Platja molt tranquila, plana i sense perills de oleatje ni clots. Ideal per anar amb xiquets i persones majors. La sorra de la platja és humida i apelmassada. Amb bons serveis i hostaleria als voltants.

Called him to find out about an apartment, He called me from a hidden number, and when i asked him what the apartment was, he started to insult me, and hung up on me, i cant believe that such pondscum is allowed to handle properties, if i could leave a thousand bad reviews, i would, absolutely pathetic... My husband and I recently purchased a house in Spain through Wilson at Gran Playa real estate. Wilson is professional, courteous and extremely helpful. He showed us the property whenever we asked him to. He arranged and took us to appointments at the bank to sort out our Spanish bank account and arranged and took us to our appointment at the police station to acquire our NIE numbers. Wilson also took us to the see the Notary and once we had bought the property he told us if we ever needed anything we could call him. We would not hesitate in recommending using Gran Playa real estate.

Была в Санта Пола май, июнь и август, сентябрь. Очень рекомендую именно эту Фирму по сдаче и продаже жилья. Не зная испанского языка, нахождение в Испании очень проблематично, но оказалось на деле всё намного проще, сняв или купив жилье от этой Фирмы вам всегда объяснят и во всем помогут, Ольга прекрасно говорит на русском, испанском и английском, она всегда готова помочь, всё объяснит и подскажет. С нетерпением жду следующего года, чтобы поехать на отдых в Санта Пола, очень спокойный и гостеприимный городок на прескарном побережье Коста Бланка.

Отличный отпуск! Санта Пола очень приятный и комфортный город : разные пляжи , от детского, до дикого. Апартаменты очень близко от моря , вышел из дома и уже на пляже! В пяти минутах ходьбы дешёвый супермаркет. Спасибо Ольге за качественный сервис и помощь с арендой машины : всем рекомендуем съездить в Картахену , посмотреть на город, который старше, чем христианская цивилизация! Обязательно вернёмся в следующем году!

Приезжали в июле-августе 2018 года, обязательно приедем еще! Снимали отличные апартаменты, аналогичное жилье через booking будет стоить на 200-300 евро дороже. В Санта Поле отличные пляжи для семейного отдыха , можно отпускать детей, без опаски. Отдельное спасибо Ольге за помощь с языковым барьером при общении с испанцами. Very good appartaments! Год назад приобрели в г. Санта Пола (провинция Аликанте) недвижимость через агентство "Гран Плайя". Интересовал вариант для вложения денег, поэтому выбрали дом под капитальный ремонт. Надстроили два этажа, разделили на 6 частей и выставили на продажу, как отдельные апартаменты. Продавали через тоже агентство "Гран Плайа". Нормой прибыли остались довольны, хотя конечно согласование документов в Мэрии заняло довольно много времени, в Москве это делается быстрее . Ребятам из Гран Плайа спасибо за отличный вариант и за помощь в работе с местными инженерами и архитекторами, в получении лицензий для всех апартаментов и т.д. Документально процесс очень трудоемкий, но в сопровождении во все организации, сотрудников этого агенства и их участием во всех переговорах, результат нам очень понравился. Сейчас подбираем с ними еще один объект для следующего проекта. Спасибо!

My family and I were looking to buy a holiday home close to Alicante. Some family friends of ours recommended Gran Playa Estate Agents as they had used their services before. We are more than ecstatic with the work they put in for us, they showed us properties all over Santa Pola and Gran Alacant which provided us with the ability to evaluate where we’d be happiest. They guided us through the whole process during the purchase and helped translate all of the information so that we were fully able to understand before signing. We did not feel any doubt during this process and felt well looked after. A special thanks to Wilson is needed, after being so patient and kind with us when it came to making a few changes in the house (changing the bath in the main bathroom to a walk in shower to make it more accessible for my family and inserting glass panels around our whole terrace). Their workers were professionally dressed at all times, and very polite no matter what we asked of them. We will be continuing to use Gran Playa’s extensive services by contracting a key holding service for our home as we know it’ll be in the best hands and well looked after at all times. My family and I would more than happily recommend Gran Playa to all our friends and families and to those looking for a holiday home.

Добрый день! Меня зовут Кристина. В начале 2018 года мы приобрели бунгало в Санта Поле через агентство недвижимости Gran Playa Real Estate. Нам показали множество вариантов, мы выбрали для себя домик в 200 метрах от пляжа и недалеко от Paseo Maritimo. Затем нам помогли подготовить все документы для покупки, оформили номер иностранца, и после покупки заключили на наше имя все договра с водоканалом, электрокомпанией, и проч., причем все это абсолютно бесплатно (в других агентствах за эти услуги просили оплату). Отдельная благодарность Ольге за помощь с оформлением ипотеки в банке Sabadell, с пропиской и оформлением в колледж наших дочерей.
