity to where we were staying I kept coming back to them for advice and exclusion bookings as they knew what to do and how best to do it. ~fantastic all round- thank you both for making the holiday sparkle!

Wanted a car for 3 days and chose Now due to the good ratings on Google. Now told me they had a Fiat Punto available. When they quoted a price of 230 Euro I said "Wow that's expensive". The reason was explained and an offer to reduce to 200 Euro was accepted by me. The booking process was easy, but unfortunately I hadn't seen the car so was disappointed to find it was about 7 years old and had 148,000km on the clock. On day 3 we had a long drive to Loro Parque, whilst on TF5 the engine management light came on and car went into limp mode, so we continued to the nearest exit at forced reduced speed. Luckily after switching off, leaving and switching on again the fault disappeared. I found from a nearby competitor I could have had a better and newer 6-12 month old VW Polo for 15 Euros less. When I fed back about the engine management issue, the guy just said "why didn't you call me"? To be honest he didn't seem that bothered. Based on my experience, I would suggest to check what is on offer elsewhere before going here.

Fabulous friendly and know their stuff. Danny and Simon are really friendly, they are a double act. Advice was given regarding booking and recommendations. We went Kayaking. I would recommend although it is physically hard work. We also went to the MHT night. Was a fun evening the three course meal cant fault. I would trust Danny and Simon they are open and honest. Was disappointed Danny didn't save me a pastie 😉🤣

What can I say. These guys are just fantastic. 2 English men Danny and Simon work here and are just brilliant. We lost our passports on the first day and came here to rent a car so we could get things sorted. They went above and beyond to help us find our passports and asked for nothing in return. They did this out of the goodness of there own hearts and genuinely restored my faith in humanity. The Spanish and our holiday reps did not help at all but these guys helped. Danny and Simon you guys salvaged my holiday when I thought it was ruined. After getting our passports back. They pointed us in the right direction on how to spend the rest of the week. We took there advice and found some great places and hidden gems. I can’t thank these guys enough and would highly recommend this company and there services to anyone visiting Tenerife.

We drove a nice Ferrari (see picture) but unfortunately the heating sign turned on, so we contacted Simon and he did everything he could to fix us another Ferrari as soon as possible. I can only highly recommend this guys. A perfect example of how to run a rent a car/scooter agency. No deposit requests, no hidden costs, friendly staff. After 10 min of entering I was ready to go with my scooter. Cherry on top, I forgot the keys of my hotel in the scooter and the owner returned 2h after the closing time to give me my keys back. Thanks once again and for sure I am using your services again when I return to tenerife.

Extremely friendly people. I never rented a car that easy. I was a little bit confused by the “we like to keep things easy over here-mentality” but they really do. No surprises or additional costs. The car was a well maintenanced Fiat Punto which brought us to the beautiful spots of the island.

With the local knowledge of the island whereabouts they are really helpful. They have variety of car hire maps which made our excursion spot on. Kudos Nowtenerife and we shall be back when we come to the island in the future. We might even stay at the new hotel - Fantasia Bahia Principe - being built opposite you. We just looked it up especially and as you say the main reception shall be opposite you which is excellent :)

Lovely people to deal with, very easy to rent and return. Had a problem with the car on the 2nd day, they responded instantly. Their mechanic drove a new car to where we were and took the other one away, and we carried on with our day! Definitely recommend and will definitely use again :)

Simon was a great help, we rented a 125 moped to go exploring on had a fab time heading up to volcano el teide and down to the local town of el medano. Will be back again in the near future.

Had two trips booked with a local Spanish tour guide, one was 2 hours late which meant we had to run around loro porque and try see everthing in two hours, by chance we stumbled across simon's Now Tenerife the 3rd day. He saved our Holiday. He has everything you would need to do around the Island plus car and moped hire at unmatchable prices(trust me i googled every car hire place), I would advise to book your trips with Simon in advance because we basically wasted 2 and a half days of our holiday until we found him and he saved the last 4 and a half, couldnt thank him enough for the effort he puts into finding you trips that cater for all budgets, thanks again simon.

I was refered to Simon( Now Tenerife ) frm a local concierge in Golf de Sur. Such a lovely and amzing guy, he sort out every thing for me as per my schedule and budget in South Tenerife. I was staying on Golf del sur in February ,I had no idea what to do the company advised me what excursions to do ,where to meet the bus they made it simple and easy, highly recommend them they have over 30 different things to choose from and great island knowledge. Then on top they had internet ,printing of boarding passes ,bicycle hire ,moped hire ,car hire .Professional and very very polite much better than some of the other places I went to :-)

Excellent service with little fuss would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Made my holiday. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I hired a car and arranged some excursions. Boat trip is a must!! Car was clean, cheap and they even dropped me back to the airport! Cant recommend highly enough. Thanks a lot and see you again in April :)
